Decent size Walmart on Mansell road in Roswell. The propane tax exchange was cheaper than other places. But it took forever to find somebody who could unlock the cages where the tanks were kept. I guess that’s Walmart for tou….

Always a terrible experience. Every time I leave Wal-Mart I feel worse then when I came in. There are some good deals, but this location needs renovations. I only come herr when I fail to plan ahead enough to get something on Amazon.

Excellent place for shopping. This center is very large and have great variety of products. Customer service is excellent and place is very clean. They have good varieties of toys and clothing. They have good parking space. Mask is compulsory for in store shopping. This place was little crowded when I visited. Maybe due to holiday shopping. Guy in electronics section needs special mention. He is making sure all customers are given attention that is needed.

A large store servicing your shopping needs including an auto center. Very helpful staff. Found a unique book and some well fitting shorts.

Its Walmart. Dont have high school expectations and you wont be dissapointed.

Beautifully maintained Walmart. I would even argue this location gives Sprouts a run for their money! I’ve never been to a Walmart with such a vast selection of gluten-free and organic items and a beer/wine section. The store is also pretty well organized and there was plenty of staff available. Will return when I’m in the area.

First time here, and it was clean and organized. I walked in and found exactly what I was looking for (small plastic bins with lids) for a stellar discount (10 for 9 bucks!).I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars for the unnecessarily long line at self-checkout stemming from the young lady not really knowing how or maybe wanting to do her job. Other patrons were pleasant and helpful, though!

This Walmart on man sell road in Roswell is pretty good. The prices here are better than other Walmart’s in the area. It also pretty much has everything....they have two self checkout counters which is nice. That way you don’t have to deal with associates!!! Not much to complain about given it’s a Walmart!

This Walmart was EXCELLENT! The Door Greeter was Outstanding! This Walmart is TOPS! The Store was VERY Clean. The Electric Scooters were operational. Friendly Cashiers.

This Walmart is always nice and clean. I only give it 4 stars because I just don’t understand why there are 30 plus checkout lines and they’re all closed by 9 or 10. So then there are long self checkout lines. Other than that, it’s a standard acceptable Walmart.

Two employees. One nice man took time from what he was doing to walk me to the aisle where I needed something. I thanked him for not only helping me, but for being at the store in general, especially when places are short on employees. It made him smile. Second employee was a woman with the only register open, when clearly there were other employees there who could have opened a register to help her. She seemed a little stressed, but as I helped her by putting my waters in a bag, her face lit up, and a smile came over her face. I guess my point is, in these uncertain times, a little kindness goes a long way, especially for those people who show up to do their job.

I walk in line at the money center. There is a woman working at the counter with a customer, She lets me wait there and then says money center is closed you have to come back, she pulls her till out and walks away. Im sorry? I couldnt have heard her....1. if you as an employee knows that no one in the store will be able to assist a customer because they dont have credentials and you couldnt take 1 more customer who happens to be a regular...wow! I then get in line at customer service and wait I finally waive an employee down and ask a time estimate as to when I could expect assistance they say soon...cool back in line at money center another 10 minutes and then am told its closed. I am not sure why this is the only Walmart in the world that cant seem to schedule to the business needs. I understand short staff but lesson available hours, you know put signs out that money service is only open 10am - 1pm Mon_Fri. Now your customers do not lose 65$ because I had paid a taxi to wait.and the more to get to a different walmart. in Sorry that I had to take the 5 stars away from the few very hard working employees that definitely deserve a great rating.

The check out lines are a mile long! Only 2 registers open. I waited over 25 minutes on line. I also had an item to return and customer service automatically put the money back on the original card. When I advised them that I no longer have that account they said nothing they could do and I should have the bank send me a check! I will be avoiding Walmart until they learn to respect my time and convenience!

Don’t ever go to this Walmart, so bad customer service. The scanned machine didn’t work properly, i waste 30 minutes there, then I was send back and forth to services, then to cashier, and eventually ended up stay in a long line to pay for products, which I I was already scanned. No one helping me. I waste so much time and the attitude the cure people is horrible.

Its a Walmart. Found what we were looking for without any trouble.

I want to say this Walmart is very outdated, as soon as you step foot in this Walmart you notice how outdated the fixtures and certain shelves and counters are. This store is really in need of a remodel to be more current and up-to-date. And lets not even talk about their Electronics section, the most outdated thing in that section will be the photo center it looks like something out of the early 90s. But Im confident once we started this project in January the Walmart on Mansell Road will look brand new and more modern. The associates here are very friendly and very polite, they also have a few things that a few other Walmarts and dont have which I was pretty shocked to see.

I love shopping at Walmart. However this Walmart, seems to be low on merchandise or out of supplies. I moved here in May of this year and always leave this store without something. Im please anyway, I can always pick up whatever at the Alpharetta branch.

Shockingly bright & relatively clean location. Best & REAL SHOCKER on this visit was that there was a reasonable number of NON self-service checkout lines open with clerks... THIS is encouraging as self checkout alone DOES NOT INCREASE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...

I walked in trying to find the infamous “squishmallows” for my younger sister. I was headed in the wrong direction when I was asked what I was looking for by one of the associates. She told me the squishmallows were in isle k6 and I followed her there. There weren’t any of them there but she told me she knew they had more in the back. I told her I was mainly looking for the smaller plush toys and she happily went to look for them. She was so enthusiastic and you could tell she was actually happy to go look for them to try and help me find them. I didn’t catch her name but she definitely deserves a raise. She treated me better than any Walmart employee ever has. She was just genuinely so kind. Before I left I thanked her one last time and she said “drive home safe” you can tell she finds joy in helping people and she makes you feel so welcomed. I called the store immediately after trying to get the store manager on the phone and was on hold for 30 minutes to let him/her know how great of an employee they’ve got. I never was able to reach them so I’m hoping the manager sees this review. I just think she should be rewarded credit where it’s due. I’ve never written a review on an employee before either so I hope that says something! Give her a raise!

The lines are so long. I try not to go often or only at certain timeframes.. Honestly, the pick up option is much much better for some items. Im picky so I stick to none produce items like veggies or anyitems that are based on weight pricing..

Clean store. I went to purchase deer corn, however they were currently sold out. I love to feed the deer. I have about 13 that come and eat. They are beautiful. Hopefully Walmart will get some more corn in soon.

The registers are not properly staffed. Like many other Walmarts, there was one register with a clerk and a very long line. Everyone who wont or cant wait in the long line goes to self check out. At the lone self check out, not the group self check, there was something unidentifiable on the conveyer belt maybe 8 inches in diameter. It didnt look like vomit, but that is the only thing I could think of to describe it. It was the biggest deterrent to me ever going to a Walmart again that Ive ever experienced. I dont see this as an employee problem. If you dont staff the position, theres no one to find it and fix it. Since every Walmart Ive been in recently only staffs 1 register, its a problem caused by the upper level management (above store level) that made that choice. It was a little bit shocking and a lot disgusting, but I guess its also to be expected that something like that would happen.

Looked like a Walmart, smelled like a Walmart, tasted like a Walmart.

I went to the restroom and someone was recording me with cellphone under the door. I asked what are you doing? And the person left running. I searched for any customer to explain what happened and the person didn’t give to me attention, she just said “I can’t do anything”. I feel abused and sad. I’m in my car at the parking lot about to cry and devastated.

Easy in, easy out. They had sanitized carts that were lined up and ready to go. For a store that sees so much traffic I am sure this is not an easy task to accomplish, so big kudos to a job well done.

My experience was awful. I ordered 4 tires & went to get them installed. They only had 3 of em & blamed me for the situation. Nobody said we apologize or let us see what we can do, nothing. 0 empathy. Very disappointed because I have never been done that way at Walmart. Looking for tires elsewhere...

Not as good as the Walmart on Windward Parkway. That one is also not great but this one on Mansel is pretty awful. Product selection is bad because the shelves are not stocked. They might have lots of products for sale but in stock is a whole other story. Want to buy a juice maker? They have like 20 for sale with demo models on the shelves. Find one you like? Oh too bad, only 2 models are in stock and theyre only in stock because no one wants them. Want to buy cilantro? Guess youll have to catch them on a good day when its actually in stock. Want a car audio amplifier? Sure, there is 1 available and its open box on the floor somewhere. Good luck, not like the underpayed employees will help you. Theyll just say Sorry, looks like were out. You trully feel like a monster asking for help to finding anything. The employees look like they are one rainy day away from being homeless and you just want to leave them alone. Heres an idea: dont shop here just to save .50c on your orange juice. This company does despicable things. From mistreating their employees to lobbying for irresponsible government policies, all for a below average shopping experience and a few dollars saved on your $200 of groceries.

Used their Vision Center for daughter’s eye exam and glasses. Great staff who were exacting and truly pleasant. Quick to get an appointment, speedy manufacture of glasses - only 4 days! Frames and lenses reasonably priced too.

This one of better locations ive been too. Its always pretty well stock, clean, i see lots of workers on the actual floor. The only complaint i do have which im sure most customers have is why so many check out lanes, but very few open. Just saying

This is one of the largest and cleanest Wal-Marts Ive ever encountered. Better selection of goods than most Wal-Marts and has a full service McDonalds inside in case you get hungry. This location does have a tire and oil change center.

Lady in service center was extremely rude. We wanted to return an item and asked if we can return the item. She wouldnt say anything but just closed and nothing more when asked again she raised her voice to again say closed.

Just loved the garden center here, very well maintained compared with other WalMart stores nearby. The store arrangements and stock upkeep is good as well.

Walmart in general is terrible. But this one may be the worst. Between them never having items in stock and the creepers who follow you around asking for money in the store or parking lot, I hate this store.

I like how they got a separate parking space for pickup, its supper fast and convenient.

I been shopping at this location vfor a long time. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time i get issues with check out. The first time i found out they dont do cash self check out was after a long 13min of waiting in line and then i had to weight another 9min since they have only 1 register open. And that was at noon time. The second time again after waiting over 8min in line they told me the register is closed. So again another time in line to the other register. Today again after waiting in line with 8 people ahead of me i was next to the register but they are closing that register.so they wanted me to go to another one in line. Is this a joke???? I know is hard with having employees now but they need to change their system. I will never shop at this location.

Typical Walmart experience. Doesnt matter which one you go to, the employees and morale and dysfunction of the place is always gross and disappointing. I only go to Walmart twice a year because of this. Truly, the grossest employed people on the planet! If youre nasty, have a bad attitude, no work ethic and generally despise retail customers....Walmarts the job for you!!

Sadly, this stores patrons behavior continue to decline across the board. Many of our out of area customers are shopping here who randomly pull items off the shelves, unbox goods and drop them on the floor. Ive seen this many times. Associates clearly work very hard to keep peace with customers who seemingly look to criticize and belittle them for any reason. Its sad to see people steal, scream and shout while walking out of the store as if theyre entitled to something. I cant shop here anymore as this location is ripe for an incident caused by very disrespectful and rude patrons. What happened to politeness and being a good American citizen? Roswell was never like this, ever. So very sad!!

The store is clean. I cant say I interacted with many employees because they are few and far between. However there was one I came across who acted as though I was in her way as I approached some merchandise.

Couldnt find any in aisle help, but a cashier was able to point me in the right direction. I did get what I wanted at a good price.

No cash registers open only the 20 items or less line is open and it took me an hr only to pay i was not able to pay on self check out because i was going to pay tax exempt

Line was long and 1 person to check ✔ out paying customers. No excuses not to have person at check out. Wont be going there. Target has better customer service

While on a trip I made my 1st stop into a Walmart super center to purchase some beer. This place is huge, mass and overwhelming! Theres everything you need under the Sun except good prices on alcohol!! 6 packs of beer that I normally pay $7~$9 for all start at almost $11!! So if youre coming for good deals on booze dont stop here.

Two young employees got to fighting out on the parking lot as I was sitting in my truck. I called the police department to report them but before they arrived the fight was over and one employee had left n a vehicle.

12 people in line for regular checkout is a common issue at THIS location. Not the case with many other Walmarts. Never more than 1 lane open. Customer Service says Wish we could call someone to open another lane but they cant. Store manager should run a checkout lane if they have staffing issues. Wish I could use self checkout kiosk but they dont work with Tax Exempt. Wish I could use Walmart+ for self checkout but it doesnt work with tax exempt.

It would be nice if they had signs the main entrance closes at 10 pm instead of allowing people to get to the door where there’s an employee managing carts happily saying this entrance is closed didn’t you hear the intercom after I asked if it’s open. I’ve gone to this Walmart for 8 years and it keeps getting worse with the lack of product available or damaged on the shelf and being clean. I only come here now on need be or cost otherwise it’s Publix cause at least the guy at the door offer to walk you out. In the pics you see people coming from the left entrance to cars off in the right with no security. Come on Walmart.
