Questionable retailer. Bought a chair thinking it would ship within a reasonable time. 3 weeks later I’m informed of a delivery at least another week out. Tired of waiting so Cancelled order but charged 35% cancellation fee. Beware before clicking purchase.

I can honestly say that I had the best customer experience of my life at Ergoprise. Stephanie was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She was extremely dedicated in helping me find the best chair for me. I have tailbone pain so I was able to get a chair with a cutout in the back, especially for me. I had no idea an office chair could feel this good. I highly recommend Ergoprise, no matter if you are buying 1 chair or a 100.

ZERO STARS, if it was an option. Waited almost a month for order and they sent the wrong item and now they simply refuse to accept return and refund. Absolute disgusting behavior towards paying customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We will be making a BBB complaint as well.

Two months ago, I purchased the Neutral Posture 8000 Series Multi Function chair from Ergoprise, and it has been an outstanding chair! I can’t say enough great things about this chair and all the ways it can be adjusted. The staff at Ergoprise were so very helpful by answering all my many questions about various chairs. They even gave me a virtual tour of two chairs over Facetime (since the showroom was closed), so I could see the features of each one. That sealed the deal, and I bought the chair. It’s very well constructed, and I foresee using it for many, many years to come. Thanks for your wonderful customer service and support, Ergoprise!

Seems to be out of business? Showed up to the address and could see that their suite was empty. Tried to call their number during business hours and no one answered.

I bought the S2S Sit-Stand Workstation about a year ago to help relieve neck issues. I searched many different types of sit-stand desks. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this product is. It may cost a little more than some at office supply stores, but the quality and overall ease of use are well worth it. I love that I can swing the monitor arm around easily when collaborating with others. The flexibility to adjust both the monitor and keyboard height is exceptional. The customer service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend this company and this product.

These guys know customer service! I had a purchased a dual-monitor mount a while back and lost some necessary screws during a move. Stephanie was a huge help in hunting down the specialty hardware that I couldnt find at Home Depot. Im now back in business thanks to them! I love dealing with a friendly, local company and will go to them first for my office furniture purchases.

Given the other excellent reviews I am not surprised to be giving the highest rating to Ergoprise.Stephanie spent a lot of time with me during my 2 visits to pick out the chair which I found the most comfortable. I found my posture is much better in this chair and I do not find myself squirming around in it after a long day.Stephanie did not have the color samples for the fabric type I was interested in, so she ordered them and contacted me a few days later to come pick out my color.I highly recommend Ergoprise for the personal attention and great result. Mine is a Humanscale Freedom chair with headrest.

Our law office purchased two sit-stand double monitor desks from Ergoprise and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service. Whenever we have had a question about the product, or needed help with installation, someone was always available to give assistance, and make sure that we were satisfied.

Seven? I think thats the number of stores I visited in the Austin region looking for a new ergonomic chair. The only reason I went to so many before Ergoprise was simply because I started looking for a chair on a Saturday. I was a fool! Ergoprise was my last shot at finding the chair since all those other stores did not have what this goldilocks needed. I have interesting back issues and the thought of sitting at a desk for hours on end intimidated me and filled me with anxiety. I wish I had visited Ergoprise sooner! Stephanie and Jody took excellent care of me (side note: if youre in the area, they do have a small showroom and are happy to meet by appointment) and I ended up purchasing the first chair Stephanie had pulled for me to try. She spent quite a bit of time teaching me all about ergonomics - even how to use the stand-up desk I had purchased from a different place. Its obvious her goal is to get you in the right office situation for your body. She has extensive knowledge about ergonomics and I no longer fear sitting at my desk to work. Im so, so thankful that I called them and I highly recommend them!

During the covid19 I need to purchase an ergo chair with good lumber and high back support for petite size. It was risky for me to shop such an expensive item online without having a real try on the chair.Im super satisfied with the chair I purchased (Neutral Posture XSM) at ergoprise.com:1. consultation was very effective and detailed. After some chats online they gave me a call, and went through the pros and cons for my chair candidates and the customizations. They definitely had thorough knowledge on their products.2. money saving. This is the lowest price I could find for my chair, as they offered discounts comparing w/ other online stores. Moreover, during the consultation they suggested I dont need to add the headrest (and they were definitely correct as Ive been seating this chair for 2 weeks), saving me ~$170.3. shipping fast. I need the chair asap but most of the other stores can only ship in 4-6weeks (I guess they got overloaded w/ the increasing demands of office chairs). For my order at ergoprise, I received it in ~1week.

The unit itself works as designed, is very easy to lift and lower, and the quality of build appears to be top notch. More important, the company has been very easy to work with. I shopped online and retail...even bought a cheap static level stand up desk that I only used for about half a year before ditching. Needed a reasonable solution to get up and down throughout the day and the S2S is AWESOME...not only does it look great but its perfect functionally. And Stephanie knows how to treat customers...wish everyone sold such great products and provided such great customer service. Ill definitely do more business with Ergoprise.

Absolutely amazing experience with Ergoprise. I was looking to invest in a high-end ergo chair for computer gaming, and they were happy to give me a consultation/fitting to find the best chair for me. Most remarkably, the owner stated that, the mark-up on high end ergo chairs is absurd and immoral, and I remove almost of it, and she did! I ended up with a highly customized chair for HALF the cost of buying it stock on Amazon. Very eye opening. This place treats its customers right, and is a great addition to Austin.

The owner is passionate about giving her customers what they need. She spent as much time as needed to help find a chair that best fit my special requirements. She also loaned me a chair until the custom chair I ordered arrived. The company had just changed locations, so I drove to both; she apologized and gave me a useful gift for my extra trouble. When I need more ergonomic office equipment, I will definitely start with this company. By the way, my new chair is very comfortable and adapts to various sitting positions.

Ergoprise makes some really wonderful ergonomic products for the workplace or home office. I recently had a wake up call for my health out of nowhere; a blood clot in my leg. Im typically a very healthy person. I exercise and stay active, but as they say, sitting is the new smoking. So I knew I needed to end my habits of sitting for hours on end while I worked.My company uses Ergoprise for our desks, chairs, and other things, so I decided to equip my home office with similar products since I work from home a lot. I had considered some standing desks that I had seen in an office furniture store, but they did not transition well from sitting to standing. I wanted a system that would be able to move up or down without too much effort. The S2S Height Adjustable Desk allows me to keep full accessibility and use of my monitor, mouse, and keybord.The overall maneuverability is great. It didnt take too long to get it all put together, so when it arrived, I was able to take some time to assemble it, then I was using it the very next morning. The quality of everything is great; each moving piece was designed with durability and movement in mind. I am so happy that I was able to find a product that works well for me.The customer service experience with Ergoprise has been great as well. They were really helpful in getting me the right products. Im definitely impressed with how personal they made the experience. I wasnt expecting to really get much help figuring out what to buy, but they did point me in the right direction. They also provide guidance with getting set up, which I needed because I get confused when putting things together.Everything shipped out quickly so I didnt have to wait too long to get my new desk setup together. Glad I picked this particular setup. It has changed the way I work, and I spend much more time on my feet than I did previously during the workday. If youre thinking about getting some type of standing desk or ergonomic setup, DO IT! Its so worth it.

So glad to find a unit that would work for a guy with a 63 frame (The Varidesk makes it impossible to see the keyboard under the top shelf.) and capable of supporting dual monitors (which any video editor knows is essential). With more than few back surgeries and 19+ pieces of titanium in my spine from lumbar to neck, sitting (or standing) in one position for any length of time is impossible.

Well I guess even well intended companies screw up once in a while. This I can accept as long as they stand behind there service and fix the issue. I cant say this has happened yet with us.See my wife ordered the S@S-1E0 as a Christmas present for me. She thought is was American made as that is what it sounded like on the video to her. She was so excited to get me this as a gift. She expected delivery immediately after Christmas when we returned from holidays. However by mid January it still did not arrive and no contact from the company. Then she called again and was told it will be shipped shortly. She confirmed the cost of freight and was promised no additional costs. Well it finally came and I was too busy to install it at that time. Then arrived a bill from UPS for $100.00 of additional shipping charges. My wife called to notify Ergonomics to no avail. No return call, no concern to offer a solution. I still have not used the item. I have not installed yet because the clamp assembly will not work with my standard office desk so the item needs to be drilled in which causes it own set of issued. It may be a great product, but the additional freight cost and no help from the company is unfair. We are not perfect and we should have done some more research into this, however the company seemed to know what they were doing so we trusted them.

I was looking for a stand/sit desk for my office relocation that was modern and could be delivered in 1 week or less. My colleague ordered an S2S desk a couple of years ago and suggested I look at Ergoprise. The customer service reps @ Ergoprise were extremely helpful, responsive and patient (I think I had at least 20 questions). I ended up going with a much nicer desk top (bamboo) and uprise base from their sister company that will be shipped in 24 hours, for a lower cost than expected. The online descriptions and ordering pages were extremely clear to me (base, top, accessories were all separate). And even when there was a slight pricing error on 1 of the quotes I received, the Ergoprise rep still honored the discounted price. I havent received the desk yet but my experience thus far has been exceptional.

I purchased my independent desk legs and accessories based on great reviews. I wonder who wrote those reviews because there was nothing great about my experience. Here is what has happened thus far and I say thus far because I still do not have a complete order after a month and no one at Ergoprise has provided any communication as to when the rest of my order would be complete.I was told 4 different dates that the order would ship and then after asking what was going on I was told that my desk was shipped to the wrong person and would have to wait for it to be returned before they could ship it to me. When I explained that it isnt a problem and UPS could simply reroute it to me I was told that they didnt know who they sent it to. Yea, right. Then they decided they would take from another customer to fill my order. The product I received is a mess and parts were obviously used previously or were rejects.Parts were scratched up and obviously had been used before. The threads on two poorly drilled pieces could not be used at all. One piece was painted with primer and not finished. It gets worse- parts did not line up so the screws attaching the top of the legs to the desk to were not flush and could not be attached. One of the leg power units that has a rubber seal with stickers attached states If sticker removed warranty is void but it was not attached to the leg so I guess that is the companys way to void the warranty before I could even touch the product! They sent over an email with assembly instructions because they might not have been sent with my order. They werent.I dont write reviews of products and I was okay in the end with the shipping issues but a poorly designed and manufactured product with plenty of defects plus previously used parts on my new purchase is far too much to ignore. I will find another review site where I can post the pictures of what I received as they tell the story all by themselves.

Peter and Stephanie recommended the Ergoprise Dual Monitor Mount to address my neck pain. Not only was it very easy to install, my neck pain disappeared after one day. Great product.

I purchased a Nightingale Leather Chair for around $1,150 after a 10% off coupon. A few days later I received a phone call from Ergoprise notifying me that the manufacturer raised their price. Furthermore, I would have to cover freight, so the MSRP would be $2,600, but because they love selling chairs they would do me a favor and sell the chair for $1,450. They also said their site does not reflect the correct prices. . . . The site still has the same price I originally paid. Classic bait and switch!3-22-19: In response to Ergoprises reply: First, I did not write weeks, I wrote days, which per your timeline, correspond to my version of events. Second, when you sell thousands of products a year it should not be difficult for your company to take responsibility for your mistakes and fulfill the order. Its called the cost of doing business, so when you make a mistake, you shouldnt force your customer to pay for it. I have never dealt with a company that called me after the fact and told me that because of their mistakes, I would have to pay more. Your tactics are classic bait and switch, and customers should be aware that if in the future your company makes a mistake, there is the likelihood that you will make your customer pay for your incompetence, and that you will not honor your prices, coupons, and free shipping offer even though the order was placed and paid for.Furthermore, I just purchased another chair, and the first thing I did was check the companys Google and Yelp reviews. If I had read a review like this, I would have paid more to make sure I did not do business with a company I cannot depend on, which is the purpose of this review. If you noticed, when you called, I never once tried to debate or bargain because what you obviously did not and do not comprehend is, people would rather pay more and do business with an honest company who stands by their word (advertised prices/offers), than spend less doing business with a company that does not.Ultimately, your response here is just like your phone call, full of excuses. I like dealing with people who are honorable and get the job done. Not, in my opinion, borderline, fast-talking con artists who play a classic bait and switch game to squeeze every last dollar out of customers. I think the American people are tired of such companies!

Had always bought chairs from the big box department stores, but was really interested to see what a difference it would make going to a specialty store. Im so glad that I did. On my initial visit Stephanie was very helpful in showing me the wide variety of options, styles and ergonomics. I originally planned to just get a chair and then go buy an electric sit/stand desk at Ikea, but about a month after my initial visit I got a budget from my employer to get new office furniture, and Stephanie was able to help me get both an AMAZING chair and an awesome sit/stand electric desk of much better quality than the Ikea one.Im typing this from the desk right now (had them in stock today!) and the chair will be here in about a week (holidays in the middle).All around 5 star treatment by the sales staff, would highly recommend to others looking to buy quality office furniture. I feel good knowing that if I have any issues they are local and extremely responsive.

I came into the showroom due to pain in the lower lumbar section of my back. The owner was very helpful asking questions about my condition along with my budget.After speaking with me and trying out a series of chairs, I ended up buying an expensive but excellent Apollo chair as well as a Goldtouch keyboard, Evoluent mouse and Goldtouch laptop stand I love my new ergonomic home office.I do highly recommend them thanks again Stephanie.

I purchased a keyboard drawer from Ergoprise and had to return it due to it being incompatible with my keyboard. Even though the item was returned unused I had to pay a 30% restocking fee and return shipping. RMA process was not easy either.
