It is very obvious to see John Disson absolutely believes he is selling the best made automobile in the market. he is proud to spend the necessary time to review in detail all the many options which are available in your particular car. The new service manager Steve Richardson is terrible. I brought my 2012 Porsche Cayenne in for service because of a check engine light and told them that another shop checked it and said it’s due to my catalyst converters. After service technician from Porsche did he’s evaluation Steve called me back and assured me it was not the catalyst converters and that it was something else which will cost around $3000 to repair. I asked Steve if he is absolutely sure it’s not due to the catalyst and he confirmed it was not. Them being a Porsche dealer I took he’s word for it and agreed to the repairs he recommended thinking they should have better technicians and testing equipment then the previous shop(I was very wrong). About 3 days after picking up my car from Porsche the check engine light was back and on top of that this time I started smelling a bad burning oil oder in the car too. Tried calling Steve right away but could never catch him(they would always have an excuse and transfer me to he’s voicemail which he never returned). Finally I called and asked for another service adviser (Charlie) who answered right away and tried to help. My wife dropped of the car for them to inspect it again and guess what they found the reason for the check engine light: “the catalyst converters” which I told them from the beginning caused the light..... By the way Charlie didn’t realize that the vehicle was worked on by them a few weeks earlier...and as soon as Steve found out that my car is back at the dealer and the diagnostic this time was what caused the problem in the first place, he immediately took over again (which I thought was very strange and suspicious). When I asked Steve what Porsche is going to do about miss diagnosing the problem the first time and charging me $3000 for something that did not fix the problem he said it’s a different problem and to fix it would cost me another $7700 🤯 and $1500 for the valve gasket to repair the oil smell that they caused. Long story short Steve Richardson along with Mark Ventei(general manager) did not even try to correct their mistake and left me with a broken car, check engine light, oil smell that I didn’t have before and a $3000 bill that was not necessary in the first place. The service department is awful and their technicians don’t know what they are doing if they couldn’t discover the correct problem the first time even after I told them the problem. After this incident I don’t think I would consider buying another Porsche for a long time and definitely not from this place because their service department is terrible!!! If you want peace of mind and a smooth service experience I would take my Porsche to a different dealer then Hennessy Porsche of North Atlanta👎🏼

This is my first experience with Hennessey Porsche, but the entire process from start to finish seemed to be a step above any other dealer experience I have ever had. Their cars are very special and the experience has matched. Mike McPherson is hyper-educated on all things Porsche, and couldnt have been a better guide for us along the way. The driver sent text updates throughout his trip with pictures and was delivered as promised to my front door. My wife and I purchased a 2019 Boxster a week ago and Fred Giles was our sales person. His service was excellent throughout the process. He was very responsive even while on vacation. The entire process was very easy. We were fortunate that he answered the phone the first day we called the showroom.

Was told I needed tires with no explanation. New tires have 9/33. Limit is 3/32. My tires are at 7/32 with no abnormal wear. Not to mention I purchased the car from them less than a year ago CPO with brand new tires. Always get a second opinion if you have to have work done here.

Had there been a no star rating I would have given it!! Tried to purchase car online. I’m a physician from out of town. Sales rep (Sean) was arrogant, disrespectful and very unprofessional. He gave us his cell phone to text details about deal but was would tell us that he was doing us a favor by answering even though there was a time zone difference. He made it known that we were on his time and not the other way around. His customer service skills were very lacking and he made multiple comments to my people that were helping me try and broker the deal. He even went so far as to tell my people the we were “sketchy” even though I sent a 5K down payment. I have never been treated this way ever before and was very disappointed with this dealership. His manager said he has a good heart but that side we did not see.

We needed a car quickly, and Greg did a fantastic job helping me find the perfect car and being very responsive responding in real time to calls and texts. This was a fantastic experience----again. This is the second Porsche we have purchased from Tyler in the last two years. We purchased a Cayenne first and now a Panamera GTS. The Turbo was in stock and had every option I could want. The entire experience from Gene, my sales professional, to Sara my finance manager, was outstanding. I flew in from Houston, TX to pick up my Porsche and drove back almost 700 Miles in a single tank of Diesel. We have 4 Porsche dealerships in Houston and yet I felt fully satisfied buying from Hennessy Porsche in Atlanta, GA. I will buy from them again. This time I am going for the new Porsche GT3.

Customer service for service department is awful. Dont schedule online if you have questions because advisors wont contact you or return calls. example#1 (May 2020 - Bryce): scheduled service online with questions but no answers, showed up for my appt and was told that they could not work on my car (its an hour drive to their dealership). Example #2: (Thought Id give Hennessy another try) scheduled recall service online but needed to know how long it would take. Left messages with advisor (Dan) but no return calls. After several calls, finally called and asked for any service person and found out that recall parts are not in stock. At least I avoided the trip this time.. Just wish there was another Porsche dealership in north Georgia

Gene is easy to understand and work with. The dealership is clean, casualand very professional. Truly an easy transaction to buy this car and I got a great deal... Highly recommend.

Things have changed for the worst in the service department at Hennessy Porsche. This was previously my go to dealership for service since moving from Chicago nearly 6 years ago. Two recent visits this year have caused me to move on. Last issue encountered, I contacted Steve in the service department on 6/2/21 and informed him I wanted to move forward with having a $1,200 part replaced on my Cayenne. Steve indicated the part may take 3 weeks to arrive. Having heard nothing from the dealership, I followed up with Steve via email on 6/23/21 for an update. No response, so I called and left a voicemail with Steve on 7/5/21. No response so I sent an email to the Client Experience Manager on 7/7/21. My email was forwarded to Steve and Steve sent me an apology email on 7/12/21 and further indicated he would check on the status of the order and give me a call the next day. No response so I left a voicemail for the Service Manager on 7/26/21. No response so I left a voicemail for the General Manager on 7/27/21. Having recieved no update following 6 attempts in two months, I contacted Porsche Atlanta Perimeter on 8/2/21. Atlanta Perimeter advised me the part would arrive in two days. No follow-up required, as Atlanta Perimeter promptly notified me of the part’s arrival on 8/4/21. Repair has now been made but not by Hennessy Porsche.

I ordered a 2021 718 Cayman in mid October working with Scott and just took the delivery of it. As expected through previous Porsche purchase experiences, this time was better than before. Scott and his team was on the case from the build, ordering, tracking and delivery cycle. I was always in the communications and got a bit of thank you discount as this was the third purchase from the Hennessy. Paperwork was simple and straightforward, no drama for upselling unnecessary products. In and out less then an hour. Most of the waiting was for paper organization and thorough explanations.There are two Porsche dealerships which is roughly same distance from my home. There is one and important reason for working with Scott - proactive and thoughtful communications. Spoke with Gene and I may come back next year when we need to replace the Lexus.
