If you are driving through Mineral Wells down 281, make sure you stop for lunch. Delicious burgers and friendly staff. Dont settle for a chain and eat something delicious. There will be a little wait, but that is part of tge charm.

Love that they have the signs in both Spanish and English!! They even gave a Texas flag shirt!! ❤️ Looked like it was under construction but still very clean. Lines were very long and really only the self pay checkouts were open.

Very impressed with the checkout lines but there was a long line for customer service. The shelves were well stocked and it was very clean. Employees were pleasant.

This walmart is humongous. Superb Collection of A lot of things.I checked Sports section and it is the best amongst all other Austin, Cedar Park walmarts (check pics nd videos).Clothing is very good as well, lot of brand options.This walmart had a separate aisle for laptop bags, which i never saw anywhere else, got a good bag here (check pics nd videos).Finally, weight bench, barbell, eyc are on clearance .. good price.

Walmart used to be convenient, but now every store closes at 11. I need them to bring back their late close time. I can’t make it to Walmart most days until midnight. Bring it back, this has gone on long enough.

When they total ship all products to the Store - Its OKAY. You to shop around for the best store though.

This Walmart has been my favorite grocery store until few years ago when my son and grand son witnessed a woman been robbed at the broad daylight by another woman, at the parking lot, so this really scared me and I only shop there if I am in the area. Last week I dropped bye to shop and was over charged with one item. I bought 4 of this item but the Cashier scanned 5 items this has happened more than 3 times.Shoppers be aware check you receipt before leaving the checking out area, this will surely save you some money. I just find out that this is very common now. This week it happened 3 times at different grocery stores.I was refunded, but I had to stay more time necessary for the refund transaction.

The woman with one arm at the auto center desk is not very nice and seems like she hates her job. I waited for my tire to be fixed and watched her interact with customers, and it made me feel really bad for anyone who came across her. She talked down to them and you could visibly tell she did not want to be at work. The waiting area is very dirty and looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time too. Thankful they were able to fix my tire, but will not come back.

I went to get a couple tires at the auto center. One of the people working there could not drive a manual stick shift and burned out my clutch. I filed a claim with Wal Mart, towed the car and payed to get the car checked out. So at this point I am out a car and $300 and Wal Mart claims will not answer my calls or emails. Way to stand behind your service!

Found all I needed with little effort. Even self checkout went smoothly.I was pleasantly surprised...I only shop Walmart for other family members that have specific items they know are available there. Checkout us usually a nightmare.

What can I say, Walmart is my go-to place for a lot of items, though I do keep away from their meats, dairy and veggies. Thats just my choice as I prefer to shop those items elsewhere. Putting that aside, I like Walmart for their many other products like vitamins and personal care products. Paper products, soda, water and things of that nature are great. I will say that I am impressed by an improvement they have made to their app, where you can find out what aisle a particular item is in by just typing it in. Very Kool.

Plenty of stuff on the shelves, some really good deals in children clothes. Excellent watermelon. Not enough cashiers...seems like a recurring problem in a lot of stores.

This walmart is very well run. Its always clean and the customer service workers are very friendly and knowledgeable of their story. Everytime Ive been to this store Ive noticed that it is never crowded.

My first experience at this location both inside and then curbside the next day. This is the best Walmart in Austin, especially this side of town. The store is well stocked and has wide selections and availability of merchandise. I was very impressed with curbside pickup. This was my first ever Walmart curbside pickup anywhere and i will not hesitate to use it again. I waited less than two minutes for the girl to bring out my stuff. And she was polite and appeared to be a happy employee which all benefits me the customer.

Its hard to not like a Wal-Mart, or any one stop dept store in the US. Especially for me after having stayed in Belize for 4 months. To go into one store find everything you need reasonably priced with the ability to being back most items with a receipt when necessary is a list of privileges Americans can easily take for granted. I t would have to be a disgusting, or poorly managed or staffed department store in the US to get less than 4 stars from me. I appreciate big retail. I am an American.

Went at 5pm on Sunday and it was very busy! With ONLY ONE register open!!! The line went across the walkway, through womens athletic wear, and past produce, frozen food aisle and more! The self checkouts were open, but both of those lines were really long too! Winding all the way down the aisles!

They are experiencing a partial remodel. Also stockers working with merchandise on the floor in shoppers way.

This is a very large Wal-Mart, with a great selection of products. I only have issue with two things- a very unfriendly staff, and the fact that they are never prepared for a large influx of customers. They have at least 20 registers, and even when the place is packed, will only have two registers open. Because of that, you wait on very long lines.

I love this candlewood suite they have a young veteran working there doing alot of stuff there and still seems to find the time to help us when we get off work his name is kalub Rose good man right there the of the best I ever seen need to give him a Raise.

Horrible! Stinks outside. Workers dont want to work, points.. over there. Managers dont know what theyre doing and the shelves are scarce. The machines dont print your reciept and managers dont know how to work the registers. Pathetic.

Walmart has great prices and hard workers. The only problem is the customers.The customers are full of blatant theft and inconsiderate people.

Can we please stop having people over the age of 50 to run the cash register! I had to wait 45 min in line just to have 18 items checked out. Why are the self checkouts card only!!!! And just have 2 lines open. And the other line which was loving way way fast then ours, line 10! Had 2 different cash registers. Why do I keep going to Walmart when H-E-B is right down the street.. and everything is fresh!!!! Honestly I have to be mad T myself self I KKNNOOOWWWW H-E-B is better!

The lady at the desk with a hurt arm in a brace was very kind and very helpful. She was hurting and still working. She needs to be appreciated more.

It was very clean. Their prices were good on most items I purchased. This time I would have give it a 5, but we were Disappointed that there was only 1 cashier. They try to force people to the self check out. There are several times you need a real person or you have a lot of things to check out. When companies replace people with more machines, they take out the human touch and experience and it does not make me feel like I want to go back. I try not to use a lot of online shopping. People need jobs.

Permits vendors to sell unlimited quantities of Pokemon cards to collectors and does not hold any aside for little kids that actually enjoy playing the game. They are participating in allowing their own sellers on their website to resell their cards for three times a price but what they sell them on the store for. They let them stand in line for 3 hours at a time at every store sometimes 6 hours depending on how long it takes for the vendor to put the cards out. Theres no checks and balances. I wish they spent The same energy they spend keeping people from exiting the wrong exit to actually sell the cards to kids and not businesses that are profiting from collectors items..

Loving my Walmart plus delivery service. Very reliable and updates are accurate. No stock is a small downside but that is not limited to Walmart.

Dirty, unorganized, and employees are hard to find if you need help. You would have a better shopping experience at a flea market. They also make you check out your own items and don’t even pay you for the work they make you do.

This Walmart always brings out the shudders in me. Store is dirty looking inside and I have never been there that the parking lot was clean. Barely a foot before the next piece of trash. Just a really gross feeling

Went to receive an oil change and my car was as the only one that was being serviced. However, an hour and a half passed and the car had not been serviced despite being in the garage the whole timeThe workers were just walking around and not actually servicing any cars. I finally gave up and left and when I asked for the workers to give me my car a worker with bleach blonde hair (male) drove my car out and hopped out of my car and slung my car door open very aggressively. I will never get any service for my car again! Very unprofessional!

They have a lot distressed product that would sell easily if marked down properly all their normal normal inventory is close to dead due to lack of consistency of watering product.

I couldn’t find half of the Groceries I’d like to buy. Fresh vegetables section must be checked and feed more often.

Worst one Ive been to. Lines backed up to the produce section, which was probably cause by the 23 of 25 registers being closed.

This place has everything, food, dog daycare, vet and dog hotel. Everything you can need for your dog. Staff in each department friendly, informative and helpful.

Never have much trouble finding things even though they seem to change the layout frequently. Although the shelves are starting to be sparse again.

Going to Walmart is always very Time-consuming.. lol.. You start on one Site and you do end up somewhere totally between Mouthwash or Hardware .. lol.. Worst customer service and pickup, always no one in online pickup, any time morning, noon, afternoon and evening, it doesn’t matter, you have to wait to find some one to page themLast pickup should same day but so far 5 days without got my pickup due to lazy staff and bad customer services. What a time wasting with store visits and phone callsI did more than 10 pickup and this will the last one for sure, unfortunately can’t give below one star

I35 Round Rock Walmart. Been there 3 times and won’t go back. First and second times the store was dirty, so many carts piled up outside (everywhere), didn’t see any employees to ask for help. Third time, online pick up to park in orange pick up zone. It was raining off and on but that’s life. I checked in, no other cars there, waited another 3 minutes and no one brought food out. Tried to call number on sign and it rang till it went to voicemail 3 times. Finally someone answered and said with the rain they weren’t bringing food out. If I wanted it I can come inside store or wait till rain stops. Well rain isn’t going away so I asked it I could just grab it from them at the door. Gal said she would ask, then hung up. I tried over & over to call back and no one would answer. I was the only customer there. After 10 minutes I went inside. There was another customer and he had same issue. No one would answer the pick up phone on the signs. After 5 minutes a manager came up to us. She tried calling multiple times right by us and same issue. She tried multiple times on radio and no answer. She finally just told them they had customers waiting and hoped they would respond. After 20 minutes finally a gal brought my order. She said she was on lunch & came back to a mess. She said she told her coworkers they can’t do that. The other employees just didn’t want to get wet or help the customers inside. Told her this has been my worst experience. I understand not wanting to get wet but their job requires going outside, just like mine and lots others. The cart retrievers had on ponchos and I’m betting Walmart sells them!!! Such lazy employees. I don’t mind waiting if busy, but laziness just ticks me off. Get over yourselves and getting a little wet. Then too lazy to even walk food inside to customers inside.

This is a good walmart. Associates are available to help you all over the store, plenty of registers open, and everything was stocked. I was in and out in minutes. They also have a pretzel store inside. Possibly the best walmart Ive been to, Im definitely making this one my store.

Lets face it. You can hate Walmart until you turn blue. But in the end, one day youll need something and guess which store is the closest? Displease customers will always return, they always do. Not this walmart then one of the other 10 or so in town. Walmart has no real competition yet. Target is probably the closest but with fewer stores and limited hours, its not at the same level. Plus this one has something special. Gas that has 24 hr pay at the pump access

This place has so many theft issues loyal and paying customers get treated so poorly. Today, I was in the store and picked up household merchandise that “of course “ couldn’t fit into it bag like comforter sets, curtain roads, and large picture frames, also a vacuum. However, you guessed it the door lady “Cindy accused me of stealing” and furthermore put her hands on me. I tried to speak with her manager “Ryan” who had no interest in assisting me, when I was trying to explain what his employee had done. Instead, ignored me and then when I asked for his supervisor was told “He is the only supervisor, and I can leave and never return and also REFUSED TO REFUND ME ‼️I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH EVERY STORE MANAGER AT THIS LOCAL WALMART BECAUSE I DESERVE AN APOLOGY... Such an unpleasant visit I will continue to push this issue because they’re behavior is NOT ACCEPTABLE...

Today was the 2nd time weve come out to leave and have been asked to show our receipt which was not a problem but they just saw us come out of line where we were rung up by a cashier. Showing receipt to the door reader and stood and waited to see if he would ask others and it didnt happen to any others that came through until its was african americans are younger customers. There was an older lady and man that never got stopped this is unfair and definitely racial profiling so please have your helpers do better

Walmart is always a joy, I manage to get behind the very rare and practically extinct persons known as checkwriters everytime I go anywhere specifically at walmart, for one, who writes checks anymore this isnt the 80s, managers though were their usual disqualified looking, rude as hell and practically no time to breath much less say hi, I mean for me.it was really no different than its been for the last 35 years Ive been going to walmarts!!

I usually dont give Walmart a good review because some of their employees are so rude. But yesterday I went in and everyone was attentive, pleasant and nice to be around!

Ordered tires online and was called saying they had arrived. Got to Wal-Mart and they said they couldnt find them and told me to drive to other locations to see if they were shipped to the wrong Wal-Mart?! Oh, and I waited for an hour and a half for them to tell me that. Finally, after basically demanding they call the other stores, they were able to tell me the order had been lost. They did reorder them but I work out of town all of the time so I had to take off more work just to get my tires. Tires get here 2 days later and I get a call that they were there. Get to the counter and I kindly ask for them to please keep the truck locked when it wasnt in the garage bay and was told that they dont do that company policy he says.... are you serious?! So my personal belongings arent allowed to be locked away in my vehicle while in an area where no one monitors it?.... this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever dealt with at any automotive service station. I highly suggest not using this location. Save yourself the stress and disrespect.

I shop here often and like any other Walmart they are frequently out of stock of all the random things I buy throughout the year. Today I went for training wheels and they only had one choice and it didnt fit my daughters bike. I still like the store though. Its pretty clean.

Exactly what you expect of a Walmart. Solid selection, good prices, ok service. To be fair, I often hit the story right after open so Im sure they have less staff, but if I need help its not easy to find.
