Quick Service. They took me in last minute and helped with my scheduled maintenance. I got my front brake pads replaced too quickly and cost effectively. The service personnel were really nice and did not try to upswell on anything. Better yet, I asked if I had to replace some of the other parts and they were like… don’t worry about it, it has a lot of life in it. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went for routine oil change. They drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. Then double filled my oil. My transmission was slipping on my way home with my baby in the car. When I reported it to them, they wanted me to drive my car back to the shop. I refused, as I didn’t want to further damage my transmission. So they came to my house and added a little transmission fluid and changed the oil claiming everything was fine now. I immediately took my car to the dealership for inspection only to find out it was still extremely low in transmission fluid. Not only did they almost ruin my car, they put my life and my child’s life in danger…. TWICE! Corporate has been less than helpful as well. Please don’t go here!

Service was amazing the service was fast and the team really went out of their for me. They made me aware that there is a free top off policy while i was on vacation and told me that I could go to any jiffy lube on my travels and get a top off free of charge, you can barely get that at the dealership really happy the company is international for my trip to Canade.

As soon as I pulled into the jiffy lube I was greeted with a smile they told me my Chevy Malibu was like new my brakes got done in a very timely fashion and I was very pleased with the service and speed

I went to Alpharetta hwy Jiffly Lube they found the issue but could not fix it as the tech had stiches in his hand and I needed help right away so he called Conner. Conner agreed to fix the issues. He worked patiently on my car and fixed it so I could drive back. He had to go twice to get the right part. I really appreciate the service he provided us. I think he charged my resonable amount to fix the car as well.

Polite team did a quick oil change, topped the fluids, reset my maintenance needed light, etc. Given Covid, I was able to stay in my car while they did their work (or you can go to their waiting room). For quick, immediate, reasonable priced service from friendly folks, this is my go-to place. Thanks!

Came here with a $15 coupon but they would not accept it because I was getting the conventional oil change. They said I have to get the premium oil change service at a cost of $85 to use the coupon. No where on the coupon mentioned any exclusion. Highway rubbery.

Johnny was great he was professional and he made sure that everything I told him about everything I thought was wrong and he made sure to check it and tell me what I needed done how long I had and he was just overall great and to me he is the definition of great customer service!

I was there Sunday for oil change. The whole shop is run by females. I drive a diesel car and not every place knows the right oil for them. But these ladies knew. All employees were very professional and knowledgable. I will definitely go back.

This is what he said when he asked how much it would cost for an oil change in my kind of vehicle: I just got my oil changed at that place in Duluth I mentioned and it was $44. Is more because truck, think cars around $30[1:09 PM]So yeah you getting ripped off at that other place lol[1:10 PM]Just asked the guy and he said a (your car) would be $39.99, but they always have coupons.[1:10 PM]So a little more than I though, but still less than the place you went lol

Service was okay. I usually do the groupon oil change that includes new filter, fluid top-off, key component inspections, tire inflation, window cleaning, and floor vacuuming. However this location only did the oil change and half wiped my windows and refused to do anything else bc covid19. Had I known it would be a generic service I would have gone to my regular place that charges the same price with no additives. I was cheated.

Fast oil change, wonderful customer service, they also checked tires (which turned off tire light) & turned off my oil light finally. All in less than 45 min!

I go here for oil changes and emission inspections. Ive always had great service here. Occasionally there is a wait, but they get you in and out pretty quickly. Theyll vacuum the car and top off fluids as part of their oil change. They do recommend additional services (change the air filters, etc...) but dont pressure you if you say no.

I have 2 words to describe my oil change service to start this review: OUTSTANDING Professionalism! The Manager Darryl Cannaday genuinely sets the tone from beginning to end in a timely manner. I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube since 2003 with my former car of 10 years, and when searching for a near my home with my present car, I passed by 3 other oil change businesses, drove on, and saw Jiffy Lube and remembered my previous service and chose this location.

They were super helpful and over charge...it was a little slow...but over great service!

Went for an oil change and an emissions test and thought they were very professional, friendly, and quick!

I pulled up and no other cars were there. Great, I should be in and out quick! Or so I thought... They pulled my car in and 20 minutes later one of the 3 employees there came in and told me they were waiting on their manager to come back before they could do anything. They finally finish and pull my car out. I figured that meant I could pay and go. Wrong a second time. I watched 4 employees stand around talking and eating candy for 5 minutes before coming to tell me it was done. I got my card out to pay thinking I could finally leave. Wrong a third time. I had to wait another 5 minutes to pay. To top off my hour long visit I got in my car to find dirt smeared into my floor mat. Ive never had such a terrible experience getting my oil changed. Ill continue to go to Jiffy Lube because theyre usually great about getting you in and out, just never this one again.

I went to the Jiffy Lube because I was getting a low pressure reading on my tires. I pulled up and no one was outside so I turned off my car to get out and make sure they were open and not closed for lunch or something. The Manager or something walked out and looked very irritated that I asked if they were open and then told me I didnt pull up far enough for the bell to go off (I guess Pavlov was right about conditioning). I wouldnt have known that there was a bell because someone is usually outside when a car shop is OPEN! Well this nasty man doesnt say anything to me, checked the psi on the door and proceeds to fill the tires then he hollers from the other side of the car, Have a nice day maam like he was done being bothered. I was prepared to tip him a five (even though that service is FREE) because I believe in paying for service but after that I just said thank you and left. He put the P in POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here is the point of this post. It doesnt matter your prices, your location or brand name... PEOPLE PAY FOR QUALITY EVEN IF ITS INCONVENIENT TO GET TO IT!!! DO BETTER!!! I have 20+ years of Customer Service Management and frontline experience... This was a detractor experience for me. Again, DO BETTER!!!

Luq the mechanic was very attentive. He listened to my concerns and offered solutions. Very kind young man. The kind of person you want to service your car because hes honest and trustworthy.

We were headed to the mountains of North Georgia for the Labor Day weekend in my wifes Honda Pilot, with the kids in the back seat and the hiking gear in the back of the car. The check engine light came on after 10 minutes of driving. We stopped at this Jiffy Lube. The manager checked the code, found out what it was, realized that it was likely due to low oil. Checked the dipstick, and even though the car showed 40% oil life, the oil was extremely low. He topped it off for free and refused to charge us or accept a tip. Just remarkable nice and helpful.

This is our new service location! We brought in our Nissan Titan for an emission test, oil change, brake check and an overall scan before we left for a 1,300 mile road trip. The team was fantastic to say the least. They completed the scan and came back quickly with results including recommendations for what needed to be addressed immediately and others items for the future. This was appreciated as it ensured anything that could become an issue on the road was taken care of, but saved us from spending unnecessarily before a vacation. The service work was top notch, as was the communication on the progress and completion time. Thank you to everyone on the team for making this an excellent service experience from start to finish. You have gained two new customers for all our vehicles!

Stopped in today after going to three dealerships who’s service departments were all closed because it’s Sunday. The manager here Mr. D. Cannaday is absolutely phenomenal! Despite being short staffed he and the other guy on staff welcomed me, worked as hard as they could to assist me with my oil change, and did it all with great professionalism! Their service was absolutely top notch! I got in and out in a jiffy... no pun intended. It’s great to see real customer service is not dead!

This place is a rip-off! I went in today to get an oil change and the manager, Caleb, tried to tell me my car required synthetic oil. When I protested he told me to go somewhere else. That was the best advice he gave all day. Id suggest you take Calebs advice as well - go somewhere else!

As a frequent Jiffy Lube customer, I was a little concerned by the rough look of this shop, but I was extremely surprised by the thorough and thoughtful quality of service. I learned that the shop has recently come under new management by a fantastic manager named David. David spotted that I had an oil leak and low clutch fluid reservoir. His shop isnt equipped for the oil leak but he fixed the clutch fluid for free -- thats not part of the normal service, he didnt have to do that, and it might have saved my car! Not only did he and his team provide excellent service, he gave me a discount using a coupon I didnt even know about, saving me a lot of money compared to other Jiffy Lubes.This shop may not have been great in the past but with the wonderful new management its a must-stop if you need your car serviced.

I went in yesterday to get an oil change. Mr. Cannaday, the new manager, was so accommodating and friendly. he told me what my car needed before they started and i explained i was on a budget. he went above and beyond to make sure my car got the tlc it needed. i will definitely go out of my way to get my oil changed, tires rotated and anything else my car needs at this location!

Make sure you get what you are paying for - Got a standard oil change - quite pricey (I should have checked before) considering you simply drain and change the filter. Price says that it includes fluid checks/ top offs, wipers and lights checks - however none of that was done. How do I know? I was never told afterwards that my blinker wasnt working, nor was I told how worn the wipers were (already knew beforehand) yet isnt their job to tell the customer? - I will be seeking out a local, independent mechanic for my needs now.

Urane was our Service Technician and he did a wonderful job. We were in a rush and he completed the oil change quickly and efficiently. I have always had a great experience here but this was the best because of Urane’s professionalism. Thank you, we will be back!

Came to this location to redeem a $79.99 Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, windshield treatment deal and was charged about $94 directly from Jiffy Lube. Cashier entered the voucher code from my phone after redeeming and on the receipt it showed the groupon code, however it must not have applied. After noticing the charge on my bank statement and calling Jiffy lube back, I was confronted by the manager in an accusatory tone that I was lying because he only had one groupon deal that day. He also slipped up and asked if I was the customer he had to void out a charge for. The manager then said that he did not know how to fix it and will need to speak with his manager and asked that I call him back. Why ask the customer to call you back to correct a mistake from your employee?! Please avoid this location and thoroughly check your receipts as this has never happened at any other Jiffy Lube location I have used.

Went to Jiffy Lube on Alpharetta Hwy in Roswell this morning. Was charged 138.00 for an oil change and new filters. Pretty damn expensive. Left and with in driving 5 miles all the alert lights began flashing on my dash board. Went back and the tech advised he didnt properly recount some wires correctly.Why with an oil change were wires tampered with? Not a happy customer.

Horrible service. They took 30+ minutes to tell me they couldn’t change my headlight. The lady working used the charger in my car so shes lucky I saw it before I pulled off.

The workers do the job without talking with me and asking if the price fits with what I need.When I said that I would like to have the conventional oil change of $30, he said that there is no price like this. I said one of my friend came here recently and he changed it for $30, he said that the manager changed and said some bad things about the old manager and said that he is here to make money. He did not trust me. I showed the price list that I found on the internet, then he said that he has just one type of oil. I asked why he did not asked me about the price and what I need prior to start, he said that he did but this is a lie.I said that this is not fair he just turn his back and laugh.The wheel and the gearshift were dirty with oil on it at the end.Not satisfied.

Called Ahead and verified they could do a 19 point inspection on my car required for a new job. dropped my car off and went and ate lunch. came back 30 minutes later and was about to pay, when i asked for the form they looked perplexed. finally one of the techs produced a blank form, well i mean it had a giant footprint on it and what looked like peanut butter.. they evidently filled my fluids and called it a day while simultaneously ruining the form they promised they could fill out. avoid this location like the plague unless you want stoner looking idiots to not do the job right.

When the Midas near my place had a 2.5 hour wait I googled other oil changing shops nearby. Not only was there no wait at this Jiffy Lube, but the staff were incredibly kind and professional. I will make it a point to always return to this specific location. Thanks guys!!!!

Terrible service, music was loud as hell. I had to get out of my car and look for someone to help me. . After I found someone it took almost two hours to get the oil changed on my car. When it was time to pay it was almost a 100 dollars. This was just a terrible experience . Some one got oil on my floor board I didnt notice it until I got home. My wife used to go hear but she had an equally bad experience.This is the closest shop to my house. But I drive a few miles away just to get good service.

Jiffy lube is the place to get your car serviced . I came today sunday found it open . Tech greated me with a smile . MR D. Cannaday was very friendly and excited to serve . Im so happy with the service. I would love to get buck here for future services but Im far away about 650 miles away.

Terrible service. Was told one price over the phone then told a higher price when I showed up to have the work performed. Then was told by Logan we can honor that lower price this time. Clearly no one is on the same page here. Then I watched while 6 guys worked for 45 minutes on one car when all I needed was an oil change. Then it hit me, as they over torqued the lug nuts on the car they were working on, they have NO IDEA what they are doing and a couple of those guys have no business being in that shop until they get more training. I told them to back my car out so they didnt screw something up on mine also. What a waste of time and resources this place is. Do not let these amateurs touch your car.

Tori and the team are amazing.as this is my first time coming to Holcombridge location.. I stopped going to both Alpharetta Highway Alpharetta and Roswell locations because they on multuple occasions told me and my wife that their machine was not operational to perform Tire rotation. I would have though it was a one off if it had not happened to my wife months after it happened to me. If you live in Alpharetta or Roswell come to Holcombridge Jiffy Lube instead...

My 2018 Equinox requires a blend of synthetic oils. After speaking to the technician I felt he was not knowledgeable, and was handing me a story along with overcharging me. I waited till I returned to South Florida to have the work done at my dealer. I have found that auto service places in Georgia generally are inferior 2 the south Florida experience

This is the woRst place ever!!!! Do not come over here, they tell you one price for the oil change on the car and after they do it, they charge you 60$ more for the taxes!!!!

We usually use Jiffy Lube for our oil changes, but a different location. This time, I did not have time to bring our car in for the oil change before a long drive, so I sent my 18 year old son instead. I am very angry that this location on Hwy 9 in Roswell, told my son a tire rotation was needed when the car had JUST HAD NEW TIRES put on 1 MONTH prior to this service. NO ONE needs to rotate new tires with fewer than 2,000 miles!!!!!!! Anyone with half a brain would have looked at the tires and seen that they are new. This was a shady and deceitful upsell. It makes me doubt whether or not the air filter they showed him needed to be replaced was valid, either. I will probably go back to my regular Jiffy Lube location, but will NEVER go to this one.
