Kinda hard to leave a review about ice, I mean its ice. I use this place often, their ice keeps my beer cold in a cooler. My review is about more than ice, their customer service is beyond impeccable. The epitome of what customer service stands for. I lost a wallet here and the owner went above and beyond to help identify the offender. Thanks to them I was able to track down the person and get it back. They responded to my messages immediately, kept in touch and earned my ICE business for as long as they are around. THANK YOU!

This is the best place to buy ice and water! Its nice and crisp.

Been going to this place since it opened, but today I flled 4 - 5 gallon bottles, got home, poured a glass and its tasted like it came from my garden hose. I give it 3 stars because this is the first time, usually really good.Update: I’ve gone back several times since this initial review to refill water, never had the same problem since. I’m giving it 5 stars. Thanks!

ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy ice anywhere! And what service! Spoke with the owner before I went to the location. He explained exactly what I should do and made several invaluable suggestions that helped me.Theyre open 24 hours, its clean, well lit and the owner is a phone call away!

The water has a chlorine taste and smell. Not good. Something is just not right with the water. Might as well drink tap. Weve tried it more than once, both times disappointed.
