I still enjoy the store, but Ive been charged full price for their own brand of markees twice already, and I tend to go when their brand is on sale for 50% every 2 weeks. Not sure if they dont get updated on the sale anymore or something, but if you go on their website, they do have the sale for their Masters Touch brand going on at the same time.

The store is clean and has friendly, helpful staff. I usually dont shop without my 40% off coupon that you can usually pull up on your phone at checkout from their online ad. Otherwise, I see the products as cheaply made, for the most part, and overpriced. There are deals to keep your eye out for and they do have an extensive assortment of craft and home decor items that cannot be found elsewhere. So, sometimes, the cost is worth the find to complete project or room

Great place to go for any kind of crafts, my wife and I happened to go one day because she was looking for an item for the house and we saw other items that we could use also.

Loved my trip! Got my first dollhouse miniature. My daughter is gonna make a beautiful birdhouse. Staff was super friendly.

Went for a party supplies didn’t have as much for a 3 year old as I expected. Great yarns though. I buy love this cotton to make dish cloths.

Rude staff both days I was there (minus one younger gentleman who made me feel better about my wild children) one woman kept rolling her eyes at us as my kiddos got a little loud, and one was rude about my son (3 years old and doesnt fully know better) sticking the straps to the cart in his mouth. Other than that, I found what I needed, I just wish coupons were still accepted.

Great place for all kinds of hobbyist, I do air brushing so acrylic paint variety is a must have, and they have just that. I also got an 1/72 A-10 model for only around $10 on a sale.

Uneducated staff is staff they dont know what they have or where its at know what youre getting before before you get there try to order it ahead of time so you can pick it up at the counter will save you a ton of time

Too much home decor and hobby supplies are all in the back of the store. Tons of staff throughout the store, but no one can help you find anything. Too few registers going.

When I went on last Friday, they were having a HUGE sale for most of their stock, which was wonderful.What was not wonderful was standing in line with what seemed like 100 other people because they can only afford to have to registers open. Will probably just shop online from now own.

Hobby Lobby is a good place to go. We got drywall to repair my broken wall in my room and it is very durable

Expected something like Michaels but wasnt impressed.

Great store but really disappointed in the selection of alcohol based markers and true drawing art materials. When you compare it to Michaels, hobby lobby has an end cap while michaels has a whole aisle if not more.

The fabric department personal needs some customer service training!The lady working on Tuesday April 13 at the round lake location seems to be either bothered to be working or she doesnt like people that looks different than her

Lots of fun decorations and arts and crafts supplies. One employee was super friendly and helpful and showed me where something was rather than pointing me in a direction and hoping for the best.

Clean store and bathrooms. Polite employees. Greatly showcased. Something for everyone. Love to shop there.

At the check out the cashier told me they were no longer accepting 40% off coupons from Hobby Lobby using my phone. I asked what about coupons in the Sun-Times and she said those were also not being accepted.When did this policy start?I also went home and found the ad in the Sun Times.Just what is the policy??

Great place. Despite its name, not everything has to do with a hobby. Lots of great decorating items. Its fun to just walk around. Extra kudos on a corporate level for taking the bold stand to remain closed on Sundays. Its nice to see that values can trump profit.

Love for seasonal decor but a lot of items are out of place for this are. A happy Fall Yall sign does not appeal to northern Illinois suburbanites. Same as the cowboy accoutrements . The Jesus signs are quite in force and can turn off those of other faiths. We are suburban working women who dont where cowboy boots. O

They had everything I needed and the cashier was so sweet. Super great experience.
