We went furniture shopping and found a couch and loveseat. Unfortunately they didnt have any in stock and they dont sell the floor models. The associate was very very helpful calling other shops until he found us one and helped with delivery.

Amazing crew! The store manager was very nice, friendly and helpful with excellent costumer service. I will definitely shop here again. I got a dining table with 15% percent discount. I should say the table looks a lot better than many other furniture stores I have been to. I went there 30 minutes before the store close and found what I needed in just few minutes, loaded it up in my car with help of the store crew. If you are thinking of shopping at BigLots, check this store first.

I am so disappointed in big lots right now. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’re in an oven. Must’ve been at least 90° inside the store. I asked the sales associate what’s up with the temperature inside the store, she said it’s a corporate policy and they can’t control the temperature. My cousin who I was shopping with literally broke out in hives because of the heat and had to go sit in the car. Mind you it’s 80° outside right now. We would have loved to shop for a longer time but we were literally roasting. We decided against checking out because we didn’t want to even wait in line in the heat. I couldn’t wait to go Christmas shopping with my family, but big lots was unbearable.

I just want to share a very nice experience that I had at this store. I went there trying to find a queen size bed for a guest room. While there, I spotted a very nice daybed with a trundle, perfect size, color and style! Although they didn’t have in in stock, Eric, the furniture sales associate, very kindly helped me find it at another store. I was impressed by the customer service that I received at this store as well as the one in Cedar Park where I went to purchase the daybed. Thank you Eric and the rest of the staff!

Over the past few years, i feel they have ramped up the place and its offerings. Looks nicer. Seems better. More staff. Not the highest quality stuff, but seems to be better than it was. Still great deals.

Purchased items for pickup, someone pushed the status to picked up, even though we hadnt picked up. Our card was charged and when going up to the store, the manager was full of excuses. Oh that happens sometimes, do you still want the item. No apologies, no nothing. Absolutely unprofessional. I would avoid this branch at all costs.

Just got back from Big Lots Round Rock and have a very bad experience. The manager on duty refused to look up my 20% discount on my rewards card. I called Big Lots customer service number and confirm that it was with in the manager on duty ability to easily look up the reward at the store but she refused!!!

Great selection of reasonably priced garden/patio items right now, but wont last long! This store is also one of the nicer Big Lots, always well organized and clean, with a friendly staff.

I simply adore Big Lots! Prices are just out of this world cheap and the brand names of the products are well known and trusted in family homes! Starbucks brand coffee, Mr. Clean line of cleaning supplies, Pedigree dog food. The list could go on and on of course! I shop at this specific location for the office and I just want to say there needs to be a express lane or something. The customer service is there for sure the greetings are always pleasant and small talk usually interesting enough, but sometimes you really just gotta get what you need and go! LOTS OF BIG THANKS BIG LOTS!

Found what I needed. Happy with my purchase.

I used order online and store pickup for the first time yesterday and it was great!! You get an email when your order is ready, drive over, call inside and they bring the order to the curb and load it into the vehicle. The associate who brought out my order - Starr - was just a joy! Thanks me for shopping with Big Lots and totally refused a tip. The only thing missing was the enjoyment of browsing the aisles and Ill get that back!Love Big Lots!!

The store was clean and organized, but everything I went to purchase was out of stock. These items are not seasonal or specialty, so it seems either the covid has struck their supply chain or the store is very bad at ordering. All of the associates were helpful and apologetic.

Roxanne was very helpful but dont get your stuff delivered by Leroy. Been waiting since noon and its now 6:07pm.Very unprofessional and when I called he sounded like he just woke up. Didnt even know what day it was. Leroy delivery Ill give a -10. Worst delivery ever!

This was my first time in the store and I loved how spacious it was! Everything was very neatly placed and in certain sections that were easy to find. They seem to have a little bit of everything. If I wasnt so pressed for time, I wouldve explored more, but theres always another day. I will be back Im sure!

I find fun stuff. This is where I like to get my holiday stuff. Dont like how unhelpful the customer service is sometimes. Sometimes I perceive the service as though Im an inconvenience. There is one gentleman that works there who is always nice and kind when ringing me up. Normally if I need something from big lots I pick another around to go to just based on not wanting to deal with the cashiers.

Appreciate the staffs efforts in trying to check out customers as quickly & as possibe.

They have redone their store and it looks amazing! Very furniture based now which is nice, great deals on a lot of outdoor furniture stuff (ex: outdoor cushions) cheaper than Amazon, and that was a shock to me. Staff were very kind and attentive.

Like Dollar General, Big Lots has really cleaned up their act, so to speak. The stores are very well organized, clean and very pleasant to shop in.Their selection of foods for instance is very complete and varied. You will find some items that are not found elsewhere too. The only thing really missing is fresh meats.

They didnt have what I was looking for but always give them a look

Store was good but then I got harassed for donations by DARE volunteers once I was leaving.

Everything for Christmas giving, decorating & cooking at reasonable prices. Best prices for fairie lights I ve found. Buy 2 get 1 free single cup large coffee boxes. Even better than HEB price & thats the gold standard! Always nice people working the checkout registers as well. Wish we had one in Georgetown...maybe someday.

This is a pretty awesome store. I love the way they rearranged things. There is plenty of room to shop without feeling cramped. Prices are great and they have a wide variety of unique items. I highly recommend this Big Lots.

Great place to shop. I didnt find some of the main ornaments I wanted. But I did not leave empty handed. It was very busy and weeks until Christmas.

I have never been so embarrassed or so humiliated! I got a full basket of merchandise and when I went to make the purchase with my Big Lots credit card it was declined. Come to find out Big Lots closed out my card due to inactivity. I have made purchases within the last year and they had the gull to close out my card without telling me. I will never shop Big lots again! If I could go lower than one Star I would.

Got a super comfy wide sofa chair recliner for a fantastic deal.

Cramped. Bathrooms were disgusting. I saw one employee actually stocking shelves and several others standing around. The prices on their Christmas trees are actually more than Wal mart. The front coolers (with all the drinks) was almost empty, just diet coke and gatorade left. It was just a mess. 2 stars because all the employees we encountered were really nice.

This is my favorite store. I can always find interesting items that are the same prices (or better) than Walmart and get something more unique. My favorite part is going in and seeing what they have on clearance. I can almost always find something in clearance that I want to get. Plus, they keep track of you spending, and you can get a 20% discount after while. I used my 20% discount to buy a large beautiful cabinet for my wifes art supplies. Very awesome :D
