Very good at their job. Dr. Thrush is extremely outgoing. Knows her job. Great bedside manner so to speak. Patient Services Coordinator Pam Wallace greats you with a smile. You can tell even from under the ask. Today I had a vey hard time getting to my car because my legs gave out. Pam helped me get to the car, get in, then fold my walker up and put it in my car. This is why I drive 65 miles to thisOff when there are closer ones

The staff is first rate and worked me in without an appointment. They cleaned my ears and hearing aids and tweaked my instrument. Molly remembered me and make me feel like an old friend. This is typical of the service I have experienced. She is the best.

We have had to re-schedule because of conflicting family appointments and they were very hospitable and helped us out. The office staff is great, the Dr is awesome! She was able to get us a really good deal on our hearing aids and saved us a lot of $$$ for 3 hearing aids (1 for me, 2 for hubby). The main reason we came back to her when we needed new ones was because she didn’t know us from Adam and we scheduled to have our hearing aids cleaned and looked at about 3 yrs ago. I was expecting to pay $65 for this service and when she said oh, no charge!”, I knew we were coming back there for our next sets. Great people, smart, great bedside manner, you can’t go wrong 👍
I worked with Molly and Pam. They are both super people and very easy to work with.We ended up having to call Starkey support and received help (through video chat). Dr. Burnet was able to make a few settings changes remotely. Then she walked us through how I can personally make the same kind of adjustments myself.All in all,it was a very productive appointment. And Molly and Pam rate 10 stars out of 5!!!

We came in without an appointment. The ladies working attended to us right away and fixed my mothers hearing aids and cleaned them in around 15 minutes at no charge. They are very friendly and will accommodate you if at all possible. Best place Ive been in awhile. I would highly recommend this establishment.
On my second set of hearing aids with these folks. Not cheap but the quality is sure there over the cheaper hearing aids I had before from another place here in town. Molly is great to handle the technical side of things, Pam is very good to schedule and do reminders for your appointments. Always feel very welcome going in even in the days of COVID-19. My latest set is the Cadillac of hearing aids, has so many features I never even knew existed. I am older so I tend to have falls and these connect with my phone so when a fall is detected, it will contact my emergency contact to alert them. I can change settings with my phone so not having to remember how many button presses or which one it is. I did get the recharging ones, works well although don’t seem to last long days but recharges fast. Probably the one thing I wished worked better but with my hearing, probably needs all the power it can get. Love these, would recommend to anyone.

My experience with NewSound Hearing Centers in Round Rock, TX has been great. The ladies are professional and friendly. Molly conducted a thorough hearing test on my ears. She knew just what to do to enable me to hear good again. I kept having some problems with the sound but Molly took care of that. She knows what she is doing and she does it well. Pam works the front desk and she makes you feel welcome and she is friendly and has hot coffee and hot tea if you want to help yourself to it while you wait for your appointment time. These ladies are both awesome. I have felt at home in this office since my first visit. When I had my first visit, I could barely understand people talking to me. I could hear sound great but not distinguish words. Now I hear what people say to me. I highly recommend NewSound Hearing Centers in Round Rock, TX.

My experience with NewSound Hearing in Round Rock has been wonderful. Both Molly and Pam great. Always professional and helpful. As reluctant as I was about seeking a solution to my hearing issues, I am extremely happy that I did so with Molly at NewSound Hearing.
I had previously been sold a hearing aide by another company more interested in selling a product than getting me the right product & checking to insure the results. I cancelled that contract before it was delivered & decided to wait a couple of years.2 yrs later my father,100 yrs old, was visiting town & need to get an adjustment on his set. Just happened to pick New Sound Hearing at Town Center as it was the closest and got Dr. Billie Swift. She took the time to understand my fathers problem, fix the product, & make sure the hearing aids were working properly, all at no charge to him & on product that was not under warranty.That kind of dedication to the client, or in this case just someone needing some help, was the attitude I was looking for. Plus, the fact that she is a Doctor of Audiology, not just a trained technician, was all the motivation I needed.The audio test included the standard tone test which showed the extent of my hearing loss which wasnt that great, but didnt do a lot to convince me of the need to immediately act to solve what I perceive as an inconvenient issue. However she also performed a test with me in a sound proof room, listening to her speaking various words through my headphones, with me repeating what I thought I heard. The errors I made more than convinced me.I thoroughly recommend & unreservedly endorse Dr. Billie Swift & the folks & products of New Sound Hearing. The aide & support I have received have been first rate, & the product is comfortable & works well, even in very difficult & noisy environments.P.S. She has continued to help my dad occasionally, &recently told him that the product he already has is about the best available for his situation.
Great visit! Very knowledgeable staff diagnosed my mothers hearing aid issue, replaced the part, cleaned her ears, and had us out the door in 10 minutes. My mother was crying on the way home because she was so happy to hear again! Thank you!
From the first time that I walked into the New Sound Hearing Center office, I have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their concern to help me address my hearing loss. Molly Thrush was my hearing specialist and answered all of my questions while Pam Wallace handed all of the insurance (admin) related stuff for me. Both were quite patient with me with all of my questions and in explaining all of the options that are available to me. The hearing tests/exams were quite comprehensive. Where this really pays dividends is when it comes to their ability to program the hearing aids to exactly what the individual needs. Molly’s attention to detail was spot on. She showed me how I could “fine tune” my hearing aids (using the mobile phone app) to the environment I was in. It is really remarkable what adjustments that I can make to them which really helped me regain what I been missing from my hearing loss. The subsequent checks they do in the weeks after you get your new hearing aids was great. You can tell that they care about your hearing and want this experience to be a pleasant one. I look forward to working with then in the future for all of my hearing related needs.

Buyer beware! I cannot begin to list all of the problems that Ive had with this particular facility but the biggest complaint is Im probably going to have to get a lawyer to get my money back from these people. It has been two and a half months since my insurance carrier Blue Cross Blue Shield caught an overcharge from this company of $2,300. After Blue Cross Blue Shield contacted this company and told them that the original hearing aids they charged me for were not the hearing aids that I received and I was only to be charged $450, The company said we will issue a refund immediately. The company was well aware of this because they fit and explain how to use the hearing aids before they allow you to leave . The company then called me and said I will have a refund check in one week. Needless to say, after calling every single week multiple people asking where my check is they are still giving me the runaround. The next step is getting a lawyer. They make you sign a contract when you first order hearing aids and they say it is a purchase order but it is not! It is an agreement that you will pay the inflated price for hearing aids through their company. I received better and honest treatment at Sams Club without the inflated prices. Please dont waste your money and be taken advantage of by using this company!

I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and friendliness of the staff. I had cheaper hearing aids before but in this case, you really get what you pay for and already these are the hearing aids I should have gotten a long time ago. With the programming that can be done, it really is amazing what they can program these to do. And what they can mask out that has bothered me with prior hearing aids. These are my first set with this bunch, third set I have owned over the years and these are so much better than anything I have used before.
