Staff was friendly & of course following covid guidelines by wearing their face masks. Good variety of products from many favorite characters. Great sales! Store was cleaned & organized with a limit of guests, once limit was reached then they has folks social distancing outside waiting to go in.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! More interested in gossiping on the sales floor about employees and store looked a hot mess. This used to be my favorite location but I will not be going back!

I love going to this Hot Topic in Round Rock. The girls are always helpful, fun & friendly. I always leave with a smile & a bag full of goodies. 😜

All of their merchandise was great! Note: as of March 2021 only 16 people are allowed in the store at a time. Also their internet was down when we went and so only cash payments were accepted. I recommend this store for their awesome Disney and Anime stuff!

Super nice employees with a good knowledge on Hot Topics.

Although it is small and cramped, it is full of all the stuff you hope and love to find in a Hot Topic. The sales people are really nice and knowledgeable. And there is always something new to catch your eye. I always enjoy going to this store, but I really do wish it were bigger.

Good place for gifts especially for the goth, nerd, and gamer in your life. Always find neat stuff. Just wish the prices were more reasonable. Although they have discounted and sale items if you take the time too browse. Its definitely worth the trip.

Great service. Super helpful staff. I had to find some stuff for my daughter because shes like me and waits until the day before. The staff helped me out and was very patient with an indecisive teenage girl. Not really my style, but Ill shop there for gifts for my brother.

Customer service is great, the company its self is just focusing on mostly anime at the moment. Not my cup of tea. Its kind of getting played out. But great service guys! Keep it up!

Just like any other hot topic, same stuff different store. But the girls working here, were friendly and helped us in picking dine items for my daughter. Theres was a girl with pink hair, she was awesome, friendly and professional.

Always love shopping at Hot Topic. I was surprised that they even keep K-pop T-shirts. Its The store to shop for all pop culture inspired fashion which you will not get anywhere else. The store however is little small compared to merchandise they keep, however ask for help in case you are looking for something specific.

I go to hot topic for supernatural apparel. They, however, did away with the display and only had 4 tees on the wall, in junior, I am not a junior!! Will do my shopping for Supernatural online, and not with hot topic anymore

An amazing place! Never been disappointed with this hot topic! The employees are SUPER nice, I even have had a pretty big conversation with one of them about a band we both really like (Paramore) and it was great talking to someone who i dont see on a daily basis about a band i love. Also i come in here ALOTTTT for funko pops and they always tell me about all the new pops they got in. Absolutely reccomend this Hot Topic!!💯

Fun place to get character merch! I wish they had plus size clothing options as well since most of it is juniors sizing, but for knick knacks its a great place to shop. The people who work here are helpful too.

Very disappointed with my shopping experience.... ordered online with store pick up and never received notification item had arrived at store. Called and spoke to a manager (Cameron) who said he couldn’t find shipment and told me he would look into it and call me back... never called. Then I stopped in person and waited for close to 40 mins for sales associate to figure it out on the phone with customer service. Long story short... lost shipment blamed on UPS, can’t reorder because item is out of stock and having the toughest time getting a refund from the company. Still waiting on that after countless phone calls. Worst company and staff is clueless and no help. Never ordering and shopping Hot Topic again.

This Hot Topic was like most filled to the break but only one worker. I felt bad she couldnt organize the store and check out and answer questions. Maybe the other person was in break but the disarray of all the items seems to tell a different story.

The staff was very awesome and sweet and very willing to help. I got some swim suits a day before my birthday and didnt realize that I got money off for my birthday with their rewards! :D Very friendly staff.

Wannabe Goths at the door. Nothing gothic about the store now - its either Anime or trendy santanic. Disney is being phased out which royally stinks. No more Victorian or steampunk. Music is trendy pop only. Used to be my favorite store as it had stuff that the other stores didnt. Corporate is narrow- minded...

They have good prices, and the clerks either are truly geeky (in a good way) or at least understand the fandoms they serve. Didnt pressure into sales, but were available and ready to help or ring up the sale.

They didnt have what I wanted but its still a good place to shop.

I like Hot Topic. The staff is friendly and they have great sales. My kids are grown and they still like like clothes.

Rude staff, i dont remember the employees name who answered the phone, but when I asked her if she had babydoll dresses in store, she very dryly says unfortunately. Then didnt speak after that! Like I dont have time for your rude antics! I just needed a question answered with a yes or a no.

It would have been nice if the store was a little neater. Makes it hard to find what you want in a chaotic space
