While I cant speak to the company as a whole, based on my experience with their WIndow Specialist Leno Garza and their Operations Manager Bill Budd, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were contracted to do a fairly routine install of windows on a remodel in Horseshoe Bay approximately one-year ago. To date, we still have two windows with defective latches that have not been fixed, improper weather stripping, and daylight is still visible through sides of some of the windows. Despite countless attempts to have these issues resolved, we have been confronted with what appears repeated delays that can only be attributed to incompetence and a lack of attention to detail. Attempts to contact the manager, John Wilkinson have gone unanswered.

Found out about this company from a contractor. Showed up last Friday with list in hand thinking I could get material and the rude lady at the desk tells me they cant sell me anything or place an order. Took my info and a sales rep calls me and explains how they work. He arrive late on Monday to walk the job and put a list together of what I need. Tells me they will place the order that day and I should expect 4 days to have material available. No call or answer about the order. Next day I call and they tell me they need up to 48 hours to put the order together. Now delivery is for Monday but they promise to call with a quote the following day. following day, no response. I think this company is on a permanent lunch brake. If you dont mind waiting 2 weeks or more for your material then these guys are for you. Meantime, I have gone to Lowes, picked up the material and its half way installed.

Great place to work

Not very friendly to customers. Didnt act like they wanted to help much. Very short in their conversation. Need to work on customer service.

From reading the other reviews, I really dont see the point in using this supply warehouse. It seems like a builders last choice.

SO I GUESS PPL TALK BAD ABOUT YOU WHEN YOU PUT 5 STARS. SO THIS ONE STAR IS FOR (ERNIE) HANG THIS ON THE WALL AS WELL.
