I just left Good Nutrition and did not have a friendly experience. Im a 64 black man with a beard, and the minute the older man working there saw me, he looked at me like a threat rather than a customer.They are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont know if someone black that looks like me made him mad earlier, but he was not helpful like the woman that works there. I can tell my business was unwanted by how short he was with me. Also, his own customer, an older white woman had to tell him to check me out at the register, being he left me standing there with no heads up or anything.. I swear if there was a black vitamin shop in the area I would take the extra drive to avoid businesses that take my money but make me feel unwanted.. SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS!!!!!!

I just visited Good Nutrition for the first time and was incredibly impressed with their selection of healthy supplements and products. But I was blown away by the friendliness, knowledge and support of the staff. I’ll be shopping here from now on!

Great place to shop for natural medicine/supplements. They have a good variety. Recently I went there a couple of times to pick up some supplements & I noticed that the employees there don’t wear a mask. They stand close to the customers and talk which I felt was unhealthy. Being a health store I hope they followed & maintained covid precautions.

Always a great experience. The store is very clean and organized. Everything Im shopping for is usually in stock and the one time it wasnt, they ordered it for me in a timely manner. I remember needing help with a serious female related issue and received assistance from one of the men that works there (he may be the owner). But the advice I received from him did more to help me in a few months than i had been able to do in years! A wealth of wisdom resides here!

I love the Good Nutrition stores for their selection of quality vitamins and supplements. The store owner (I’m assuming the gentleman I spoke to was the owner) at this location is so knowledgeable! He is a joy to talk to and full of information. Do your research online and then go to GN and ask him and he will help you even further.

The owner is so knowledgeable about the brands she carries. Just tell her your concerns or what ever it is you want to address. Shell know what you should take individual or as a compound. And she uses coupons!

Smells so good. Great prices. I got my oils here long before it was Hip to oil. They will help you if you ask. Dont look list and expect them to come help. Ask. Place is clean, but could use a few updates to make it look better. Just a few.

I will not be returning. BUYER BEWARE!! The faulty cash register charged my card twice! When I went back the next day to show the double transactions with my bank, I was told that I had to wait several more days until it was no longer in pending status, to be issued a refund. I was already inconvenienced by having to return to the store. This is very poor customer service. I have spent lots of money at Good Nutrition. I will be taking my dollars elsewhere.

Being a Holistic Nutrition Coach I enjoy their wide selection and great pricing.The one thing I question is that Im sure theres a large customer base that struggle with health issues. Why put a time frame to use the coupon you earned at check out. If a customer earns it at check out why cant they use it when its good for them? You can set a expiration date. Me personally Ive never been able to use them. I travel for work and Im dealing with a lot of life happening so to speak and I cant always physically make it in as needed. Customer appreciation would go alot further if it was a pure thank you with no pulled strings attached. It makes me lean to purchasing online. Supporting local business is important to me and would like to avoid the global impact of shipping, in the same breath why would I drive 15 min away with when its one sided?
