The store charged 30 dollars just to open a line. I was told part of the fee will be paid towards monthly plan. Acutally it did Not.They simply liar, now that refused to refund parts of setup fee they initially agreed (15 dollar ) after i disconnected the line a few days later.Contact The store many times, they never answer the phone neiher!.....The matter continues...after left the msg early. They answer the phone.The store mgr, a guy named Li, told me1) the line was open onJuly 1st,, but not disconnected on july 4th the day i called to cancel. instead it was on August 1st..about a month later. GIVE T-Mobile another execuse to charge more fee.2) the store can issue a little credit to offset those fee. But tbey dont want to refund 30 dollar setup fee they over charged above market....In respond to Tmobile comment,1) It is because NO one in store answer the phone that i have to made some call2) Sunday afternoon, finally, one guy named Li, answered and a discussion about the above issue. BUT when he heard my request to refund part of setup fee, he don like the idea and hangup, never able to be reached again...3) This guy also said TMobile billling of 9dollar IS MY PROBLEM, even he is a TMobile guy4) I clearly asked to stop this TMobile plan on JULY 4th.5) I discussed a settlemet of refund 15 dollar setup fee (the over-charged portion) that TMobile customer service manager agreed upon.6) Now Tmobile NOT HONOR this early agreemet.The SMPLE facts are1) TMobile did NOT stop the plan right away, and charged fees for a service I did Not use2) TMobile over charged setup fee, Well above market rate3) IT is TMobile that keeps disturbing me by sendiing Billing statement for service I did NOT USE AT ALL!

Very bad service. Just tell people do it on your phone not even try to help. Not sure the reason they hire so many stuff if all they can answer is you can do it by yourself. They just want easy money.
May wait longer than normal due to COVID 19, but they are patient to customer and offer a safe place to customers.

Terrible service, they treat their Asian customers way better than anyone else. I ordered a phone through them and it took 2 weeks because they CHOSE the slowest shipping. I had another friend order the exact same phone one day after I ordered mine and they got 2-Day shipping(This friend is Asian ). I go in the store to pick up then phone (they said they’d call me when it arrived and they never did, I only know it got there a day later after getting an email from T-Mobile confirming it’s delivery, a day late). When I walked in to get the phone they tossed it on the table and said there u go, bye don’t see you again. I’m not looking for a reason to call racism but I’ll wow.

Tricky store, lied to customers using T Mobile’s name to make extra money on accessories. I was charged extra $87 in Oct buying their phone cover and screen protector when I bought my new I Phone, I was told it’s T Mobile’s new policy to bundle the accessories with the phone, that’s new sales strategies... but later my friends told me it is not true. I called the store to question the sales, he told me he was told by his boss, he just followed instructions. He also told me, many other phone stores are doing this. But he should have told me this is their store policy, not from T Mobile! I should have my option to get my phone in other stores!
