I just wanted to give thanks to the Baskin Robbins crew working on Friday night Oct 22nd. We encountered FANTASTIC customer service from this location and in particular the store manager working there last night was outstanding. She obviously knows how to treat her customers. We will absolutely be back again and again. If the store owners are reading this...you have an awesome store manager! Give her a raise! 😀

Arrived in the drive through today during normal business hours at 1710. Greeted by the employee with a message that because the store was receiving a shipment, they would be closed for 30 - 45 minutes.BR cant handle receiving an shipment and scoop ice cream at the same time? Thats like not being able to chew bubble gum and walk at the same time. If they choose to employ one person per shift, maybe management can train the employee on how to multi task.

Drove through and ordered. Got totally ripped off. Received a one scoop sundae. Ordered and paid for a two scoop. Calked when got home only to be given BS. Wow used to be a great location before new ownership. Lived in RR over 20 years. Really sad new owners are crooks and dishonest.

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at baskin robins. I come here all the time with my family and the staff is normally really friendly, however that wasn’t the case today. A girl named Vanessa took my order and made my shake. Baskin robins is my go to dessert place but not anymore. She made my shake very quickly and with no effort. I saw her tapping the bottom trying to fill the cup because she didn’t make enough in the first place. I could tell she just too lazy to remake my shake because she told me “that’s how we always make it and whoever made yours in the past made it wrong.” I work in customer service and I would never respond like this to a customer. I would totally understand if that’s a policy that they cannot fill the drink up but she gave me major attitude, which is what really made me upset. There’s a difference between letting a customer knowing the policy and bad customer service. This was bad customer service. Vanessa needs to be evaluated as an employee. I work with customers all the time, therefore I know the conditions they are under. I try to make all team members feel appreciated and valued because I understand it’s a hard field to work in, and for that reason I only speak up when I feel wronged. I still love the company baskin robins itself, however it’s the employees I’m now questioning. I was clearly upset but she did not seem to care. I asked for her name and she said “that’s not gonna do anything” ..so we will see. Thank you for your time and I hope you take what I said into consideration.

I love this place! The people are so nice. They are considerate too. I forgot to ask them to put ice cream in a cup but keep the cone. They saw my toddler and did it automatically, plus they gave extra napkins.The base ball nut is delicious.

The people working here suggested we go to another ice cream place across the street. If i owned this place i would fire the whole crew. The place across the street was great

My all time favourite ice cream 🍨. The service staff is polite and friendly. Store flooring is not so clean, with small patches of ice cream stained. Wide varieties of ice cream flavours. They customised ice cream cakes too, based on the number of party pax. I would give this brand 5 stars for the ice creams. But room for improvement on the rest.

The service was slow. The person taking my credit card originally wanted to charge me $18 for a single cone. Either the owner needa to hire more staff to work high volume times or staff need to be trained to be more efficient. For example, the line could have moved quicker if there was a dedicated staff member taking orders and payments and another staff member filling orders.

Worst customer services ever. Kids are running this business into the ground. They drop my children’s Oreo cookies on the floor because they didn’t want to service us 5 minutes to closing then laughed about it.

Half of their menu is unavailable at all times. They also treat their staff poorly and underschedule for each shift, leading to poor customer service. This store needs a lot of work and it should start with management.

Incredible chocolate mint ice cream, as always! Only one I like better, and that is the HEB brand. Both are really, really good!

Recently went by for two cake cones. Noticed the staff member who was preparing the cones had her mask down, maybe it had slipped whatever the case was the nasal area was not covered. We ended up throwing the cones away, didn’t feel safe given the current situation.

A couple of friends and myself went a few days ago. There was an open sign on and on the door was posted if you dont have a mask use drive thru. The closing hours, which isnt posted, was 10p.m. We were quickly told the dining room was closed. We pointed out that there isnt signage informing us of that. They still wanted us to go thru the drive thru or leave, not quite sure which. But they were stressing drive thru to get service. We explained that we only wanted to order and wasnt gonna stay just enjoy it outside. Savanna was great and was trying to finish her work and didnt want to turn us away, but the other 2 did.It wasnt until after my friend started taking pictures of the door that they changed their minds about letting us get what we came for. Once we made our selections it was no charge and was also given a half apology. Then to make matters still not pleasant they were gonna tell the uber guy the dining room was closed until we looked at them and quickly said no my fault we will help you.If you are gonna close early for whatever reason let customers know by putting up signs and post your hours.This was my first time going to any of their establishments and was extremely disappointed by the customer service given by the 2 ladies behind the counter.

Passed by today to get some delicious ice cream. Sounds easy enough but i was greeted at the window by an amazing person. Although she had her mask on, you could see her eyes smiling. She greeted me, asked about my day, offered an excellent customer service and wished me a “wonderful day”. Great training was given to Kyla and looking forward to seeing her climb the ladder and be a leader (she’ll be great at it)

This is the third time we want to eat a banana split, and they dont have bananas, I dont think that is to hard to buy enough bananas knowing that is a good sale. We request a Sundae, we got two scoops of ice cream and two cookies. So disappoint, slow service. I give three stars just for the ice cream flavor.

I came here today and got a cappuccino blast which was amazing as always! But I just wanted to say thank you to the lady in front of me for paying for my drink. That was so kind in a time like this it melted my heart. I never thought that something like that would happen to me. Well wish I had a experience. Came to the round rock location. At 12:30 pm... Open light is lit, lights are on... Doors are locked here to pick up a birthday cake. Phone goes to voicemail. Did this location close down?

Wonderful spot. 31 flavors of ice cream. Theres a big parking lot that they share with couple other businesses. They even have a drive through. The employees are very friendly and helpful. You can sample before you get your ice cream as well.

Aside from the snake greeting us at the front door, we love to grab ice cream there. Thank goodness they have a drive thru. Great flavor and cone choices. Birthday cakes are great too. Quarts to go - awesome. They lose a star because this store seems pretty dirty overall.

The ice cream here is great! So many choices, good coupons and less expensive than froyo. Can get dessert for the whole family under $20. I just wish the place was cleaner, maybe bigger. They have benches bit the traffic makes it not as nice. I think they would do better in a new location.

Horrific customer service received from Carissa (or Clarissa) today.My daughter called to inquire if they had a specific cake we are looking for for her birthday party, and she hung up on her. My daughter calls back, and again, she is rude to her. So then I proceed to call and she answers, not even with the standard hello, how may I help you, but as if she is impatient that she received another call from our number.I asked the same question my daughter was asking, and she said, I already told her I had to look and no we do not...okay, bye. I was interrupted before being able to proceed with my request then for a plain ice cream cake, as she was already trying to hang up.I let her know and informed her that her lack of customer service was uncalled for and that were simply trying to place an order. She said, How am I rude, when your daughter is the one that didnt understand me. (side note, my child is incredibly competent to make a call with excellent phone etiquette, and she was sitting three feet in front of me and I heard it all). She then proceded to go on about how rude I was and hung up on me. I called back one more time to ask for her name, and surprisingly she was incredibly polite that time when I informed her I would be communicating my experience to their management staff.I am appalled. I suspect their GM and owner would also be, as well as embarrassed if they knew she was representing them that way.

I loved the sherbet with the green for green apple and the blue in it along with other colors! Two scoops and a sugar cone was delicious and perfect. Great customer service 😇

Not happy that we just paid over $16 and got a mess. The only reason I didnt say 1star is because this is the first time this has happened although back in May we didnt have a good experience with the cake decorator here either. About every three weeks my husband picks up my daughter and I each a quart of Daquari Ice from this location. The other day when he went they were out and only had enough to make one pint. So today he went back to get the two quarts. When he arrived home with the two quarts today, they both had huge holes in them where the girl did not pack the ice cream. Not very happy to pay that much money and be missing a significant amount of product!

Went here today to get me and the kiddo some ice cream before the park. The tatted up rude Hispanic lady made it known how annoyed she was that I asked her if she had a flavor instead of reading the sign... Then caught an attitude when I asked for a cup to place my childs in while he slept slamming the window huffing and puffing. .. If you dont like your job sweetheart go get a different one as I was your only customer it shouldnt have been that much of a hassle to be bothered for a order. I can see why you were dead there ill just go to Amys and enjoy the crowd.

Picked up an ice cream cake for dinner with neighbours. Was not greeted upon entry (and the counter is right there when you open the door) nor offered any help to find the correct box in the freezer. Friendly enough when checking out but with 2 associates behind the counter youd expect to at least been acknowledged walking through the door especially when theyre 5ft away

The store is EXTREMELY cold! I kind of like that though because once you come outside with your ice cream it feels like the perfect temperature, I was shivering inside the store though. A great place to go after a long pool day or event in general. Though, I dont reccomend the Vanilla flavor, it tastes like nothing. Rainbow sherbet is amazing 😍

Worst service! Worker ignored drive through line. 8-10 min wait to place order. I gave up went inside and was greeted by unapologetic worker. As we were talking another car drove to pick up window hoping to place order. Since worker didnt acknowledge her at drive through speaker. Please train this manager on how to handle counter and drive through at the same time.

Baskin Robins is the best!! You need to try the Gold Meadl Ribbion is amazing!! It’s chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a caremel drizzle but inside! It’s amazing.

This is the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. Today is National Ice Cream day and Baskin-Robbins has a deal 2 pre-packed quarts for 7.99 or 2 56 oz containers for 9.99. I was trying to explain the deal to the sales rep taking the order, but she pretended not to understand. I will explain this later in the story. She takes my order and when I get up to the window, I show her the deal on my phone and that this location is a participant. In stead of fulfilling my order she proceeds to give me 2 quart and then over charge me by 2 dollars so that I do not notice. However I did notice and turned around, went back though the drive through and let them know the order was wrong. Right ahead of me on my second return it appeared that the customer in front of me was receiving the 56oz deal. Once it was my turn the cashier manning the window tried to tell me that I was reading the deal wrong and that she gave me the right deal. I told her that no you did not give me the right deal. What you gave me was 2 quart containers and charged me 2 dollars extra thinking I wouldnt notice. Magically her memory came back and she proceeded to give me some ridiculous excuse that made no since. Then said that they do not have the 56oz containers. She called her manager over and he seemed incredibly clueless about anything that was going on, the deal or otherwise. Anyhow there seems to be a lot of manipulation going on, both with the cash register and the management of the location. I got my 2 dollars back but I just wanted people to know to look at their receipt and check your items before you go. I dont want to wrongfully accuse people but after this experience, I really feel that this locations employees may be skimming money from the customers. The cashier at the window had no plausible excuse for overcharging me and then proceed to think that I couldnt tell the difference between a 32oz and 56oz.

As they get more customer in line they drop the service. i saw this many time . prefer to go to Avery ranch or Mopac one.At Avery Ranch they give 4 puff cone with each to go quarts, there is special $9.99 for 2, we should get 8 cone ..the girl on counter forcefully gave 4 and asked me to pay for 4 ..I took 4 only .will not go to this place again.

Delicious...If you havent tried it yet, get the chocolate with peanut butter ribbon... it is still to this day from 8 years old when i first tried it until 27, the ONLY ice cream I will eat at Baskin Robbins... its my absolute fave.

A bit cramped inside and the lack of flow doesnt help (hard to line up when everything is just in the middle). They definitely focus on the drive thru, but on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon my daughter and I wanted to sit for a while and enjoy the moment. Ice cream is as youd expect: lots of flavors, lots of attempts to upsell on other things.

Decent ice cream at a fairly expensive price so I thought for what you get. Almost rather just go to the grocery store and get blue Bill though for a lot less money.

Rude people inside I drove to Baskin Robbins at 9:30 last night on 7/7/20 in round rock off 79 pulled up to order at 9:45 so I waited 15 minutes to just get to the drive threw ordering speaker just to get told they are closed .I said mam on the information it said 10:00pm she just kept ignoring me and still decided that they where going to close after I told her its not 10 p.m and Ive been waiting then she went off on me

It was ok. I asked for a to go order and Had to remind the person and had to ask for lids. Then I was not offered a bag. Otherwise good product. Clean environment. Not a lot of parking.

My experience in this place was horrible, the young woman who treated us was very kind, but the manager was rude, told her to take ice cream from my glass to give me less than what I had always been put in my glass I told him to charge me for the extra In my glass of ice cream, but he did not answer me or look me in the face, I think he does not like Latinos, it does not matter because its not the only place where the ice cream is sold. I had to explain it to my children because of this ladys attitude, which was very rude. I never mention any place I frequent, but this really bothers me.

I actually used to work for Baskin-Robbins when I was in Germany, this I miss it but its not something that I would occasionally go to, yes it inspired me as a kid to go work but actually get older the sensor of Kidd ship goes away

I would go there more frequently is they had a toilet. They are very careful about nut allergy.

Always been a fan of Baskin Robbins, but today i have plenty things to say about the team, i ordered my sons cake about a month in advanced, custom made from a cake i saw on the internet, i wasnt expecting it to be just the same and perfect but yes it was! the cake decorator did an amazing job was also very professional on the phone and even called me a week in advance just to make sure that i was still planning on getting the cake, my cake was perfect and on time! the price was very reasonable too, i recommend Baskin Robbins in Round rock for good ice cream and great customer service.
