Nice shop. Good customer lounge. I went in looking around and wanted to buy some accessories. Not one time during my visit did anyone speak to me, greet me or even acknowledge my presence. After looking around I picked up some parts and cleaning supplies (about $300 worth). I waited almost 10 minutes at the parts desk where everyone just ignored me. Eventually I put all the items back on the shelf, got back on my bike and made my purchase at another Harley shop. Probably wont be back.

I have yet to buy my harley, but everytime I go in to look, Im always treated like family. Especially with Sparky. Sparky is a great salesman, and wont put you on a bike unless your comfortable with all aspects of it, including payments. I highly recommend dealing with Sparky for your new or preowned Harley Davidson purchase. He is a great, honest person, and will always make you feel welcomed.

Not happy with service from Central Texas Harley. Ive had a few things done there over the years and had a reasonable, if expensive, experience. Had my oil changed there last fall. Went to change it myself this time. Pulled the filter, engine oil drain plug, drained the case. Installed the new filter. Then I went to reinstall the plug. I turned it all the way in — never got tight — just kept turning. Stripped. Tried replacing the plug — no go. Somebody stripped the plug on my oil pan the last time it was changed. Must have used Locktite. Called and left a message about my issue for the service manager. No call back. In 3 days. Guess its Cowboy from now on.

After speaking with our dealer here in South Dakota and not getting much help from them, he decided to search the internet and found exactly what he wanted from Central Texas HD. He called them up and dealt with them solely over the phone. He drove from South Dakota to Texas and picked it up. He was very happy with the sales person he dealt with. Recently had motorcycle repair/maintenance at another HD dealership where I was given the run-around due to maintenance contract purchased from CTHD. A quick call to Rick and he had things going in the right direction. Still took the other dealership 4 weeks to change my oil and replace the rear tire. This is why I continue to conduct business with CTHD.

Im partial to my local Harley dealership, but I like visiting Central Texas HD once in a while because they carry other clothing and leather brands in addition to the HD labeled items. I like having more to options, especially when trying to find a good fit.

They changed owners... the new owner took away all my reasons I liked buying my last 6 Harley Davidson motorcycles in the last 3 years from here! He really needs to bring back all the things that kept my family fed and entertained while I spent $30,000.00 on a bike. Now 5 minutes into it they want to leave! Plus they need to try to fix the issue with trade in value! They offer pennies on the dollar for trades! I will probably never shop here again after many years of buying here!

This was the first bike shop that I have gone into and didnt feel like I was being pushed to the side because I was a woman looking at a bike. Came in to look at a Motorcycle I saw online (wich was sold), Im not trying to be petty s, but no How can I help you or greetings form no one, so first that makes you feel unwelcome I sit in there lounge for at least 45 min doing some work then get up to look at another dyna stand there about 10-15 min waiting for someone to walk up nothing .... thats my cue to walk out, just thought if you come and no one speaks to you its a normal thing around here .....wait the parts guy said hello thats why you get a two star

I ended up buying a Harley as pre-owned outside the shop, however i cannot wait to go back for parts, services, clothing or more. I emailed Sparky through a bike search and despite the short timing they were able to fit me in. Sparky let me check out the bike and could tell it wasnt what I was looking for in person, with that he showed me other harley models that fit what Im looking for. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didnt want, instead Sparky let me sit on each bike and get a feel for models I havent considered before. I left the dealership feeling better informed than I did before and now went from considering one bike in the line up to 3 or 4. Yall rock!

I had new 14” factory 47 bars, new exhaust, stage 1 completed, switched all my lights to new LED’s and new tires put on my 2004 Road King. The bike looks and sounds great, has more pep and grips the road better than ever. Rolo in service made sure to order everything that was needed to get the project done and Chip Fuller worked tirelessly getting my bike completed and back to me in in record time. Chip is a great mechanic and no one else will touch my bike. It’s rare to find someone who will treat your bike with the love and care that you do, and when you find that person you stick with them. Thank you Chip, you are awesome!

Had an awesome time viewing all the different types of styles and sizes of motorcycles. One day...

I had wonderful experiences there a couple years ago. This visit was not. I told the salesperson who approached me exactly what I was looking for, my price range and the amount of money I had to work with. In response, they tried to upsell me to a bike priced literally twice the price I wanted with monthly payments and down money being way over my stated range. My goals were realistic. The sales approach I got was nonsensical.

Called today and voice mail said y’all were open. Drove two hours out of my way only to find store was closed. This wasn’t on the web site or on the voicemail. No reason there couldn’t be clear communication. Lost a potential customer today.When you do a google search? The same page where it has the reviews tab. There is an overview tab. It said you were open.

I’ve been coming to this store from the last year for merchandise.This time I had a clutch sight glass leak so I decided to go to them since their service has always been good on the sales front.To my surprise, the solution recommended by the parts and service team was to fix this leak is by replacing the whole clutch lever mechanism and the master chamber. Ridiculous!! I just knew that this can’t be it as I could see that leak is by the sight glass and the replacement of that tiny part will fix it. They didn’t agree so I went to cowboy Harley in south austin. As expected, the fix was done in 30mins of time by a simple replacement of sight glass. So basically the estimate of $500+ by central Texas Harley was bogus and I got it fixed for 60 bucks.The inspection at central Texas by itself cost me $75, so unfair!I’ll not be going here for any mechanical or motorcycle concerns. Might as well goto south austin or Shamrock next door.

Took my bike in for a recall service and ended up needing to replace the ABS module. The original quoted price was for parts and labor was $838.66. I gave the representative the go ahead to replace the part and was told that it would be about a week. Once my bike was ready the following week I received a text stating it was done and that the total was roughly $1,071. When I asked about the bill they explained it was a glitch in their system at the time. After I informed my dissatisfaction with the discrepancy they adjusted the amount to $1001. While better than the original bill, I still feel that I should have been notified before the services were performed that there was a discrepancy in the pricing. I could have refused to pay and had the put the previous non working module back on but then there are concerns a now irritated/disgruntled employee would be putting that part of my bike back together correctly. I also feel that to somewhat better honor their initial quote they could have reduced the price further by dropping the additional charges for shop supplies and so on.

Kathryn Redden in sales was great. She was upbeat and responsive but no high pressure sales tactics. She made my purchase of my 2018 Road Glide very pleasant and easy. The service department and finance guys were fantastic. Overall, a phenomenal experience!My congratulations to the folks at Central Texas Harley Davidson in Round Rock Texas and especially Kathryn Redden in sales for running a great shop!!! They will see more of my money (yikes) with all the cool accessories Im planning on for my scooter!!!

She made buying such a great experience she helped days before we able to come in, very smart and knowledgeable about motorcycles. We are now the happy owners of a Harley. Everyone there is so friendly and they have a great selection on clothing also. More then I have seen at other harley places was well worth the extra drive.

These guys are crooks. At least they used to be. Back in 2012 they tried charging me $40 to replace a kick stand spring. The bike was practically brand new and now Im wiser I know better. All they had to do was undo one bolt, push the kick stand forward and hook the spring back in. Nazis!

Took bike in for service and wanted to purchase a used Dyna. 2 days later the service department calls with the service quote. Parts take 2 weeks and cost is full retail. (one can get the same parts in 4 days at about 40% less)Wanted to buy a new bike. Placed 3 calls and one email and no one ever got back to me. On one call I did speak to a person, but they stated the Sales Manager would call me but didnt take down my contact information.Not happy about owning a Harley anymore. The experience has withered.

I stopped here to purchase some souvenir T-shirts. The facility was very nice and interestingly decorated. All of the staff were very nice.

I had to pay for a manufacturer defect because my bike was outside their window by a few days. I had previously taken my bike and asked Central Texas Harley to address it and they ignored it. Also they Central Texas Harley tried to sell me a new rear tire when I had just recently replaced it with them a few miles ago. I do not trust Central Texas Harley service department.

Katherine was awesome. Took care of us, found ways to find the right bike with the right fit. Will be back to see her soon to get my wife a new H-D

Great Friendly Dealership

Fantastic dealership! If youre in the market for a Harley go here and talk to Katherine. I live 4 hours away and she stayed in constant contact with me all week. She had everything completely done before I got there. The bike had been prepped and all I had to do was sign. She is absolutely amazing and filled every request I had in finding the perfect bike. I have bought 4 bikes in the past year and she and the dealership made it the best buying experience Ive ever had. It was well worth the drive and Ill definitely buy the rest of my bikes here.

I was contacted by Landon with their service department and after talking about the whole situation I was told they would be honoring their original quote. I appreciate their willingness to do so after the fact and will admit I wasnt expecting that. I will be returning my business to Central Texas Harley-Davidson in the future .

Job well done - Central Texas Harley-DavidsonLove dealing with a company of integrity! My motorcycle was making noise I could not identify. I thought the automatic primary chain tensioner may need to be repaired or replaced. Central Texas Harley-Davidson just called to say the noise was the exhaust and the chain tensioner was okay. They could have easily ran up a bill, however, they have integrity and only fixed what was needed.

Horrible. Found a bike I was interested in buying. Asked if I could take it for a test ride. Filled out all the paperwork, got geared up, and was all ready to leave with the sales person. He tells me he needs to go talk to the owner before we leave. The owner tells him that we cannot go. I asked why. He said the owner told him that they were too busy. There was hardly anyone there, and there were sales people hanging around. He asked if I could come back next week. I live 90 miles away. Horrible experience.

Im a traveler from Canada; touring the USA a couple of weeks at a time every six months. After having some poor service work done at a dealer in Albuquerque, I was passing by Austin, TX and I contacted Bobby in service. He was most eager to help me get back on the road. I was treated warmly when I arrived and instantly I had assurance that I was in the right place. Over the next couple of weeks through phone calls and emails Bobby thoroughly communicated what they were getting done and replaced under warranty where they could and what little extras I requested that I was to be charged for. They fixed up what the other dealership couldnt/wouldnt do and now im pleased that everything seems to be 100%. Im confident and comfortable recommending that if you every need service, parts or even a new Harley, this is the place you want to support.

Had a less than satisfying experience to say the least after taking my wifes trike and my roadglide were taken in and almost a combined 7,000$ in between both bikes. in performance and accesories installed on both. Parts was a cluster eff, one of my bikes had parts installed incorrectly, my roadglide audio stopped working after picking up and never got a call back after texting and calling advisor. Thankfully another harley dealer was able to help me out on the spot. Money isnt the issue with me its the service.
