Dont go here. I needed a tire patched, they closed early one day so I made an appointment for the next day because they were about to close. I described the issue when I made the appointment with a service writer so I didnt make another wasted trip. They Did not give me the time of day to even look at an issue when I returned before advising a full replacement of tire. I drove 5 mins up the street and had it fixed in 30 mins. I would recommend anywhere else

They rarely give correct advice. Told me front brakes and rotors need replacing. Back brakes were good. Cost would be 590.00Went to H&M. Back breaks were worse than front. Replaced all brakes 2 rotors and mended 2 rotors for 504.00
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I needed a simple fix with my wiper fluid sprayer.( didnt know it was simple) The lady upfront kinda figured what I needed, then went back to talk with the tech and within minutes I was on my way a very happy costumer. This place keeps impressing me. First Ive found prices are about the best anywhere.. but more than that is the customer focused service. This time I was picking up some tile, Noticed my trailer tire was going flat. They did not have a replacement tire in stock, They called a competitor and found the tire I needed. Took the tire off for me and let me park the trailer in their lot while I took the tire to be changed at the competitor. Then remounted the tire once I was back. they saved me a lot of hassle and didnt even sell me anything. I can guarantee they will sell me every tire moving forward. Thank you!

I came today to have my car looked at because my tire gauge was reading low pressure and would not stay inflated even after putting air in my tire. Come to find out I had a slow leak from having a nail in my tire! Chris made me feel at ease informing me that it was an easy fix and it was completely free of charge! The process was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend going here for all your tire needs because they are so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly suggest checking them out!

In addition to the excellent price, I got a gift card back for $100 and a few interest account I could pay off in 6 months. Love this place!

The staff was very helpful and they did a inspection on a vehicle that I was looking to purchase they spelled out item for item what was wrong with the vehicle and recommended I do not buy it. I have come to Tires Plus for 15 years. Have some of the best mechanics and management. Max and Chris are very upfront with what issues maybe going on with my vehicle and if theyre able to fix it or will give a recommendation on where to go.

The first time I went there they took really good care of me and the services I requested not to mention some of the recommended services as well, when you are in a budget you tend to go for the service that best suits your needs in my case, it was a break service, oil change and break fluid exchange, they recommended to service my suspension, witch it was my initial plan after the break system was inspected and service specially with having two kids always riding with me on a daily basis so safety is always on top of the list, front breaks service first no more than 3 weeks and the rear breaks were done, so after three months finally take it in for an oil change, an alignment a break inspection do to a service break light and a vehicle inspection do to concern about a loose radiator hose that caused my coolant to shoot all over the place under the hood, so I didnt drive more than a few yards before i pulled over and checked it tightened the hose call tire plus to schedule an appointment, about an hour later i had topped off my coolant and clean as much of the mess i took it to the shop..a few hours later they tell me my water pump is bad and need a replacement, I had changed the pump no less that 6 months ago on another shop, bit I didnt want to risk it so I approved the service price way to high for the parts, next day i picked it up and the sales person tells me is ready, hands me the keys and I asked if they found anything with the break system he said he did not know since he was not there the day before didnt bother to go look or anything, asked about the alignment and they said it was done, I get to my truck pop the hood look at the pump and its a different part number than what am charged for, not to mention that they left a plastic cover for the seat full of oil spots and a paper floor mat dirty as well turn on the truck 10 minutes passed and no one ever came out to let me know or show me the services that where performed, so I took the truck headed to work and 15 miles down the road the service break light comes on, traction control gets disabled and now my truck is pulling to one side, so there goes the alignment they so said they service breaks start to squeal and my traction control comes on and off my temp gauge doesnt go all the way to zero after its been sitting there cut off for hours and now they are saying I need to take it in for an inspection to find the problem, I already had paid for that when I took it why should pay again, not to mention that the service of the breaks were done by them not less than 6 months, in my opinion they focused to much on getting the water pump replaced that they just rushed thru the other stuff or might not even looked at it for all I know, either way I cant go back at the moment do to my budget getting cut so to paying for a service that in my opinion wasnt performed, I have the paper work of the inspection they did the first time I took it and the recommended services they had pointed out on the first inspection all of the sudden disappeared four months later on this inspection they did, no more services needed on the suspension oh but a break fluid exchange is needed again? What about the warranty, the alignment, I rather have my car sitting in the shop a week or two of it requires it rather than just trying to get people in and out so they can get more cars in, this is why I give them a two, now like I said the first time I took it in they made me feel welcome and secure about what performance they need to do in order to get the job done right, salesman that day was outstanding explanation down to its last detail, different options of what could be done in order to work around the budget and get the services that to be done for safety overall a great service the first time, but this last time I just didnt like any of it...

These guys are the best! I called early today about getting some tires mounted and they were happy to oblige. I got there and met with Chris and he immediately helped me unload my truck. No more than an hour later, I was out the door.If you’re looking for a hometown feel, great service and prices, this is the place to go. Don’t look around, just come here. You won’t be disappointed. I am so glad I met them today!

Extremely Disappointed! I went to get a tire rotation and alignment. After leaving the shop I realized my Jeep was violently shaking. Upon returning to the tire shop the store manger tried to concoct various and expensive reasons on why my car was shaking. I explained to him that this issue did not exist before they worked on my car. It so happens that Tire Plus does not perform a car balance which is essential to a successful tire rotation and alignment. They place the burden of expertise on the customer and they dont inform the customer with accurate knowledge. Common sense would have told the store manager that him not performing a balance check was the primary issue! It took for me to call my personal mechanic and putting him on the phone with the store manager for him to go back and do a proper car balance, alignment and tire rotation. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! They take advantage of people by pointing out insignificant things and trying to get money out of you for that! In addition to this, they dont perform checks correctly in hopes that it will create more problems with your vehicle. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION !!
My fiance has been using Tires Plus and her entire family has four years. We recently moved to Roswell and one of the first things we look for was a Tires Plus in our area. Ever since then myself and my fiance have been going here for all of our vehicle needs for the past over a year now. This location is the best in the staff here or courteous kind considerate and obviously hard-working for the job that they do they provide all the services I could ever need and I am so grateful to have them so close to the house. I highly recommend them all the staff and Tires Plus as a whole whether it be at the Roswell location or even the Powder Springs location
Needed a new complete set of tires and the manager, Chris, was very informative of what he had to offer and what he recommended for me. I made him aware that I tend to get nervous driving in the rain so he recommended a set of Bridgestone tires that he had in stock. I’ve never felt more confident driving in wet conditions as I do now. He also informed me of ways to get the most longevity out of my tires. His courteous manner and knowledge of maintenance definitely ensures I’ll be returning to them in the future for any repair needs.

I had a check engine light and they looked into it and fixed the underlying issues that caused it. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They didnt treat me like I didnt know anything about cars, which, as a woman, happens sometimes at mechanics, but not here! The total price was the same as the estimate. They serviced my car quickly. Ill be coming back, even though there are closer mechanics.

Do not take your car to these men.... I go into the car shop for them to fix a back left break plate (I told some black guy THAT WAS THE ISSUE) along with I needed a new tire, & oil change. I took my car in at 11:45am & was quoted a price of 460.00 Im thinking (kool) these dudes WAITED until 30 MINUTES before they CLOSED to tell me that it was something else going on not knowing I JUST PUT A NEW ENGINE IN MY CAR & I WAS WUOTED A PRICE OF 700.00 TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Dont go here for any work. The guys here are nice and friendly but completely incompetent. I have gone in for an alignment 4 times now and theres always an issue. The first time I got an alignment, the guys at tires plus decided to only align the front wheels for some odd some reason. I had to come back in again and waste another two hours only for the alignment to not be done right AGAIN. I got fed up, said screw it and drove around for a little while with the bad alignment. I recently got new front tires and made another appointment here to get my car aligned.Why would I go back for another alignment? Well, because I paid for a three year alignment originally.My fourth alignment appointment was at 5:30 (6/20). This time I wasted TWO HOURS waiting for my car to be complete only for my alignment to be made worse than before, due to the person working on my car being completely new to aligning cars. I left work early and wasted two hours of my time only to screw my alignment even more.I made another appointment again yesterday (6/25) for this morning at 8AM. The person on the phone said his best alignment guy would be in to work on my car. I showed up accordingly only to find out that the guy I spoke to on the phone didnt actually set me up in the system for an appointment. I have already requested to be late to work today and now Im going to be even more late so due their incompetence.

Driving something else now, but I always come here for my car needs. Great customer service, friendly and professional (they know what their doing). As advertised, they matched a competitors price and got specialty tires in the same day to have the tires replaced. Good costumer service, fair prices, and careful installation on a 2016 Corvette. Vern did the install. Not an easy job.

I was skeptical going in to this place, but it worked out fine. I found a deal for a oil change and tire rotation, and figured I would go for it. I assumed they would give me the run around and find other stuff to charge me for. They didn’t even attempt to sell me anything other than what I asked for. I even had a tag light out and they told me it was easy enough to fix myself for cheaper. Got a good deal, and no run around. To top it off, during my time there I saw a few other patron come and go and was impressed at the level of service. One guy came in with the check engine indicator, a mechanics best friend because he gets to replace anything he wants to. The guys scanned for the reason, fixed what they could, gave him a reset, oil change and recommendations on what to do if the light came back on. Cost the guy 70 total and he knows he needs to go to the dealership if it comes back on due to the code the mechanics gave him from the readouts. I was happy to see them not rip him off.
Always have had a great experience here. Had 4 tires put on both of my automobiles and oil changes. I’ve never personally had an issue. To me, that means a lot. 👍
First off, the manager Chris was able to get me the tires I needed for my truck in the shop in two days. Since they were uncommon sized tires, every other shop said it would take them 5 days to get in.Additionally installation time was average, but again these truck tires are heavy. They also matched Discount Tires lower price less 5%. Overall I would highly recommend.
I wish to qualify my review before I proceed. I am what is called a silent customer. When I receive bad service, I leave quietly and never return. When I receive good service, I do the same but return for more of the greatness. My past experience at Tires Plus in Roswell on Holcomb Bridge Road would be a remiss one if I did not speak up. Staying silent would be a disservice to any potential customers and the the crew of fine folks that work there. I was headed to the lake for an afternoon with out of town family and guests. I noticed my tire was low. I inspected it and saw a nail in the tire. It was near the edge so I figured Id need a full tire replacement. I quickly ran over to Tires Plus-Holcomb Bridge, Roswell and spoke with The Manager, Matthew. I said I think I need a tire. He did a quick visual and said, Yes you do. He also said he would have me in and out in 15 minutes. I said how about 12 minutes. He said done. I was out in 10 minutes flat. So, Not only did they have the tire in stock, but they got me in and out before my requested allotment of time and gave me a more than fair price. This is my second visit to this store. I traditionally go to a provider near my office and not tires plus in Roswell near my home. My first and second visits were top shelf and professional. Quality and respectful. Fair and Balanced tires to boot. Matthew runs a solid staff and friendly environment that should be the standard barer in ANY industry including the Ritz Carlton. Take this Silent Customers advice, Matthew and Crew are head and shoulders above the competition. Give yourself and the pleasure using their services. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the front desk person is being nice. That’s it. I’ve been in here for 4 hours for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange. They said it would be 1 1/2 hours. The guy “working” on my car was standing around talking and taking his time while, according to my receipt, I’m paying him almost $250 in labor costs. I’m fired up! I’m NEVER coming back here again.
Refused to honor road hazard warranty I had paid extra for, because I plugged the flat tire in the tread yesterday. Firestone web site says a plug is fine for a temporary fix! TiresPlus would not provide the conditions/rules for the road hazard warranty. Absolutely infuriating! I canceled my scheduled suspension work as a direct result and downgraded my earlier 5star review after being a 20year customer. Goodbye and good riddance!

I have tried these guys several times and I honestly just cant trust them after this last issue. I had a flat tire and needed them to put a new tire on. The task is simple enough and should have been done without a problem. However they forgot to balance the new tire which I attibuted to just a simple mistake. I took it back in and told them what was happening (shaking at certain higher speeds) and they said no problem, we will fix it. Well when I got the car back, the problem was still there and maybe even worse. Well I took it back a second time. They looked and balanced the tire. Got it back with absolutely no change. I finally got fed up and took it to a trusted mechanic back in my home town and hour away. They looked at it and said there was no evidence of anyone ever balancing it. The car was in their shop for maybe 5 minutes before they were done. The car is smooth as butter now and is no longer shaking at speed. I will never take my car to this tires plus ever again. Its just not worth the time even if they are cheaper.

Despite multiple humble complaints by neighbors (in person and over the phone), technicians at this location literally cruise their in-house Honda vehicle (tag ending 8507) on Back St around 60-80 mph. It has become a safety concern for many school children (of all ages) who do get dropped off and picked up off of Back St especially over the weekend.Seems like a technician occasionally leaves for snacks or lunch and he literally takes off at 60 mph and cruises back at 80 mph causing much noise pollution along with running the risk of running over some kid and/or pedestrian walking on Back St.Hoping best cooperation from the management and technicians in response to this public post [after 2 humble complaints made in person and over the phone].

Went in for an oil change. Ended up having to leave it there overnight to get the alternator replaced due to the battery light and brake light flashing on and off which Ive been experiencing for little over a week. They replaced the alternator, but informed me that the belt that the old alternator was fastened to was cracked. Instead of calling me to notify me about the cracked belt and request my permission to order a new one and have it put on ((because I mean youd think decent diligent considerate folks would have the courtesy to do so)), but nope, they put the same cracked belt on the new alternator. Unsatisfied, I voiced my concern as to why they didnt think to call me and notify me about the belt while they were assembling everything back together. And whatever his name Rick or Ricky, rudely responded and showed vague concern about it because they were busy.......so now I have a new alternator...running on a cracked belt...which I have to make another appointment to have a new alternator belt put on.....when they were just within access to have it put on...................................

My engine was destroyed because of this place. I lost thousands of dollars. You cannot trust them if you care about your car. Theyre either dishonest or just dont care -- likely both. I took my car in to replace a tire and change the oil because the oil light was blinking. They told me existing oil and level was fine and that oil lights blink sometimes. My engine died a few weeks after that visit. Come to find out there was no oil in the car. Now I need a new engine. Unbelievable how badly I got screwed by this place. Unbelievable.

Do not go here especially if you have a nice car! I went in for an oil change in January. I was there for 2 hours with what seemed to not have but one or two people in front of me. Immediately after I left my car started making a funny sound, smoking, jerking, and horrible smell. Mind you I have never had anything wrong with my car. A Cadillac CTS 2009 with only 60,000 miles on it. So I turned around and went right back. Turns out when they changed me oil they put a hole in my oil hose (no I dont know technical terms) and oil was spilling out all over my car. They fixed it for free and I left. The next day there was oil all over my garage so I went back. They did not clean the oil that had leaked all under my hood so they finally washed it all out and gave me a free oil change. So I went back just yesterday ( 3 months later) to give them the benefit of the doubt and receive my free oil change. The very next day I had pink fluid all over my garage floor. At this point Im very upset and go straight back to tires plus. When I get there they tell me its the water pump and that it has nothing to do with what they did. They told me not to drive my car and that they could fix it but I would have to pay. Im almost positive they did it to my car and wont admit to it! Luckily I have warranty to cover the water pump but this is absolutely ridiculous. If you dont know how to do a simple oil change on a Cadillac then just inform the customer!! Dont do something you dont know how to do and then break the car twice! Im so livid!

I got a new set of tires here and was given excellent service! This place was recommended by a co-worker of mine.
Brought car in for slow tire leak, was told there was a nail in the shoulder of the tire and that was unable to be patched. Before I could even respond I was asked if I wanted the tire replaced without being quoted on a price. Decided to get a second opinion at Costco Tire Center, thankfully. The technician there said the tire was definitely able to be repaired, and it would only cost 10 dollars. (Tire patching at Tires Plus costs 19.99) Will not be returning for any services in the future.

The spirit has been putting it on me to make this review for some time and this is only to protect people from bad service. Firstly, Ive taken multiple cars to this Tires plus and have had untrustworthy service done unto me. Ive paid for multiple lifetime balances only to return for pickup hours later with the car unmoved and no documents for proof. What made me write this review was I had a europen car worked on and they gave me a recommendation that ultimately destroyed the car. After their work which costed $1000, the car continued to have issues and they then recommended other parts after paying for a expert guess. Ultimately the car stopped running one day and I had to sell it to a junkyard after the work they performed and their recommendations which did not fix the issue. Also, they will lie about balancing your vehicle, so do not leave without proper documentation or witnessing the work performed.
Been here twice!!! Sometimes you have to take a drive to get good service and I will continue to take that drive to get my car done here! Abraham was a great help! Customer service is the biggest key and they have it here.
On May 29, 2017 I bought two front rotors and new front pads.Today, I was told the loud metal to metal grinding coming from the front of my 2017 car is because of the stock pads Tires Plus put on my car has a higher metal content than other pads.So his solutions was to upgrade the 2 1/2 month old pads was to pay them for an upgrade and have the new rotors turned again.I wish I could play for you the video I recorded.Anyone can clearly hear the very loud metal to metal grind.I never expected to pay for new pads and rotors every three months.I am Not going to them this go.....UPDATE:I returned this morning and metScott T.They are replacing the defective front pad and replacing both (new) front rotors.All covered under warranty.Today I would give Scott ☆☆☆☆☆.After my above experience, I have returned to Tires Plus in Roswell because they won me over by going above and beyond.
Took my Mazda Speed3 in for an alignment. They were extremely polite and professional even though they were obviously swamped. They had my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The Speed3 is sensitive to the slightest misalignment, and I usually leave other shops frustrated after realizing they didnt bother to fine tune it. However, these guys took the time to straighten the steering wheel, which was barely off, and really dial in the alignment well. I appreciate this care for my car!
When Tires Plus went to pull my car in for service, the technician hit another vehicle while backing out. My insurance company has CONTINUOUSLY put in a phone call to Matthew, the manager on duty that day, to get insurance information for reimbursement for damage to my car. They refuse to put him on the phone to answer questions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They may seem nice, but in a situation such as this, they simply won’t respond to my insurance company. Bad way of doing business. Very unethical!!

I took my car in for an alignment.They did a great job, but at the end of it I a test drive revealed that my brakes only had 1/4 to 1/3 of their usual ability. I was told the problem would, go away, and that it should be safe to drive.An investigation revealed that my brake booster was perforated. A representative called me & apologized for allowing me to drive away in it.Nevertheless, the shop refused to consider the possibility that a tech had accidentally damaged it.My car is old, with over 180K miles on it, and likely the brake booster was original. I replaced the brake booster myself, and decided it was probably on its way out, anyway. What I didnt like was the automatic, we didnt do it, response.

Signed up for the lifetime alignment which basically is paying $100 to receive alignments for the life of the car as long as I own it. Work was completed and so far so good, but it literally took all day long. Originally dropped the car off at 11am, which I scheduled. I called in to check status at 2pm and 4pm, and was told both times my car was on the lift and being worked on and it should be done soon. Just before their closing time (5pm), I took uber ride up there. When I asked for my car, they told me it had not been worked on yet but was very next in the que -- arrrrrg! I shouldve just taken the car then, but I agreed to have them do the work, which they did and finally it was completed at 6:15pm. Alignment feels good, but the communication and lying about estimated completion times is really not appreciated. If they would have communicated were busy, it will be around closing time until we get to it..., then I am cool with that because I can plan my day. As is, I wont be back, nor would I recommend.
My car was perfect until i went there to change my oil there. They purposely did not close the oil van correctly. They told me there was a leak on my car and i had to came back to fix it or my car oil will be leaking. I got charged $400 this day even through i had to go back. Few days later i runed out of oil and this messed up all my car. I towed the car to another place and they said that i had no leak. They fund out that they did it in purpose just to make me go back again. Since i changed the place to fixe my car everything is perfect. But i spent more than a $1200 to fixe it after i run out of oil. I was trusting on those people and the ripped me off for long time😡
Wait time is VERY long if you go in the afternoon... Upwards of 2 hours or more... Be warned...
These guys are great! They did some work for me AT NO CHARGE that they did not have to do when I had a problem with my car. They go above and beyond to help!

Went in for an oil change, and they were great. Gave me a discount without me even asking. I knew my car had a few other problems--they mentioned them, but didnt try to push anything.

These guys are sharp and attentive. They do work outside of tires.
Good service. 4 new tires and in and out under 2 hour, and the tires had to be brought from another location.

Great friendly service but lawdy have mercy on prices but I guess that goes with any car place.
