Without apple care, apple wont provide any service for me and charger me over $800 deductible to get a new one. Because that was not under their warranty policy. Then I stop by their store, and the technician said they could do the repair for me and only charge me $520. Not only save my life, but also save my money.

I brought my phone phone for inspection to see if my screen had problem. Then I was adviced that my phones battery was actually overheated, which was so dangerous that I wasnt aware of. Battery was already warped without my awareness. They helped order a battery for me including installation, and I got back my phone like brand new today.They have the knowledge and the skill to solve problems. I dont mind changing battery for this phone because I plan to wait another year to upgrade to another one. Now I know I have a professional place to go to when I have cell phone questions.

This place is a scam and so is the reviews. My mom came to this location because of the good reviews. She came by on Sunday, paid them the $50 downpayment to order for the cracked front screen. The next day she dropped off the phone and paid $290 (include the downpayment). Hours later, they return it back to us with the back damage. They then had the audacity to scam my mom more money to fixed the back. Currently, Im standing here waiting while Im typing this review.After speaking with the manager, they admitted it was their fault, during the heating process of taking the screen off. The manage stated that they can issue use a full refund if they take off the screen and replace it back with the old broken one. Prior to speaking with the manager the sales guy said he will pay us back the amount Samsung charges for the back repair.We do not want them to touch the phone anymore, yet they still continuously lied to us.On yelp, they were marked for suspicious reviews from the same IP address.

Had to take my ipad back 4 times and it still is unusable. Originally took it in for a cracked screen and when I got it back it looked horrible. Scratches and glue all over it. Took it back and when I got it back the 2nd time it looked like the didnt even replace the screen at all because it looked scratched even more now. So third time I pick it up and screen finally looks nice and clean, some glue but at that point I got over it, but then after a couple days the screen gets blacked out. So I take it back a final time and they say the LED got unplugged so now I get it back and all it keeps doing is restarting after a few minutes so all in all I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Waste of $110 when I could have just tried to replace myself. Horrible

Went in the store get my iPhone 6+ repaired and it was in the worst shape ever. I wanted it fixed so I can trade it in to my network provider. It took only about an hour and paid only $100 (instead of $140) for a generic screen since Im only trading it in. Was very happy with the service.

I accidentally dropped my phone and not only did it crack but the screen wouldn’t work. As you would too I had important work and school information on my phone so I had to get it fixed right away. I was scared I wouldn’t be able to fix my phone in time. I took my phone to Bobby right away and he fixed it very quickly and I felt tremendously better. He was very kind and stayed a little longer past his shift to help me out. I can tell he really likes his job and serving others. The price was easy on me too. Much respect for Bobby!

Went in to Nu Screen Repair, on a friends recommendation, to get my shattered IPhone 7 screen replaced. Sam is a nice guy and he fixed my phone within 30 mins. Got a great deal on the screen protector as well. My phone screen is working fine and the phone looks brand new! Highly recommend this place for phone issues and repairs.

This is the second time that I come to their store to fix my phone. The first I went is in San Gabriel store. Because I live in Rowland Heights, which is far away from their San Gabriel store, their agent recommended me to the store nearest to me. Their service is really good, they fix my phone in 20 mins, and they also provide the warranty on my phone. I also have the experience fixing my phone in apple store. Which is wait 2 hours for the screen repair and charged me lots of money. If u don’t want to spend lots of time to fix the phone, I recommend them to u.

This is my go to iPhone repair place! They always fix my screen on time, for example they’ll say it’ll be 30 mins but then they call me 15 mins later. I’m always satisfied with the work they do and they never disappoint. Their prices are reasonable and my phone always looks like new. I totally recommend this place if you’re in need for a quick fix.

The screen on my 1st generation Apple Watch popped up due to an inflated battery. Apple want to charge me $249, these guys charged $40, and only took 30 mins to fixed it.I asked 4 other places in Houston, nobody would do it. I came in with a cracked iPhone 7plus screen. Although there were other customers in the store and Bevis was the only one on duty, he eventually got to my phone and repaired it, only to find that the brand new screen had a non-responsive area. He immediately took the phone back and replaced it with another new screen, which works perfectly. This repair was 3/5 of the price that Apple and Best Buy quoted. Thank you Bevis.

I dropped my iphone SE while riding my bike and when I picked it up the screen was completely distorted and basically nonfunctional. It looked so bad I was worried that I would have to get a new phone. Im so glad I looked up the problem (disconnected LCD screen), and realized it was fixable. They took care of it on the spot for little more than it would have cost me to buy a kit on Amazon and attempt (and probably fail) to do it myself.
