I was looking for a drill to hang solar lights on my patio. A friend told me to check out a pawn shop instead of paying full price. I passed National Pawn and decided to turn around. Glad I did, found exactly what I needed at it was on clearance. The owner and attendant were extremely kind. Will definitely return!!

They help out when needed, and they give you a good amount of time. They even let you know when your payment is due when it’s getting close.

I have got loans with them before about 5 times now and they are always very accommodating to my needs! Even with the payments they usually always call to remind me or text me. I really appreciate their service from the ones that have helped me! Thank you! I highly recommend this location! They are very clean and everything is very well organized!!

JERRY IS THE MAN. nice, knowledgeable, and understanding so hes easy to talk to when youre in a tight spot. This is the only pawn shop ill ever pawn at because they will work with you and they dont beat you down. If you need 110 to make ends meet, and they can do it, they will. As long as you come back for your items or stay paid up they will continue to get you what you need.

I was looking diamond ring for my wife and mark was super to explaining the different types of stones and the shapes . I was very satisfied by his costumer service. I am sharing my experience if you are looking diamond ring to checkout this store .

During this time of quarantine, they demanded my wife (a nurse!) bring them $16 today or else everything (about $1K of stuff) would be forfeited. I understand pawn loans, but this is where common sense needs to come into play. Despite the shabby appearance of the store, theyre not going out of business if they wait ~96hrs for $16. If their staff gets infected due to their nickel pinching, I hope their doctor is just as forgiving with his bills as they were with my wifes.#GreedIsNotGood

I was looking to sell my wedding ring following a divorce. Emotions were already high given the circumstances. This location had the best ratings along with a large # of ratings of many I looked at. All employees were friendly & I felt like they actually took the time to look at the ring & try to get me as much as they could. When I said I wanted to shop around they wrote the info on a card & gave it to me with an expiration date for the offer they had made me. I never felt any pressure to accept their offer. I went to 4 other locations, all of which were $60-150 less than this location. The other locations didn’t even take that long to look at the ring either. I returned & sold my ring & am happy with my decision. Definitely recommend them.

I have been going to this pawn shop for about four years now. I didnt go for the merchandise, it was nothing spectacular or different from any other pawn shop. I went for the people. Chris, Amanda, Bryan, and Gary are amazing people! They treated my family and I like their own family. They all knew me by name and were consistently helpful throughout every single one of my transactions there. They were just all around good people. Never rude and never treated me like I was just another customer.It should say something about the new ownership if a group of people such as these would up and leave after years of service. I am devastated to say the least and will definitely miss seeing them down there!

National Pawn is a great place to find items at a great price. You can even find things at your home to get cash for. I found out that of you have a lawn you can call them up and pay them over the phone also instead of driving by to the location.place was very organized. The people there are very friendly and they try to help you as possibly.

This WAS hands down the best pawnshop around. Beautiful store, and a great staff.But boy how things have changed since they were acquired by Smart Financial. The new ownership the new management is completely the opposite from what it used to be. National Pawn is no longer the National Pawn of old doesnt matter what location you go to you will run across the same problems. Thay are in no way, shape, or form friendly and loving as they were before. You are just a number, and they treat you that way. I highly suggest you stay clear of National Pawn and Jewelry anywhere in the Austin area.

I am and have been a regular pawn shopper. And ever since I have been going to national pawn in round rock I have never had any problems with the people who used to work there. Amanda, Bryan, Gary and Chris had always been very attentive and caring and always greeted me like I was part of the family. But now the new group who work there don’t care about how they treat their people. I go in there I get no greetings, not even “can I help you” nothing. They treat me as if I’m of no importance. There’s a guy in there that has no customer service no smile no hello nothing doesn’t know what he’s doing and is making me feel like I have to do his job for him. Also, the other day I called to check on my tickets the manager, Hilda, was very rude told me she couldn’t help me because she was too busy and she would call me back because she was attending to another customer. I never got that call and had to have someone else help me and they couldn’t even do that either. Don’t go here for anything if your expecting great service.

My husband and I have been going to National Pawn for about 6 months now and have made some major purchases, each of which were awesome. Anything that we had questions on was answered thoroughly, and the staff there is always friendly and knows us by name when we come in. We love their layaway because it lets us get those bigger ticket items and make payments without using credit cards and paying interest. We would (and have) recommend Nation Pawn and the staff there to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and great deals.

I had a good experience, however it could of run a little bit better regarding customer service in a timely manner. I had purchased a diamond ring and a pistol at the Round Rock, Tx location. I understood I had to wait a little due to the online questions that me the buyer has to do when buying a gun so that I understood. The only thing that left me no so satisfied and this was my reason I gave this establishment a 4 start instead of a 5 star that day was because they were not able to find the second magazine that was suppose to go with my gun purchase, so right now I only have one magazine. Pradeep, my sales representative did great in helping me out during my time in the store and he and his boss which I don’t remember his name did mention to me that they were going to send me the additional magazine that was not able to be found on the day of the purchase to my home address since I was not from the area, I am about 6 hours out of Round Rock, Tx. I’m just hoping they keep their word about sending my second magazine to my home address and not forget about it. The magazine is for a Taurus G2C 9mm handgun, now I checked how much those magazines cost, they run anywhere from $27-$30 dollars depends where it is purchased from. What I’m really hoping is that they will be sent it very soon or if their not able to send me one at least send me the money either by check or money order so I can purchase that second magazine because the pistol discription did say that it was to include 2 magazines and I only got the one that came with the pistol. I will be calling once a week until they can resolve this situation with my missing additional magazine.I just wanted to input an update, yes now I have them 5 stars because they mailed me a brand new magazine for the handgun that I had purchased. So they kept their word and because of that I will be returning to them whenever I am in the area again.
