I ordered an item on line and it didnt work returned it at the store. Respectful and quick customer service

First time I have been in this store since they remodeled. Very bright and wide open. They have a good selection. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I like shopping in this store.

The remodel definitely helped the stores layout and flow. Easier to find what you need. Im very glad they made the main aisles wider so you are not squeezing through.

Very nice staff and the lady’s I think she is supervisor help me pick the best of what they have after I told her I am moving to new apartment and need many things she also told me about the membership in the store that’s gave me 20% off all year long i save over $500 on really good stuff I am for sure will back there to buy the rest of my things for my new apartment. This is my new go BB&B I just moved to Round Rock Amanda G was super helpful and made me feel right at home she was very polite. Made my shopping experience super easy she was able to provide information on some items I needed to purchase. Will definitely be going back to this location.

This store was well stocked and the staff are just amazing. A gentlemen in the back helped my wife and I get a whole bathroom set and he went above and beyond in his service to us. We will be making this location our new go to.

After dealing with a hard day today, I decided to treat myself to some therapy shopping.Decided to go to this bed bath and beyond and believe me when I tell you that my day definitely got better. I was helped out by a young lady named Amanda G. She was super sweet and helpful.. and was really patient with me when I had a million and one questions. This will be my new routine for my bad days. Couldn’t have asked for better help.

Great store. Friendly staff. We visited after the power outage and water crisis. The staff was patient and helpful. The store was a typical location with a good amount of stock. Nothing particularly special or remarkable. Just a reliable BB&B.

Bed Bath & Beyonds have better outdoor furniture, cookware and bedding than IKEA, and better selection of bakeware than William Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, Sur La Table.

Got a couple pillows and wandered around. Decent Covid protection policies and hand sanitizer locations.

The quality of the items are good and the price is little higg but with coupons you are fine. This is the second time I am buying curtains.

They only carry 1 electric can opener, remodel looks nice, but selection is poorCEO reduced skus poor decision

Store front is not marked well, it is difficult to find and tell if it is even open. It was extremely hard to get assistance to find needed items. When asked about some items staff response was I havent seen any in a while and just walked away. Ill find another place to shop.

If I could give this place a negative star I totally would . Me &my husband just purchased a home in round rock and everyone has been extremely friendly .we go to this store to purchase home necessities for our home and get followed around the store by a white lady the entire time We’re in the store, mind you the store was not busy at all so I thought she was just a lady shopping and when We go to check out the lady who has been following us around this store works here . She didn’t greet us at the register she didn’t ask if we found everything We needed, she didn’t have customer service etiquette at all and needs to be retrained on customer service.her name was Jade and she was Extremely unwelcoming and I will never shop here again !

Heidi and Sabrina were extremely helpful. I walked in 2 minutes before closing and they didnt attempt to rush me. I knew exactly what I was going in for, so it was a quick process.

I guess Ive been living in Austin too long because I just about hugged the employee who asked if I needed help with anything! She helped me find a few things and price checked an item when the stores scanner didnt work. Her customer service is top notch! Thank you Brenda!

Mary Ann was amazing!! I was looking for a new expresso machine and the site said they had them in stock. MAnn backed that up when I called. However, once I arrived we found out that the inventory was in error. Mary Ann spent the time with me to make sure I got what I needed and that it would be shipped to my house. Even though I dont get to experience amazing coffee this weekend Ill be jolting up my veins by early next week... Awesome customer service.

Let me tell you...buying a tea maker that has a pitcher was a really out dated idea that i was sad about...I couldnt find one anywhere else...My dad had one with i was a kid and it was 8 tea bags made an amazing tea...i wanted that for my kids...its not coffee...and tea is full of antioxidants! So i can learn more as well!It was cheap too...and now i have a pitcher of tea to always welcome any guests into my home with a delicious drink!

When I go to Bed Bath & Beyond, its usually because I have pre shopped online for something and found that they have a selection of the items that Im looking for. Quite off and I prefer still to go to a retail location to be able to touch and feel the items that Im interested in purchasing to judge better the quality and workmanship of the things I am interested in. Its very difficult sometimes when youre looking for a high-quality item but you cant touch it when youre shopping online. The store experience at Bed Bath & Beyond is always very good. I find the staff to be courteous and helpful. I find the checkout lines to move quickly. I find that if you need help there is always someone available to help you within earshot. I would rate Bed Bath & Beyond at slightly more than four stars, compared to other stores like Pennys Macys or Target. When it comes to certain items I simply prefer Target. But overall Bed Bath & Beyond has a very good selection of the items that Im usually looking for. I highly recommend them.

You can readily find many different types of small kitchen tools and appliances that would fit most peoples specific needs. Alot of as-seen-on-TV items are available as well as all bed & bath items. Very good quality

There are always good finds here and I continually give them business. I understand the cost of living is on the rise, but there are some items I needed that were ridiculously too high in cost. I made the decision to hold off to purchase else where with a more realistic cost. Other than that I like the place. Just a heads up though they are redoing the parkinglot/construction, so be patient and aware of other drivers.

I am visiting from out of state and had a much better experience here than Ive ever had at the store near my home. Tori happilsy showed me where to find some items, Ashley was super friendly at the register, and Emma was great to talk to and ask questions near the wrapping section. Great experience.

Staff is friendly and helpful. If you visit fairly often, the membership is worth it because it saves you 20% on every purchase.

I went to check prices for an item. As I was looking at the item that I wanted, I had to ask a staff member to lookup the price. She told me the price, and I said okay, that I did not have my 20% Coupon, and I would return later. She went out of her way to get me a coupon. Which I was thankful for as I wanted this item, she saved me from having to come. I thanked her for her help, as its getting hard to find staff who really cares about the customer.

Nice store with lots & lots of Bed, Bath and Beyond stuff. Everything you require for the bedroom and bathroom. Stop by...they usually have plenty of featured sales and discounts.

I came in for something specific and it was just easier to come here. The guys at the front were polite when I came in the door. The group of female employees in the back were way too caught up in their conversation to help anyone, regardless of how many times you passed them. They never so much as acknowledged me or the other shoppers in their area. I didnt see any other employees the whole time I was there. There were a lot of aisles blocked with carts for stocking and it made it feel like I was going through some kind of discount warehouse instead of going shopping.Products are crazy overpriced and its difficult to find some basic things, like shirt hangers. You can get every type of specialty hanger and velvet hanger and even the cheap kind that come in department stores, but you apparently cannot buy a normal plastic (or wire) hanger.This has never been my favorite chain but this location is below standard. It is definitely not someplace I would choose to come back to.

Store is very neat and staff is friendly. However, returns are SO slow. The staff is clearly not trained well with bridal registery returns. I’ve been to this location 3 times, with 3 different cashiers, and every time it’s a 20+ minute process for returns. It’s to the point where I know to ask for a manager, because eventually the cashier will call them after 15+ minutes of “trying” to compete the return.

Talk about contact-high! The mixture/assault of aromas is not for the faint of heart. If you have a super-sensitive snoz get in and get out. Shop there when there are sales otherwise you will put down a bit of change.

An interesting place to shop for home items. They carry a wide variety of kitchen and bathroom stuff. I found a Christmas tree topper support I couldnt find anywhere else. The employees are helpful, when you can find one not busy. The one deficit is the check out lines. There never seems to be more than one open at a time.

It was hard to get help, they were busy, but still. I tried asking a pricing question at the customer service counter and he didnt give me an answer other than the discount rings when scanned....how do I know the price then? Is it already marked or does the discount apply to the sticker...maybe he was high IDK

Picked up some pillowcases today. They have a good selection of bedding, I dont care if the store is messy but clean. If your picking up utility items for your home, you cant go wrong stopping in here. Dont forget your coupons!

Crazy prices for their items! What I bought here I literally found at Big Lots for $10 cheaper. Heck, even Amazon had better pricing than this store but I guess you get what you pay for....

No fault of their own but the parking on Black Friday 2018 was atrocious. Parking lot was being paved on half of it so a full shopping center was crammed in half a lot. Store inside was great though!

Customer service sucks here if you are Latino (a). Came back to make a return and the attitude of the cashier is like I was annoying her. Throw me a paper to sign and said sign here! Not please, no thank you after sign. Basically throw me the new receipt. What is with the attitude? If you are bother with customers then dont work at customer service. I said with Latinos because I noticed how other customers were treated while in line, and her attitudes was not the same. Definitely not a welcome environment to shop!

Fantastic! Got a Great deal on a queen comfort set also was able to use my coupons. It is so good to walk in and see the store is cleaner and prices are clearly marked and sales as marked are being honored.

Who doesnt like Bed Bath &Beyond its one of the best retail chains for homegoods out there. It is usually more pricey than say a Marshalls, Kohls Target etc... but the quality is always good. The only reason Im giving this particular location 4 stars is because of their restrooms. In all these years it is still one of the most unkempt. I would expect the restrooms to be as nice as the store itself but maybe thats just me.

Our cashier was awesome. She helped Us find extra coupons for the items we were buying. Pleasant to visit with.
