Terrible Customer Service. Was interested in an item on their webpage. It said Call For Price. I called and spoke to someone who took down my number and said they would call back so I could order. Several hours later, no call back. I called again, got the voicemail, explained everything and left my number. 1 day later, no call back. I called again, no answer. I sent an email asking for price so I could order .... several hours later, no reply. I ended up ordering from somewhere else.

I found woollys on the web and did business over the internet and phone it was still the most pleasant experience that I have had buying a Fire Arm any where.Jeff was absolutely great to work with. I am only sorry that I hadnt found him years ago. I will be sure to come back any time I need some thing.

My boyfriend and I found out about Woodleys USA from a friend. We decided to check it out since he was looking for a new shotgun. Im glad we went to them! They did a great job! Not only were they very professional, but they got the shotgun to him in just a few days! We will definitely be coming back for all of my boyfriends future purchases! Great job Woodleys USA!

Gun guys can be pretty rude but these guys at Woodleys USA are knowledgable and very nice to talk with. Even though they didnt have the weapon Im looking for (Glock discontinued it), I will surely come them back up for my next weapon. I trust these guys completely and was blown away by their customer service. Easily 5 stars!
