Absolutely fantastic. We have been three times now and tried different flavors. The kids love watching the process. And the actual ice cream is very good. Definitely worth a visit!

Not good. If you enjoy artificial fake tasting flavors, this is the place for you. I prefer naturally delicious flavors like “actual” strawberries or actual butter pecan. Here you get cream with a SQUIRT of artificial flavored and colored syrup. Not what I was expecting at all. I was hoping it was like the nitro ice cream we got at the farmers market with REAL ingredients. Once I realized what my choices were as far as flavors, I opted for a mojito Italian ice and I’m 100% certain that the mint and lime flavors are absolutely NOT NATURAL EXTRACTS!! I use mint oil and lime oil at my house and this did not taste like either. It tastes pretty much like a lime popsicle. Like one of those plastic tube flavo-rite kiddie popsicles. My kids had the Nutella which they both enjoyed bc it’s ice cream with Nutella so probably the only semi real flavor in the shop besides the cinnamon powder. My husband had the chocolate mint (bright green) squirt and he was less than impressed.

More than just an ice cream shop, you get a unique experience. Definitely fun for kids and adults alike to watch as liquid nitrogen pours over your ice cream in a cool fog and freezes it. They have a flavor called Tigers Blood which is apparently strawberry and coconut flavor and I want to try it next time I go. They also serve smoothies with the same options for mix-ins. Highly recommended coming in at least once.

We went yesterday afternoon and its a cool place.First, the ice cream was delicious and thats the most important aspect. I ordered the #4 which is a brownie, fudge, peanut butter cups, etc. I am ready to go back and try a custard base with these same ingredients. My son had the birthday cake ice cream and was thrilled with the process and product.Here are the two issues and why I didnt give it a five-star review: The place had a bit of an odor to it and thats off putting when ordering and eating food. Also, it was hot. I know we are having cooler mornings, but it still gets warm in the afternoon. Run the AC -- there is no need to have a place that was probably 78 to 80 degrees. We had just left PizzaRev and there was a huge contrast in the temperature of the two places.

Third visit here! Last two times the owner has been in and is incredibly nice! The ice cream here is far better than any of the other nitrogen shops around town. Highly recommend giving them a shot.

We are at Pizza Rev yesterday and one of the employees gave us a coupon card for a buy one regular, get one small for free and said we should try it out! My son was so excited about the ice cream! We loved it! Great employees that explained everything well, and tasted great! We will definitely be returning soon!

The ice cream was fantastic, although considerably overpriced ($30 for 4 small cups). The idea is pretty cool too - all the smoke and a show as they make your icecream. The only reason Im only giving 2 stars is due to the guy that helped make ours (training a new employee). He had relatively long finger nails that were dirty underneath, and didnt wear any kind of gloves - throw in that his arm hair was long enough you could have braided it, and it just left that feeling that overall icky feeling. He seemed like maybe the owner, but not sure. Like isnt that a health code violation? The tables outside were also extremely dirty. But, if you can look past that, it was great. (In other words, I enjoyed my ice cream AND my wifes as she couldnt look beyond the unsanitary side of it).

So much better than other similar places, because you get to watch your custom order being made from start to finish, and it is a cool little show. There are so many possible combinations, but they also have suggested ‘sensations’ combo options on the menu. So glad they finally added a location to the Austin area; it is well worth the drive.

Me and my family love coming here. The staff is super friendly, it doesnt take too long to order and have it made and its super delicious. I prefer this location to a similar business nearby.

Cool experience, but very overpriced for what you get. I ordered two regular size ice creams and it cost $15. The bowl was half filled and I felt nickle and dimed when I asked for a to go lid and was told that its an additional $0.50 for a to go cup? To summarize, its neat to watch but once youve seen it, I wouldnt return for the price you pay and small amount of ice cream you get. I dont see this place staying in business long term unless they make some changes.

Friendly staff. They explained everything to us and didnt seem bothered by it. They even gave us some recommendations that we all enjoyed. Cant wait to go back.

This place is the best liquid nitrogen place ever i went here 3 times best ice cream they make it in front of you the best thing is they dont charge extra for a lactose free batter or vegan batter (dairy free) it is a little pricey but its well worth it I highly recommend this place.

The icecream has a weird texture and the flavor was not good. I ordered butter pecan and it tasted nothing like it... more fruity than anything. There is a place in Temple that also does Nitro icecream and its delicious and creamy. I would not recommend the icecream especially for the price.

Website stated that they were open, drove over here and they clearly are not.

An ok one-time experience, but overpriced and topping portions are laughably small. We ordered one regular cup with two mix-ins and it cost $7.57. When we asked for gummy bears, we ended up with 4. The peanut butter cups were also skimped on compared to competitors. The ice cream tasted fine, but for the price and amount of mixins it just wasnt worth it.

Disgusting, two teenage girls who do not use gloves, and one of them had super long green nails that she held my cone with. While working on the ice cream some got in her nails and she literally cleaned them close to the ice cream. For the owner, if you hire such young kids you should train them well and have them wear gloves while processing food. One customer or more could end up with salmonella or worse!

Ice cream is really good actually and the whole process of it being made is really neat to watch!
