When has the strawberry cookies omg they were great!

Horrible experiences, customers representative didnt try to se if we as customers had any offer, we have been clients for over 22 yrs with Verizon, and others carriers have great offers, so why I should continue to be a Verizon s customer?

Went shopping at the outlet malls and it was very cold, stopped inside the cookie place and was glad I did. I got some gingerbread and a cookie In the shape of a heart for someone I love. Also got some cookies for my moms birthday and a Santa clause cookie :). The workers were cool and was glad I stopped in.

I was worried that they might not be open during the pandemic but this location came through with amazing service! They let you order even a custom cake for very fast pickup, I ordered for the next day but I believe they have options even quicker than that! The curbside delivery was seamless— I pulled into an easy to find spot and it was brought out to me in under 2 minutes by a very sweet woman who I believe was named Jaye and they went out of their way to ensure it was contactless. The cake itself was awesome and a huge hit with the birthday girl, I absolutely loved Jaye’s take on my request to put germs on as a final touch haha (pic included below), she went above and beyond!! If you need a cookie cake this place should absolutely be your go to— the cake and service were definitely the bright spot in our day today. :)

Love this place since a child. I do not think that there is a bad choice. I remember like yesterday going to the mall with mom and receiving a free cookie on my birthday with a card.

This is hands down my favorite cookie place. Ive never had any issues with this one or the Lakeline location. We get numerous cookie cakes from here and theyre so good. I love that they dont need much of a notice to get one ready and all of the cute designs they have. Ive noticed they have more designs at the locations than they do online and I wish theyd add them all online so itd be easier, but they have PLENTY to choose from online too. Not to mention you can customize them in so many ways!

I absolutely love cookie cakes. Its my cake of choice for every birthday for the past several years. Its hard to justify a huge cookie throughout most of the year. So I look forward to being able to grab one of these from somewhere.Since my birthday is around the holidays, it had been a long time since buying any cookie at the Great American Cookies store. Traffic just getting into the malls is crazy. But this year, I was determined to step it up from the usual HEB or Target cookie. Which I should note, are also quite good. At least Target is. And its at least 1/3 of the price.While the cookie is 2/3 tastier, it is as least twice as tasty as a fresh local grocery bakery. These cookies are a bit larger, softer, and have a really addictive taste to them. The frosting, chocolate chip, and core of the cookie are all super delicious.In fact, they may be... too tasty. In less than 24 hours, my Wife and I have already finished about half of a full size cookie cake. And it had a lot of frosting. Exactly why I cant buy these things every day. But I know where Ill be making my next cookie cake purchase. Its not cheap, yet totally worth it.

They charge extra for ice in your drink... and the cookies were kind of stale. Bought cookies for my family and asked for cups of water. They charged me 25 cents each. No problem, I guess eventhough it is kind of ridiculous. Charging another 25 cents each for the ice without telling me was really ridiculous. I asked to have to corrected and all that the people working would do is treat me like it was somehow my fault. Buyer beware ;-) I will not be back.

Fantastic Place with skilled Artists and wonderful cookies! Their 15 minute timing is dead serious and impressive.

The cookies are okay but didnt send me over the moon. Its hard to complete with a Mrs. Fields cookie.
