Customer service is non existent here. The inside sales rep, Monique, is unbelievably rude. She kept me waiting while she worked on a variety of other tasks — calling customers about orders that had come in, filing paperwork, etc. She finally helped me and said she would call me later that day or the next day with an update on availability. She just called me….THREE WEEKS later asking if I still needed brick. I told her I found another option because I never heard from her. Joke. Acme, help Monique find a better line of work for herself.
Previous interactions with this company were painfully slow and lack of continuity on the communication. (Via email)Now over the phone not a single extension pick up, called operator who transfer me to the “right extension number” some idiot answered “Hi April!” And when I started talking he hung up on me. What a disgrace!!! Actually CERO stars
I would highly recommend Jesus Lopez if youre thinking of divorce. Lopez was so patient with me. I had so many questions, and sometimes didnt know what my next step was and he never left my side. He helped me get through a very difficult time in my life.
Extremely frustrated. Standing in the store right now, been standing here for 35 minutes and there is a ton of “Acme Brick” people running around and they only have 1 lady helping customers... All I want to do is give you my money and pick up brick. This is ridiculous. They need to have more people working upfront to help customers. I can’t spend all morning here for something that should have taken less than 5 minutes.
Bought a couple tonnes of clay brick pavers for my patio. Mine were rumbled, so that might account for it, but several were broken upon delivery, however the number broken were about 5% which is within the allowable amount by the brick industry. I never contacted them about it because it was within my contingency so it didnt affect my project.The bricks look great, and the customer service experience was great. If I do another brick patio, Id definately go with ACME again.
Shawn runs this supplier like the captain of a good ship. Knowledgable, Hugh selection, and just the best source for all brick, stone, masonry etc. Handled one of my special orders very well.
Called to check about availability of a product, they didnt have it on stock so they told me to go to temple. Misdirected. Temple store didnt have the one i was looking on stock, and it costed about 25%. On top of driving two hours back and forth.
