People are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I love coming in to this store. The staff are always willing to play “guess the product I’m needing”, lol. I get the item I need and a lot of knowledge to go with it. Awesome place!

Unfortunately, this is the only locally owned health food store in Roswell. I have been in about 4 times. I have only had a positive experience once. The staff is not friendly and they leer at you as you are looking around. Only when you look in their direction will they awkwardly ask if you need assistance. I always try to support local business but will stick with Amazon versus going in here again. One star for having a decent selection of products.

I have been in this store twice and have been treated with no respect each time. And it was coming from the same lady. Older short curly haired lady. First time she was literally following me like if i was going to steal something. And when I finally asked for what I was looking for since it was obvious she wanted to help. Her response is what upset me. I asked for a rose oil and she completely made a rude comment about my minor breakouts. I stuck to my guns about what I wanted and she completely ignored them by suggesting I should try this, or that. And frankly Im open to trying new things, But the way she went about it was completely the wrong way to do so. I felt disrespected. Second time I went in, keep in mind this is the same lady! 2 seconds after approaching the oils she stood literally less then a foot away from me fixed some stuff on the shelf. While I was walking around her she said lmk if u need any help finding anything. I didnt respond due to my last visit because she was no help at all. And instantly she turned around and said did u hear me! So with the same rude tone she gave me. I answered with Yes maam I did! So when a young man walked up from the back a short time after I asked him for assistance. My friend has also had the almost exact same experience with this same lady. I see alot of the comments are due to the employees there lacking the respect they have for the patrons. And your response is apologizing for the acts of your workers but not putting any effort to make sure that changes. Sorry for the book.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, wide selection. I will definitely recommend and return! A true gem for Roswell!! PLUS its family owned!

When I lived closer I went every other Friday to get my supplies! I loved visiting with the staff and picking at Bob!

Natural cures are the ONLY cures. I stopped intaking sugars and sodas and started taking a calcium supplement. My back and knees are getting better! I can sleep at night! I havent felt this way in over ten years!!!

I am from Albuquerque but always try to support local businesses in the rural areas - communities in this area especially. Locally owned and operated is a dying business with Internet shopping. That being said, every time I come in this store the people at the front desk are so unfriendly and rude when you try to make kind, small talk or ask questions.

The people are friendly and helpful. Considering its location (in Roswell), they have a surprisingly good selection.

Ive bought supplements, dry foods and essential oils from D2E for the last 12 years or so. I go to both this one and the nutrition center in Carlsbad. The one here has a small selection compared to the one in Carlsbad, and the prices arent too outrageous.

They have a decent selection of items for a small town health store.

I used to go there and spend alot of money there, but the people that used work there left or got fired I guess and the people there now are rude and dont act like they could care less if you go into thier stote, they are so unfriendly and rude.

I may actually apply for an artist residency in Roswell, all because you all exist:) Thanks!
