As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by two employees with a smile. A young lady and a young man. I wish I could remember their names. I was asked if I needed help with anything and at the register, another young lady remembered I had called the store the night before. Anyhow, these young ladies and gentlemen proved that good customer service is possible. Thank you.

We went on Tax Free weekend and WOW what great customer service from these two ladies! Riley approached us to ask if we needed any help and the journey began, she was so patient and kind! She found us the perfect boots for my son through the chaotic atmosphere all around us. When we went to purchase the boots we were greeted with a very kind lady named Bri and what outstanding service. Thank you for having great employees and having a fun experience

AWESOME!!!! Store staff is super friendly and they have everything you should and could ever need. Found a favorite pair of running shoes I had been searching for a long while. Took time to insure it fit correctly, offered special order if needed. No need to shop anywhere else for footwear.

When I arrived the store was empty and it took a ridiculously long time for someone to walk out from the back after trying to get someone’s attention. I needed to make a return for shoes that did not fit. The girl checking me out looked at me and very rudely said “Next time don’t wear them, no one wants to buy them like this”. The only wearing I did was trying them on at the store. It is so unprofessional to accuse a customer of something they did not do. Horrible customer service and incredibly rude employees. I will not be returning and I recommend you buy your shoes elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

Justice (employee) refused to help me. He pretended like he was busy and tried to ignored me. Not the kind of service I travel 20+ minutes for. HE DESERVES TO BE FIRED!
