Love the flavor.. one of the best boba places I have ever tasted

The tea is great but ordering online is never available for the location nearest me. No one ever picks up the phone. No one ever responded to my feedback submitted to their website about online ordering not being available. We’re in a pandemic and you have a way to place online orders—just turn it on!

I dont know what happened to this place, but I use to come here to get my boba fix. And today was the first time ever Ive had something this serious happen to me. I found a metal shard in my tapioca pearl. The staff was nice enough to remake my drink. But as soon as I drove home I found another in my drink that was even bigger than the last. I have no idea how the staff cleans their utensils or equipment, but clearly it wasnt very thorough. I dont bear any grudge against the staff and I dont want a refund. I am just praying to god that I didnt accidentally swallow any more metal shards. This is deeply upsetting and worrisome.Please investigate. If you get boba tea here, get it at your own risk. Ill be contacting the health department.

I definitely dont recommend this place. I understand the fear of some hypochondriac customers, but that doesnt justify discriminating against those who dont agree with the way this pandemic is being handled. Plus lack of customer service, virtue signaling attitude and false complex of superiority in ruling over customer and dictating them what they should do. Customers are not the ones to be pleased anymore, they are the ones who should please the business. But thanks for helping me to save money and do my business with a WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE SOMEWHERE ELSE. You are definitely NOT the only place to go in Austin, thanks to God!

My daughter ordered the green apple slush with fruit mixed jelly and was sick all day. Im dont know how they guarantee to keep there jellys and bobos fresh!!!

My kids say this is the best place to get a strawberry and banana smoothy. I think theyre right. The bursts add to the taste and the experience.

Tried their thai bobba tea expecting it to be similar to something i had in my school days. It wasn’t even worth the hype and seemed overpriced, almost 5 bucks for thai bobba tea, wouldn’t dare next time.

I love this place and havent had it since the pandemic started and was really looking forward to it today. But when I went they forgot the gel even though it was paid for. I not to bad since people make mistakes sometimes and I love there boba tea but was kinda a let down next time ill make sure to check my drink.

Usually good service with great tasting drinks. However today was frustrating for first there was a misunderstanding and made the drink into frappe form then when corrected jammed the cup full of ice so was hard getting straw in and completely left out the tapioca. Hope this is not the start of downhill trend.

Amazing choices of everything from coffee to fruity drinks, atmosphere is nice, great place to take you computer and work a little and get a great refreshing drink. Staff is amazing! Five stars from me.

I used to come her multiple times a week. i love their cream black tea with 2 scoops of tapioca. now they have been short of tapioca for months now and still charging the same price for less amount of tapioca. will go back when tapioca shortage is over

The Volcano Mangonada is a mangonada with boba (!) and is quite possibly the greatest culinary invention in the annals of history, all works of literature and even in the songs and myths passed down from generation to generation. Since it is now the only earthly pleasure that holds any meaning for me, and lieu of sleeping with my wife once a month, I will now be making the 8-hour round trip drive, journey, nay, pilgrimage to this house of wonders that has restored my faith in the Lord above and my fellow man. So I generally love this place. Come here at least once a week. Today I forgot my mask. Walked in with my jacket over my face asking if they could give me one. She said they didn’t have any to give out and that she couldn’t serve me without a mask but that I was “welcome to place an order online.” Come on man. I’m not even an anti masker I just forgot my mask. You have a whole plexi barrier between you and me. I work in retail. In this world of dying businesses we don’t turn away people’s money and I have a really hard time supporting businesses who do because you apparently don’t need my support.

I’ve been getting mango smoothie with mango jelly and tapioca for years, and worker there said they can’t do it they changed it months ago, and I asked her when, she said just last month.I got my drink like that last month so I’m not sure she’s telling the truth or not.Very disappointed if true since I’ve been coming to this location since open. They also took out double tapioca.

We LOVE this place! We have tried multiple things and havent been disappointed yet! My go-to is a chocolate smoothie with strawberry blasts (i either skip the tapioca or get half). The last thing my husband tried was a cherry slush with fresh watermelon. It was amazing! We have been to 2 locations but this particular one seems to have cashiers that are a little more friendly and helpful. At the other location off Parmer the lady usually just stands there staring at us with a blank face quietly. Awkward and not helpful. So we come to this one off HI35 instead.

Editing my previous 5 star review. I have been going here daily for a year and I love this place. The recent change in employees has unfortunately brought the place down a bit. Its definitely not as welcoming as it used to be and somehow my drink (yes, I order the same thing every time) isnt quite the same. Ill give it a couple more chances because im big on brand loyalty but unsure if Ill continue frequenting. Very sad as the owner and manager are truly awesome people!

This place has so many selections. The board in the back had me baffled, then I looked down and realized, ‘I am going to be at this for a while.’ My son got a Pomegranate and Peach smoothie. He said it was so creamy and smooth, “This tastes like a nap!” 😂

This is one of our favorite boba spots! It’s always fast service and tasty drinks. The watermelon lemonade is my favorite and my daughter gets boba madness.

They always made a mistake and refuse to fix it, sometimes they are out of certain cups and they get super confuse I believe everytime we go they have new employees who dont get enough training

I come here a lot, and this is now the 2nd time I’ve been short changed by one of the employees. I’m so nice to them, and I like them. But I don’t appreciate giving exact change, watching them count it, and then have them give me back incorrect change... if I pay in exact change, I would think most people would understand that’s because I want bills back and NOT change. I also don’t want to pay more than what I owe. I really like teapioca, and I hate to be a complainer. But 2 times this has happened to me now at this location. I ask the employee to recount the change I gave them and they won’t, they just argue that I didn’t give them what I gave them. Not cool.

Very pleasant staff, huge list of tea, coffee, and smoothie items to pick from, and very yummy. Enjoyed the Coconut Cream Tea with tapioca. FYI, you need to ask if you want your drink hot. :-)

My first time at this location, busy but not crowded. It was clean and decorated for the holidays. The staff was very frie ndly, fast and professional when preparing our large order. I am so glad they have they are on Round Rock now!!

I always go here with my kids and they love the boba drinks. I decided to try one myself the other day and it was very delicious. I got the pomegranate smoothie with some of the popping boba, per my kids recommendation, and it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Was looking for a decent tea in Pflugerville, found this place on Google search and reviews were quite promising. Ordered hot oolong tea with peach flavor and it was ridiculously sweetened, tasted like pure sugar peach syrup dissolved in water. Hot peppermint cacao had literally a taste of the toothpaste. Not recommended.

Im a creature of habit, come here once or twice a week, and always order the same thing.The Cafe Sua Da -- Vietnamese iced coffee, 20oz is my go-to mid-shift picker-upper. And its scrumptiously delicious!It has the right balance of iced coffee richness combined with the warm nutty sweetness of the condensed milk. Not too much ice, nor too little, and the sealed lid never leaks.It really is a bit of perfect caffeinated paradise.

Super fun cafe, small but not crowded. Lots of people there for bubble tea and hanging out on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a lavender lychee boba and the flavor was fantastic. There wasnt a ton of ice, bit my drink was perfectly chilled, so it didnt taste watery at the end.

Online Ordering a Process: 2 StarsTea: 4 starsThis review is for the online ordering process in particular. At other locations I place my order online before coming into the store to limit the wait time inside. On this occasion, I placed my order five minutes before going in. After waiting inside for a minute I noticed they had just prepared the same type of drink that I had ordered. It was sitting behind the counter they use to prepare drinks. I didn’t think it was mine, because I figured, like the other stores, they would call out the name on the drink. But they did not. They kept looking at the label and then setting it back down behind the counter. When the line at the register had cleared out, I went up and asked about my order. I gave him my name and he went over to the drink that had been sitting there for 10 minutes and gave it to me.Normally I would not be frustrated by this, but I don’t understand why multiple employees just looked at the drink but did nothing with it. I was definitely not the only online order as others had come in and not gone to register before picking up their drinks. The ordering process online should have made going into the store faster but I was actually slower than people who ordered in store after me.

They have a wonderful selection and so much customization with tapioca so you can always mix it up if you want! They also have smoothies too if youre not in the mood for teas, which are also AMAZING. I really want to love this place, but I am so tired of getting my warm / no ice tea WITH ice. You know what they do when you tell them you asked no ice? They hide, remove ice and add plain wplain water so that your tea becomes tasteless.Happened just now. Tried to be nice and email them about issue before, 0 response. I think I am done with this place.UPDATE after response: I did ask to replace my drink, instead of that they removed the ice and added plain water. While other locations dont fail to do my drink without ice and it taste like it should be, not like water with slight flavor. Employees should pay attention when it says WARM. Ive had this issue only at this particular location.

I am picky with boba, and I tried different teapioca locations in Austin, but their boba isnt tasty. Consistency of it is good but not the taste. (Maybe they should add honey not sugar to that?) And I didnt know that the shop sell that extra large size. We paid 7.30 dollars. Milk tea was okay but it is neither the best nor the worst milk tea. As for me it was too milky. I will come back for other types of drinks.

Service is great and the smoothies are the best i love the taro smoothie and the honeydew smoothie is also great.

I am impressed with how the RR location has responded to COVID. They removed all seating inside and have a big jug of hand sanitizer at the counter. Masks required sign on the door and employees all masked. I felt safe going there, which is great because their boba tea is one of my kids favorite rewards for getting all their virtual school assignments done.

Got a milk tea, which they used an oolong tea. It was good, but was expecting a black tea. Good flavor though!

A huge boba fan so obviously the huge wall of drink options makes me super excited. My fav are their coffee based drinks with a huge scoop of boba 🧋

I love this place. Refreshing teas - milk teas and regular teas in interesting flavors; sweet or not sweet; lots of add-ins, like Boba, jellies, etc. They have an online ordering site, so you dont have to go in. People who work here are so friendly too. All-around great.

Love my teas just the prices can drop some cause it don’t stay cold long and wait time is pretty long at times but worth it. Less boba in teas is my recommendation.

Good selection on drinks, whether you are looking for a regular tea, slush or smoothie. There are other desserts, too (ie. pudding style) or fresh fruit cups. They have all the jelly and tapioca fix-ins, for your drinks, and you can specify the amounts and amount of sweetness. This place is very expensive ($7 for a strawberry mango smoothie) and the customer service is weak. It took a while to figure that no added sweetener meant no syrup and the line up moved slowly. If the price point was lower, this would be 4 stars and if the staff improved, 5 stars!

Amazing Thai BlasTea, absolutely delicious. Love that they’re offering a hand sanitizer station for customers and taking steps not to touch straws themselves and make sure customers only touch those straws they are going to take and use. Quick service, good customer service. Great all around.

Mask crazy but great boba

My daughters seriously love this place.I like that you can change the sugar percentage of your drinks, which are normally too sweet for me otherwise.Vegan friendly is a big plus.Great place for a small group of teen/tween meetups

They had internet, charging bars, and amazing drinks. It was s the perfict socializing place exept their drinks are abit on the pricy edge.

Calm and friendly atmosphere to chill with your friends or family. They got a large menu with variety of coffee, teas and much more. Youll probably take sometime to decide what you want. You can ask for the sugar level you need in your drink ( 25,50,75,100). Usually most of their drinks are real sweet. They got small games in a shelf next to the cashier, in case you want to play. Drink size is huge, I couldnt finish it all :)

Wonderfully made drinks and friendly staff! My husband and I go to this location quite often and always have a great experience. This last visit, I wasn’t satisfied with a drink I ordered and Mr. Gomez was completely understanding and remade our drink for us. Great service and great drinks! Recommend this place to everyone!

This is a great location! The inside is very nice and has a good atmosphere. There are also numerous games you can play. Smoothies are delicious here! My favorite is the banana. I didnt enjoy the Taro (it taste like vanilla almonds), and the honey dew was good too. I havent tried the slushies or teas but Im sure there delicious as well!

This place is so fun! Customer service was just wonderful, and there are great vibes in here. I ordered a Cream Blastea, which was a regular milk tea. It was so good! My mom has the watermelon juice, and she really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back to try all the different drinks!

Got my daughter a tea she liked that but got my 4 year old a macaroon. He said he didnt like it i didnt think much of it but a couple minute later i tried it i puked it was so gross i mean rancid. He is puking now.

I haven’t found many other Tapioca Tea places around here. If you love Thai Teas, I absolutely recommend this place. They also explained Taro Tea in the best way possible: like the milk from cereal after eating Fruity Pebbles. Loved the friendly workers here too!

First time Ive been here. The strawberry banana smoothies are out of this world. Its a very refreshing joint that serves every drink from tea to lemonade. They also have the option of adding the tapioca balls in your drink that also comes in other flavors.Very good for a summer cool down retreat. I would say that there is limited space for seating, if youd like to sit and drink then I would arrive before the major crowds.My suggestion would be to go online and study the menu before going.It started to get a little busy at 4:00PM on Sunday.

A little exotic for the average pallete but well worth it!Room for improvement: More savoury snack choices to go with the drinks would bring me back in more often.

Lack of customer service and rudeness in the excuse of the covid-19. Just so unprofessional. It was like getting in an hospital, not a place of business.

If you’re looking for a boba place that is for newbies, I would highly recommend this spot! The teas are not as authentic as the other tea locations, but the MANY fruit smoothie options, toppings, and flavors for the teas (even if not “authentic leaf flavors”) are very yummy! The atmosphere is chill as well. This store can get pretty busy, so it’s more a fun hangout than for studying, but if you’re looking to just kick back, this is a sweet spot to also introduce people to boba!

Delicious tea! The staff were not so friendly though. I found them to be generally impatient if youre there for your first time. There are lots of choices and vague names/descriptions and the staff wasnt really helpful in elaborating.
