I meant to post this back in June, but life got crazy! We have used Kiss My Cakes for all of our special occasion cakes, and some just because occasions 😊. We are NEVER disappointed! The cake itself is always tasty and moist. The quality is always on point abd they are beautiful! This was for my sons graduation. We ordered a cake and they delivered just what we asked for. We also ordered cookies that were tasty and looked great! I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend!

*** Pictures taken AFTER I had to fix my cake***I usually like to give smaller, less known businesses an opportunity, but unfortunately, this one was a disappointment. You should know that their cakes taste good, but if youd like a design, you may have to deal with a stressful situation during your event. We ordered a cake with a dragon eating tacos on top. The dragon was so heavy and not supported at all that both the head and tail fell as soon as the cake arrived at our house. The fondant seemed to be cracking in certain areas and the cake itself and the frosting were ruined because of the weight/falling of the dragon parts. Additionally, I specifically asked for the cake to say one thing on the front and it was made with just my sons name on it. This was frustrating because as a customer, I expected the cake to be done correctly and have something as simple as a three word saying on the front as I had asked. I contacted the bakery as soon as the cake arrived at home to see if they had any advice to offer and they never responded to my message. Later, they apologized and blamed the shortcomings to the transport of the cake, which I see has been done multiple times in some of these other reviews. They also said they were glad I made it work.

Delicious cake made for my babys 3rd, Baby Shark themed birthday party!! The owner is very responsive and attentive to your needs to meet your expectations as a cake decorator. Hands down the best tasting cake we have had from a custom cake decorator in the North Austin area. Weve been on a search for an all-around cake decorator (taste and design) for over a year now as we order 6-11 cakes a year, and are wanting more intricate designs... We have found our cake spot! Kiss My Cakes is it!

Hello Everyone, My family had the absolute best experience with Kelly owner of Kiss my Cakes. I called over 30 bakeries in and around Austin and was rejected by each one due to so many weddings. I wanted to give up trying to get a large cake and 24 smaller cakes to celebrate my Moms 90th birthday party and Kelly at Kiss my Cakes answered the phone . She said she was busy as well but she would take and complete my order. Wow Kiss my Cakes came through with the most beautiful cake for Mom and 24 more cakes for all of the guests. We had chocolate, red velvet, pumpkin and lemon for my order. They all came out perfect. The carrot cake for Mom was the best ever. Nobody makes a cake this good anywhere. All of the guests raved about Kiss my Cakes carrot cake and the image that they put on the cake at my request was gorgeous. Thank You Kelly and the Kiss my Cakes Team. You are the Best!

Cake was okay. I asked for a brownie cake and got a chocolate cake. It was mostly not eaten due to husband not liking cake and prefers brownie. Definitely make sure you know EXACTLY the design you want. I was disappointed with our design. It honestly felt like a store bakery vs gourmet. Yes they did include all the details (picture, quote) but it more of a checkbox approach vs artistically design. Icing is good though. Very prompt with timing.

It was last minute and they did an outstanding job!! My wife loved the cake and we also loved the surprise of our gender reveal hidden inside the cake.. if I could give 6 stars I would!! And it was delicious!!

I cannot say enough good things about this bakery. The cake for my daughters birthday was beautiful, EXACTLY what she wanted, & delicious. The actual cake was so moist & very flavorful, definitely something you could snack on even without frosting, & the frosting was delicious & creamy. It wasnt the typical, make you sick its so sweet kind of buttercream, it was just right. All in all its DEFINITELY a great place & I cant wait to do more business here!!

She made a awesome cake for my nieces quince this weekend and came out to be amazing on taste and fabulous.This was my 1st time using her and won’t be my last we will be back soon 😍.I highly recommend her l, you won’t be disappointed she’s is awesome. Very rude over the phone. I understand if people have bad days and maybe the person on the phone was having a day, but she was not interested in explaining how the process works to a person who just wanted a 3 tiered cake quote. The best way to handle that would be to say something like well mam the chart on our website is just for a quick guide and not necessarily what we sell in our store. I can offer you this size and it will feed this many in a polite tone (not rude and saying well if you scroll down you can read what it says) and we could go from their, for people who are not experts in cake sizing... which is why they are reaching out to a professional. Customer service is definitely lacking. Didnt say who the company was when they answered the phone so I had to make sure it was this cake company and right from the start it sounded like I was an annoyance to her. Would not recommend this even though they have some beautiful cakes. It really is sad.

I ordered a custom birthday cake from Kiss My Cakes, which was a very easy process, and it turned out absolutely amazing. The cake looked incredible and was absolutely delicious. One of the best cakes Ive ever had. They did a wonderful job.

So disappointed in the owner. I had ordered a cake for my daughters Birthday and paid for it in full, then COVID hit and I had to cancel her party. I had emailed stating that I would take a credit and reorder for next year. Well, the time has come for her celebration and she did not honor my credit. She stated that orders had to be completed within 6 months and she posted the notice on Facebook and her website. I do not have Facebook and I never would have thought that she would not honor the cake that had been paid in full. I asked if there was anything she could do for me and she rudely stated no that she had to pay for supplies for the cake! We were in a National shut down, so my decision to cancel was no surprise. I had been a big fan and have ordered many cakes from Kiss my cakes in the past, but I will take my business to another local bakery with much better customer service. So disappointing!

We ordered three cakes and cookies for our twins’ first birthday party. Everything was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing!! The babies LOVED their smash cakes!!! Will definitely be ordering from Kiss My Cakes again!

First, and foremost, Kiss My Cakes has not lost that caring, personal touch, and respect for there customers, which will always be the back bone of any business. I gave them a budget, couple ideas for a direction, and asked them to have fun, get creative, and freelance. The next time we talked was when it was ready, and because of the freedom they had to be creative, they blew our minds. They have a passion for what they do and it shows!!

We requested this Twinkle Twinkle little star cake for my friends babyshower. It turned out super delicious and the icing was very tasty. They matched our request to perfection! Kuddos to our friend Rachael for choosing this bakery. Will be using them for our next shower in 2 weeks!🤗

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the desserts are ok, but just the actual customer service is awful. One woman who I assume is the owner of this place, because she acts so entitled, is incredibly rude and just downright has the worst attitude. Do not recommend, go somewhere else with better food and nicer people.

I will definitely be buying my furture cakes from here. Kiss my cakes is awesome! I asked her for a specific jojo siwa cake with rainbow layers and she mastered it. Not only did it look outstanding but it tasted amazing. I will be recommending this place for sure.

Wow This icing is amazing. And the cake was extremely moist! My son wanted to stop by. Seems Someone had brought cupcakes from them to his school. They were really really good. I could definitely see taking some of these to our clients. From what I understand they also do custom cakes. I would really recommend stopping by and give them a try. Support local businesses.

I stopped by Kiss My Cakes to see what they had. It was close to New Years so they have some amazing infused dipped strawberries covered in glitter VERY COOL. I got a dozen to go and they turned out AWESOME! I had to go back and order some for New Years lol.

Love love love these treats! If you haven’t tried the chocolate and glitter covered moscato infused strawberries-you’re missing out on one of life’s greatest pleasures!!!! Kelly is amazing and we turn to her for all of our cake needs. She did an awesome job (short notice) for my hubby’s 40th B’day. It was perfect!

Haven’t tried it yet; but, after sending pictures of the type of cake we wanted, we received a sloppy, tacky cake. It looked nothing like we requested. When addressing Kelly about the cake, she was ugly and rude to the criticism.
