Exceptional and professional counter service from Joshua F. at the Round Rock location. I know nothing about plumbing and our remodel contractor requested that we get the trim hardware for our master shower remodel which has 2 overhead shower options. Husband ordered some pieces online but needed additional component to make it work all together. Josh explained it in terms that I could understand with the ability to go back to my engineer husband to explain. He made sure and ordered all parts that matched, etc. Gave me clear instructions on pick-up and what to bring to make it easy. This kind of service is the very reason I will go to Ferguson first. Thou I brought a part with me I had purchased from Home Depot, but was unsure how to connect the part to repair the toilet.Well, we talked with the salesman in assisting us how to connect part. He was the most helpful and friendly salesman that weve had an encounter with in a very long time. As we thought we needed an add on part. He showed so much love and patient. I didnt get his name.Toilet is fixed!Franklyn and I would like to say Thank you salesman. Your service is what all stores need in this time of Pandemic. Horrible customer service. I Was told an item was in stock and available at the Round Rock location, open until 4:30. I Drove all the way up there and woman says Were Closed. Its 4 pm, I thought you were open until 4:30. Were too busy as she leans against a truck hanging out with someone. you gotta call the number on the door, you cant buy anything here, will call only Dont waste your time. They have no clue what they are doing and are too lazy to care.

We are in the process of remodeling our home and ran into a plumbing issue that required a new configuration. I am an avid DIYer and have been trying to resolve this issue for days. After various trips to big box stores, I finally decided to try Ferguson. I was initially apprehensive about going to a professional supplier due to a prior encounter with another local competitor, who was anything but helpful. I didnt know what to expect, but soon found myself pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received at Fergusons. I explained our plumbing predicament in detail to Walter, who listened patiently and actively worked on providing me with a solution. He must have spent at least 15 minutes (if not longer) trying to help and eventually found a solution that worked flawlessly. Thank you, Ferguson (especially Walter), for such outstanding customer service! After many days of trying to resolve my plumbing issue, I finally found competent and friendly service and can now move on to the next project. I will definitely be back for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend this place!

Working on Carwash equipment. I use allot of odd parts. This particular Ferguson has some of the best customer service. Counter guys are patient and helpful. They’ve have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions.

Waited almost 2 hrs for a will call that they said they had. They lost the parts lost alot of faith in these guys. Been coming for years. The decline in morality in our nation is spreading rapidly. Nobody seems to care or take pride in their job. Negligence is a big part. Lets fix this

Fersuson has always given great service to their customers but today the the Round Rock store was exceptional. I had an issue with a kitchen faucet that was under warranty and would probably take a week or two for it to ship to me. Since Thanksgiving is in 4 days with all the cooking that entails they were kind enough to give me a replacement hose that I could install so I could be worry free for the holiday! Im thankful for the kind folks at Round Rock Fergusons Supply!😀👍👍👍

I was very impressed with the Round Rock location. I went in with a broken spray hose but didnt know what brand it was. Rene told me to email some pics and he would see if he had any. As soon as I did he responded that they had one. Customer service there is amazing. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding service. I had a kitchen faucet failure in December and no plumbing experience whatsoever. I went to Ferguson to see if I could figure out how to replace the faucet myself. Recently had a great experience at this Fergusons location. I needed a replacement part that no one else carried. This Ferguson location had it. The employee quickly found it, confirmed it was the correct part for my need and got me out of the store quickly which is what I needed. Anyone in need of plumbing supplies should try this place first.

Im a local business owner and the cold handle on my bathroom faucet broke. I went into Ferguson to get the part. They were very helpful and after looking at the price of the part, suggested that I call Moen to get a warranty replacement at no charge. They could have easily sold me the part but instead helped me out to save some money. Thanks!

So I replaced a faucet in my bathroom and there was a condensate line from the AC running to it. Ive never seen this before and wasnt sure what to do since the new plastic drain pipe did not have an orifice for the condensation line to hook into. I googled this place and drove there. I spoke to Mike at the counter, I explained my issue, he walked around to a shelf with different drain pipes and grabbed one with a drain orifice for the condensate line on it and explained exactly to install it. What I thought was going to be a weekend headache took me 20 minutes to fix. Thanks Mike and you guys have earned my future business!

Jy just helped me track down stuff in my order. I tried calling the salesperson at my location (E St. Elmo) to track down my stuff that was supposed to be in by now, but kept getting passed around by the operator and getting different peoples voicemails. I called the Round Rock location out of frustration and Jy answered. He was able to look up status on the different parts of my order and see where each thing was, and give me a detailed answer. Even though this hasnt resolved my issue of stuff not coming in on time, Ill give this location 5 stars simply for Jys awesome customer service.

If they come to unload they never load it, they take too long and slow it takes 5 hours for them to remove the load, I never come back here very, very slow.
