Horrible service. Tried to make a return at 7:30 and the doors were locked. Hours are listed until 8. Got the attention of the girl inside and she refused to make eye contact or respond, then went in the back to avoid having to do her job. Tried then calling to be able to make my return DURING BUSINESS HOURS and she disconnected the phone. Horrible staff, would not recommend.

Dont go near this place. We tried to return a $12 purchase because it didnt work and they wouldnt take it. The manager, on the phone with an employee, refused to talk to us (why wasnt he at work on a Saturday?) and made no offer to assist. I can tolerate bad products and even high prices but not bad customer care or return policies. As I said, stay away!

Love it had early release of some items like the Infinity Gauntlet I got,Also for all walking dead collectors this is the place to go.
