I have the patience of Job sometimes and often times to my detriment. If anyone is contemplating getting a Desjoyaux Pool in TN, think twice. I was so excited two years ago and this is what my pool has looked like for most of the summer. To be very clear, my beef is with the manufacturer/US Distributors out of Atlanta GA. Their customer service is well below acceptable. In a conversation a few weeks ago, one of their staff members (Jeff) actually laughed when I told him I had a green pond in my backyard with frogs. It’s not a laughing matter, period. My pump was sent back to them, at my expense, over a month and a half ago. My pool continued to grow its own little ecosystem. They have neither reached out to address the issue or my concerns. I have been forced to mitigate my damages and prevent further damage to the rest of the equipment, again at my expense. Pool ownership is expensive in its own right but is balanced by the enjoyment it brings. There has been absolutely nothing enjoyable about dealing with this company.To say that their customer service is horrible is an understatement.

Poor customer service and I was not satisfied and they will not come out to fix it. I would give them a negative 100 rating.

They were absolutely phenomenal at the beginning. After they received their final payment I kept getting the run around. We had a pool installed by this company. We haven’t really had an issues with the pool except for the app not working properly. However, they were supposed to come back for final inspection and to do pool school with us to show us how everything is supposed to work. Neither of these things happened. Luckily we are all tech savvy and can kind of figure things out on our own. They were nice and professional they just never followed through with things once they received final payment. Neighbors have been asking if I would recommend them and I’ve said no. Your word means everything. So if they didn’t follow up for final inspection or pool school, they definitely won’t follow up if there’s an issue. They could have had a lot of business in my neighborhood and even some from family and friends simply by keeping their word and following through with everything that they promised. I expected much better especially for the amount of money that we spent.Update: They did follow up with me to get the final inspection set up and to check my pool. They did fix the problem with my pool, but I haven’t had a final inspection date yet. I will post an update if they completely follow through. So far they’ve done what they have said they would do.

Great service with online ordering. Staff has been very helpful over the phone when we have had questions.

Couldn’t have been better! They promised they’d call me with good or bad news and they CALLED ME! I left a number with the receptionist who said they were busy at the moment and then they found the time in the day to CALL ME! So sadly, they never called. You have no idea how important that is for a person who trusted a company to do that they said they would!! These are stand up guys! One last remark, they are terrific salesman! I believed every word they said and still do to this day! Keep up the good work fellas. And remember, even bad news, is good news, so at least deliver it. If you want a pool done right? Call these guys. They’ll call you back. I’m sure they’ll take care of you “It is their promise!!” :)

This type of pool is one of the best pools on the market. We have had ours for about a month now and it has been amazing. Very easy to maintain and take care of. The Membrane (liner) is the softest type of liner i have ever seen.We have been in the pool all day and our feet are perfectly fine when we get out. We had the contractor on the southside of town install our pool. Very good company. Mark Turner Services.....

I am blown away by the amazing job and professionalism by the entire staff. Start to finish the process was carefully and efficiently executed! Hands down would recommend to anyone looking to build a swimming pool!

Emailed this company for information and help for my desjoyaux pool never received a reply. I understand that the COVID-19 is somewhat of a hindrance in today’s world but just not responding to an email is just plain unprofessional. 👎🏻👎🏻

Servicing my pool pump, I have to send it in twice in the last two year a due to second speed didnt work. They informed that it was when the sent it back to me. When I recieved it I it wouldnt go into second speed. Then I sent it back and know it got damaged during shipment and the company doesnt stand by workmanship. now I have to by a new pump, $2,000.

What a wonderful experience! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful. They were great to work with and will do everything they can to make this a great experience. We would highly recommend Desjoyeaux Pools to anyone looking for a pool. We couldnt be happier with ours!

I put in one of their pools, along with the most expensive filter and salt system they offered, 4 years ago. The workmanship was shoddy and the product is inferior. I have had nothing but trouble for 4 years. The salt system they sold me has never worked properly. I look forward to the day I can rip this out of the ground and replace it. But the people are nice.

Did extensive research on pool builders in the area and found Desjoyaux to be the most receptive and easy to communicate with concerning our project that had substantial challenges.We had to get the property re-zoned and a setback variance which involved surveyors, lawyers, the health dept. and zoning dept. etc... after that hurdle Ron and his team were able to start the digging and didnt stop until they had created a masterpiece of a backyard that is truly breathtaking. The attention to detail they exhibited was way above the standard of todays rush hour mentality. I highly recommend that you discuss your project with Desjoyaux before you decide. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Ron and his team came in and did exactly what they said they would. We love our pool and it is the easiest to maintain out of the other swimming pools we have owned in the past. Our pool is enjoyed year round and our grandchildren love coming over to swim! Professional, honest and caring. We highly recommend Desjoayaux USA location in Roswell, GA. I see there are several spammy reviews below that do not relate to the USA - Desjoyaux has locations that are separate all over the world.

I bought a house with a desjoyaux pool, after having a hard time with the pump I learned that there isnt one pool store in my area or a pool pump mechanic that know anything or want to do anything with the pool or pump. Long story short I need to order parts from France because all the shops here in Canada have went bankrupt and its only a matter of time till the same thing g happens in the USA and all of you will have the same problem. The be sand filter is the way to go, as soon as something else happens Im doing a whole conversion. Btw it cost me 1500 just for a rebuild of the pump. What good is a pool supplier if they cant take care of their previous customers.

Ron sent a team member to our house to collect the information for installing a Desjoyaux Pool and to convert to salt water and install a heater. Four months later after 2 calls to Ron and several text messages, he never sent the quote. Either they are incredibly busy or just bad customer service.

These people have bad customer service...go with another pool company...
