The store looks like a very busy place, as there is product everywhere. That being said, it gives you a lot to choose from. There are a lot of great items in that store, however the down side is... what you see is what you get. Talking with an employee, they dont carry extras, so if your size is not there or if something doesnt look right, there is not much that can be done. It is still a store Id be interested to return to. Pricing looks great.

Really good deals here on leather goods. Got a chain wallet for $21.00! Guy working there was really helpful as well. Good, solid, real leather goods. Plus, it smells so good in there.

I like this store. I have bought jackets, bags and many other things from there. But, one of the male staff is really-really rude to me. He doesn’t know how to deal with their honest customers. I bought a jacket from there and they forgot to remove a sensor from it, which I knew after almost 2 weeks. Went back there to remove the sensor and he said that “I want the receipt of this jacket to remove sensor. I don’t know you paid it or not.” He forgot to finished his job properly so that I have to go back there again to fix it. Now he thought I’m a theft. Do I need to save the receipt for his mistake? Again I find his mistake after 2 weeks. Should I go to dumpster to find it...???? OMG. Why such a people work on someone’s business, spoil their business and give us hard time. If I’m a theft, why do I go back to show them that...? Commonsense-less. (I can remove the sensor by myself at home without sensor removal tools which is not easy at least for me and it could spoil my jacket, I didn’t want that. I also understand that they might forgot to remove sensor because of holiday/busy season. I understand that I have to show receipt for return/exchange. But, I don’t understand his behavior.)

I came in here at night right when the temperature dropped considerably. Got a leather jacket and a scarf for a meeting I had scheduled. The sales associate, Nathan, was very knowledgeable about leather, and took pride in the job. I will be back because of the service

This is the premium place for leather goods, duh. The selection is plentiful for such a small footprint store. The salespeople are knowledgeable and make good suggestions, especially for caring for your purchase. The prices can be high so be sure to shop during their sales if at all possible.

They have a really good variety of leather goods. Bought a wallet and some riding gloves today. Will be back again.
