I love decorating for Halloween and hit up the after Halloween sale. Found some goodies! The one kid was pretty rude and honestly I could do without heavy metal music blaring. The employees kept complaining that they cant wait until its over. It just wasnt as fun as I expected and I wish they werent complaining in front of me.

Favorite Halloween store, excellent selection of props and costumes. Much better then Halloween Express. Took us a few to figure out new location since moved from off I35, Halloween Express tried saying they have always been there, confused wife and I for a minute. Glad we found new spot!!

Id like to give ZERO stars! Absolute WORST customer service! I went in there today looking for a costume for my son. I came from a different location stating they had a costume in stock in my sons size. I went over to the area to look for it myself, when I couldnt find it I went up to the front and asked the lady if they can verify if they had a certain costume in stock as another store says they did. She indeed said yes we do, it should be over there you can go look . It has a big sign for it! Mind you this whole time she had an attitude. WELL, I wouldnt be up here if I didnt already look. So then she said well it couldve gotten mixed up with the adult sizes you can go look there. First off, Ive already done that! Second Im not seeing it, can someone help me find it and with a snarky attitude she says well its in the system so it should be over there SOMEWHERE !!!!!!??????!!! Somewhere?....Basically stating to go find it yourself. I dont want to help you. From the beginning I didnt get a welcoming, Hi, how can I help you? She just stared and waited for me to speak. Teach your employees some customer service, her attitude sucked and she was more worried about chatting with a fellow co worker than helping a customer potentially buy a $75 dollar costume! Her name was Julie by the way and the store #61075

Store was picked up and looked great! Awesome decor. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection.

So the sign says open, the online hours says they open, but guess what? THEY ARE NOT OPEN. I have 3 kids were excited to see the store, but they were sad after sitting in front of the store for 20min. Guess they wont get my money.

I came here to shop for a costume for my toddler. Online and the front door sign both say the store opens at 10am; however, we arrived at 10:15am and the doors were locked. There were several people waiting outside. One woman called the corporate office, and they said this location opens at 11am. So I packed up my kids in the car to try a different store, but as I drove away around 10:30am, I saw someone unlock the doors. Overall, they have a decent selection of kid costumes, but the hours of operation are confusing.

Staff was really patient with this rude customer in the line next to us. Fun selections to look through with new costume ideas.

We were going to buy a lot of kids customs, but they said I cant because one of kids lose his shoes, I asked can I carry him instead, she said no everyone need shoes to be in the store, so we left..... Without buying anything, just shop on Amazon instead

My boyfriend and I went here Monday afternoon to look for A costume for our 4 year old son . We are looking around for costumes his size and are having a difficult time finding his size . An employee (don’t know her name) followed me and my boyfriend around the entire area we were in . As we ignored her and kept looking my boyfriend picks up a costume and sees it isn’t the size we need so he goes to hang it back up and the employee appears out of nowhere and grabs the costume from his hands and hangs it up herself . While she was there, and obviously wasn’t going to leave us alone we ask her for help . She brings us to the section for the toddlers and still we were not able to find what we were looking for so we decide to look for other costumes in the toddler section . She stays in the area we are in and pretends to straighten things up around us . Already angry at the fact she followed us around the whole store we decided to leave . As we are walking out the store she stands right by the door and watches us leave the store . I will never be coming back to this place, I have never experienced anything like this or having to be watched and followed around the store for no reason . I was so angry I couldn’t even stop, go back and ask for her name .

Online it says the store is supposed to be open at 8, It is now 9:30 and the store is still closed. People have been waiting outside in the cold for an hour and a half

Came on Wednesday October 31, 2018 at 8:15pm website and 866 Number stated they would be open we drove an hour away and the employees locked doors. Very disappointed. Had my 11 and 8 yr old children with me

Crowded but lots of options to choose from for decorations. Feel like there could be more costumes.

The store is fun. Some of the items are over priced though
