Very helpful. Went to replace an old french oven due to failing finish on bottom. They provided a number to their warranty hotline. The warranty process was less daunting than expected and now that Ive gotten a replacement, I can now justify dropping a few more bucks with Le Creuset on a large stock pot soon!

Friendly staff... after you ask for help 3-4 times, 3 sales associates in an empty store and no one offered assistance. Outlet prices are about 15-20% off regular priced Le Creuset with a nice selection. Came in looking to purchase, but I guess my work clothes gave off a look that I couldnt afford anything. Decided Id rather purchase elsewhere.

Its always so much fun to shop at le creuset! The employees really love the product and are so helpful on picking out pieces for your kitchen. These products are meant to long generations and its very apparent when you use them. Worth putting the cash into them.
