This place has low class people working there on my way to work I was having a panic attack and I had to find a place to park and rest for a few minutes unfortunately the only parking space available was the handicap while I was there and I only stayed there for 6 minutes a rude employee old woman around her 60’s short blonde hair started hitting my car took pictures of me and yelling at me to roll down the window she looked really aggressive as if she was going to hit me demanding me to move my car. My hands started shaking and I told her that if she had problems with me parking there then she should call the police. Im not sure what type of business this is? She was wearing scrubs? I am a nurse and her behavior speaks badly of her and the business
I was baited in to interview with the promise of a great paying cleaning job one day then the next day when I went for my interview all excited!I was told the job no longer exists it was given to someone else the tried to talk me into a commission based job for less pay I do not recommend Cintas unless you like being screwd
We absolutely love our Cintas guy, Leonard Rhem! Always so polite, and does a great job! Definitely recommend this company.
Terrible company. Extremely disorganized, does not take care of business. Most in the place where i work wash our own uniforms, cintas will not bring them back!
Customer service is non-existent. Corporate policy is structured to bleed you dry. Cintas charged us over $500 an ex-employees uniforms the week after he was let go. Several weeks later the employee brought back the uniforms in perfect condition however we were told they WOULD NOT ACCEPT RETURNED UNIFORMS because we have already been charged for them. Horrible policy and I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Ive never worked with a vendor that cares so little about its customers. They lock you in with a 5 year contract backed by along line of attorneys at the corporate office, then when they fail you repeatedly they just point to the contract, which is extremely vague but clearly states that if they say they are trying you can not cancel your contract. You can cancel your contract if they raise the price and you disagree but the only notification they provide is the actual price increase on the invoice so you need to watch your invoice daily waiting for the increase and if you miss it and dont complain, bam, youre locked in again. The last straw was when my representative tried to trick me into signing a new contract. Extremely deceptive company.
I have been trying since May 2017 to get uniforms. 1st, wrong size, ordered XL and got L. 2nd, replacements were still wrong size. New style but wrong size. 3rd, I called customer service and was told that my shirts were ready and will be delivered Monday. 7pm Monday evening, they are closed and I have no shirts. Im calling my company owners tomorrow and tell them to get a refund as they have been paying for my uniforms that I dont have.
I dont normally write negative reviews, but Cintas has gone above and beyond earning a one star review. I strongly recommend NOT using Cintas for uniforms or any other related service. .
These people will rip you off. Delivery all wrong size and then don’t even wash them sometime. They lock you into a contact and when you want to get out because of a terrible service they offer. When you refuse to accept the service they will hit you with a lawyer to get the full amount paid and claim that you lost all the item witch they refuse to pick it up and charge you for the item they claim you lost and damage. I will take this matter to court and will post all this all over social media. Also will contact their corporate about this. Now I see why they have so many negative reviews for this location.
Youll spend more time looking for sneaky price increases on your contract than you should have too. The contract only serves to lock you in for 5 years, so that once you sign it youll be stuck with them until it expires. Even if they say theyll notify you before an increase, they dont. Absolutely terrible company, save yourself the time and the headache and use a different service.
I agree with Greg. Ive never worked with a company that failed so miserably at customer service. Took 6 months to get an order of lab coats (that have to be changed each semester) and details still cannot be sorted out. If I had the option I would have dropped them 5 months ago.
They are the most ignorant company to deal with. They tell you they bill in arrears. I open business on a Thursday and I sign for mats and towels, they say I have to pay for the one day, because I signed for it. I told them that is the previous owners bill so they put it in collections without using any brains. I owned the store for 8 weeks and two days. They are billing me for ten weeks. Makes sense??? I paid two week severance for 17 and 18 years old because it was the right thing to do. It cost me $4000. Do you really think I wont pay $32. It is wrong and I will take them to court based on principal if they dare hit my credit.They are bottom feeders and if there is another choice think twice before using Cintas.
Used these guys for a very long timeDecided to drop my service because we were down to nothing but 2 rugs a week.was told it would be 2000.00+ to cancel their service.Totally unacceptable after being a customer for over 10 years.This company has lost us as customers and will be telling all the other contractors in area.Stay away from
