I remember coming here last year trying to sell a tablet I got from the office raffle. Keep in mind I am latino. I thought at first since it was before Christmas they werent looking to buy. They were. BUT not from me apparently. The guy at the counter, with a mean demeanor denied me instantly. I went to the other action pawn close by and sold the tablet no problem. Not sure why this happened. I got a new television from the raffle this year, and I will not be coming here for sure.

Went in to sell some gold, the two young men were extremely friendly and helpful, they also have a Gem stone tester which is exactly what I needed to determine the type of stone that was in my ring ! Very helpful! Thank youI will be back !

Manager was very rude, we didnt know we had to pay the loan back in cash. No where near the cash register does it say no credit cards or debit only no personal checks. The lady we delt with didnt even tell use. The manager just got very rude with telling us this. We dont care that youve been doing it for 30 years. We didnt know and no one told us

Horrible customer service cant ever find my merchandise when i call in about it..the manager is so disrespectful i will never do business with this place again
