I miss this store. Everyone was amazing both Andys are literally the best in the business. Since my move to Arizona i have yet to find a store that can make my drink the correct way. I miss yall you dont know how good you got it til its gone.

Very rude staff. I ordered venti they give me grande size, and they didn’t change it even when I asked. Also, I asked for raw sugar, the lady who works rolled her eyes and made me wait 5 mins for sugar. Not satisfied. But the guy who took order was very nice.

Baristas are extremely friendly and patient. Drinks are made accurately. Store is clean and welcoming.

The store is beautiful and always kept clean. The baristas are always friendly and care about their customers. Everyone there is always quick to lift the spirits of anyone looking down or who had been given the wrong drink. It’s really such a great place, a home away from home

When I walked in the store several employees looked at me as I walked to the front counter. A young blonde haired girl is at the counter and stands there never saying anything to include “may I take your order”. After standing there waiting several minutes for her to let me know when she’s ready, a young black lady assisted me. Thank goodness at least one employee had customer service training.

Lil Andy and Tiffany are INCREDIBLE!!!!! They legitimately made my day 100% better with their superior help. Best I’ve seen at a Starbucks!!!! Go to this location to see these amazing people!

I was tired and couldnt think and asked the counter man to fix me up w a medium anything. Without missing a beat he fixed up a brown sugar maple iced coffee. Yummm. It was a hot day and that made me happy.

2 stars for the drink itself. But I am writing the review because of how I was treated during my experience here. I literally just moved to RR last week and am exploring and wanted to start my afternoon with a Starbucks drink that my old store use to make for me al the time-they knew me by name because I was always there.This time at this new store, I don’t get the cold foam on either one of my drinks that I ordered (you have to pay extra for cold foam FYI.). Not only did I get attitude from the barista about that, she was sarcastic and rude about remaking the drink. I didn’t want her to remake the drink. I literally said “you can poor it in a venti cup that way there’s more room if that’s easier.” In MY customer service voice, because I too, work in customer service.She sighed and then continued to make other people’s drinks.. which was fine. But then when I go to look over at the drinks she’s remaking that I didn’t ask her to, they’re still in a grande cup, but with more cold foam. So I ask again politely “if you want you can put it in the venti cup.” At which she responds rudely “why? Is this not good enough?”I was absolutely shocked. I just said “no it’s fine I just want to make things easier for you”She shoved the new drinks in my hands at the counter and when I said thank you she didn’t respond.I cried when I got back to the car because I was genuinely trying to make her job easier and she responded with hostility.I didn’t get her name. But she was the pale girl with red/orange curls working in 12/26/2020 at 1:50pm.Nice welcome to Round Rock. 👍🏽

Im glad they have a patio, because everywhere being closed is starting to cramp my style.People are decent, coffee is fine, its next to Sprouts so thats a plus, but I wouldnt go out of my way to visit this particular location. Its in an awkward nook where parking is no fun nor is getting back on the road again. Theres also very limited space when when operating as normal, and I dont remember anyone being extra nice either. Lets just say, if youre at Sprouts or in the plaza and want to stop for a drink, its there but its not special in any way.

This location does a really good job even though they dont have a drive thru. I just wish they enforced the facemask requirements of the city/county. I see the occasional customers coming in and out not wearing one and I wish they would say something to them.

Love my Starbucks store no doubt! Best coffee hot or cold it doesn’t matter. You don’t even mind if they are busy and you have to wait. Good variety of all kinds of goodies and stuff for lunch! Not big enough places to sit but you don’t mind, the service is great and the coffee is always there!

Ordered an americano w heavy cream, but was given a black coffee (not espresso) instead. Only realized when i took a sip after letting it cool down, five minutes down the road. Thanks. 😒

I love sitting here outside. Its so nice listening to music and hearing the birds singing. You just have to block out the traffic from I-35. This coffee shop is clean, and the employees are very nice.

Always good coffee! Recommend using the phone app cause I get a free coffee after every 4-5 purchases. Worth the trouble!

This team at 03/02/20 around lunch time not only made me feel great due to my uncommon hair style (long and looked unkept) but they were fantastic, professional, and heartfulled people!! Treated me as if I was a friend who they have not seen in awhile. And the coffee was more than perfection!!!The picture of my coffee are for my girlfriend and I. We are picky people when it comes to the quality of coffee. Starbucks not only made this like it was ther child but they made it with love.10/5 stars. Thank yall very much people :).For good coffee the price is not bad at all.

Friendly people, good atmosphere. Clientele will vary depending on time of day and day, from school kids to house moms on Saturday morning. The coffee is as expected and the staff are always pleasant and make an effort to know and use your name. The only thing I would like to see is more comfortable chairs/lounging area.

Good as usual. Was having a downward spiral in my plan for today and needed a quality stop,where better than coffee and who better? I had my usual Pikes place. Which allowed this brain to settle down and regroup.

Busy place frequented by Round Rock police and commuters in the morning. Not much seating available but its sufficient when the place isnt packed. The staff is pleasant. My big complaint is people smoking at the tables outside that are clearly marked No Smoking. I wish management would crack down on these disrespectful people, many of them not even customers.

Good coffee, but the preparation was a bit sloppy under the lid of my ice coffee and dropped on my work dress. Bummer.

The guy who took our order at 7:50 am this morning gave me a look of inconvenience when I changed my order from a scone to a breakfast sandwich. My niece was doing the ordering and noticed his look of disgust to the lady who got the scone for me. I felt I inconvenienced him. I will not give my business at that establishment. The coffee was delicious along with the breakfast sandwich.

One of my favorite Starbucks. Excellent location, always friendly employees. They have a nice corner spot with plenty of outdoor seating.

Would give less of a rating Starbucks as a whole dont know beans about coffee and often burn the coffee thats made with burnt beans making all Thier menus taste badly burnt. Train your people better and stop burning your coffee beans then youll be better.

This is my regular Starbucks location. All the workers are very friendly and my order has always been correct with the coffee made consistently everytime.

The drip coffee must have been brewed a week earlier and kept at 210 degrees the whole time. Tasted worse than the lowest grade gas station burnt brown water; but they dont charge 2.60 for a cup.
