I would also agree to check over everything first before purchase as the return window is very slim and there are no warranty options. Everything I’ve purchased from here has been faulty. I purchased a faucet for kitchen that started to leak less than a year after purchase. The 18 inch cabinet I purchased for custom vanity has a drawer that is missing it’s drawer slide so it doesn’t close properly. I spent close to $400-$500 on this cabinet alone and it was installed before I noticed the issue unfortunately. Lastly I purchased a stand alone tub $1200+ Where the drain that you press to release water doesn’t open up after water is filled within the tub. It’s very annoying but again already installed beyond a return period so I’m stuck with it. Just be mindful of your purchase before installation. It sucks that I’ve had issues with everything purchased here.Update:This place sells damaged products and will not fix any issues you have once the product has been installed! Beware!! After speaking to manager who reached out after my review informed me that there is nothing more they can do besides send me a replacement track in which I would have to hire a new contractor to come out and fix. Same with the $1200 soaking tub I purchased. They will not have anyone come out to fix the issue but offered to send a new part in which I do not know will resolve the issue. I would again have to hire someone to come and try to fix the tub. I feel like they are not taking responsibility for selling defective products and they are forcing the consumer to spend more money out of pocket for any issues needing to be fixed. After a huge renovation project in which you’ve invested so much money you shouldn’t have to deal with this.

Did not buy anything. Just saw the sign while picking up some wine at the corner store. Walked in. They do have great value priced items if your doing a home build or remodel project.If you want the depot or Lowes go there.If you want to step up your game. Pop in here, see for yourself. The money you save will be your own. They do have a scratch and dent aisle. If your appliance is going against a wall or into an enclosure, this may be a option for you.

Not a huge selection but they have the basics and its all in stock. Quality is medium, Ive seen worse but theres also better out there. Just make sure you check everything over well when you pick it up. Prices are ok. Nothing to write home about as far as deals go but its about right for the quality you get.

I am so pleased with my experience working with the manager of the Roswell location, Mike Reid. We unfortunately, had issues with the front door that we purchased and installed. HCO replaced the doors for us, and we are so happy with the replacement door. They really care about their customers and this made us a forever customer of HCO Roswell.

My husband and I were shopping for iron double doors. Mike was able to help right away. He showed us their selection, answered our questions, and was able to check stock on the spot. There was a door that caught my eye, but because of the substantial investment, I wanted to do some comparison shopping. From that point on, I compared every door I saw to it. We shopped other stores, searched on line, but no one could match their quality, warranties, or customer service. Our only regret is the time we spent driving to Smyrna when what we wanted was in our backyard. My door was installed in a week and looks FABULOUS! Thanks MIke, and Anthony too. You are our go to guys. Job well done!

The product is great and Courtney was really nice to work with. If the contractor (Robert) they suggested that works with the company was good, I would have given a 5 star. Robert is a nice guy but his work is not up to standard. He does not pay attention to detail and over books himself and the work he is doing suffers. He is extremely unprofessional by way of not calling you back or texting you. I suggest if you do use Robert, do not pay him until the whole job is completed, because once he is paid, you may never hear back from him in reference to getting the rest of the work done. I am still currently waiting to hear back from him on 2 small things he did not do that would only take him 15-30 minutes to complete.

After much research and sitting in dozens of tubs I bought a beautiful one from Blake at the Roswell store. It was an exceptionally good price. He tagged the new one in the box and held it for me for a few weeks while the construction raged on at my house. My contractor picked it up from the store and brought it to the house. Though it still had the factory straps and packing, there was a mark inside the tub. Returned to the store and told Blake. He immediately called several other stores and found the same tub for me, then had it transferred. It arrived the same day! He called to tell me he found the tub, and called again saying it had arrived in Roswell. Customer service rating of 5 for sure. Thank you Blake and Home Center Outlet!

Im so glad this company has a location close by our house now! Weve done 2 Renovations, but this past time only had to drive one mile! They can put together just about anything for you with their state-of-the-art design team! You would be a fool not to check them out when doing a renovation or Home Improvement.

My husband and I visited the Roswell HCO to get an idea how and what we were going to do with our MBR bath. After a period of time, we decided to go forward with the process. Reason, Topher which he continued to be patient with our decision making. During that time, we found a beautiful Wrought Iron Front Door. The MBR bath is gorgeous as well as our Front Door thanks to Topher. We love this place! The location is perfect and the staff is very nice. Our next purchase will be a new kitchen which we will be calling Topher. Again, thank you for making our home beautiful!

Couldnt be unhappier with the experience. Salesperson ordered the wrong cabinets, customer service was terrible on resolving the problem. Entire process took much longer than we thought. Will not be using them in the future.
