Really like this location. Stephanie is a very kind, professional, and patient worker. She showed me everything about the storage and she was patient ALL THE TIME! She explained the whole thing and the I felt great with her. Overall it was a excellent experience. Highly recommended this place and the greatest person Stephanie will be there helping you.

Though my time at public storage was short (I was only using a small storage unit while I search for an apartment). I had a great experience. The facility was always clean, I felt like my stuff was in good hands, and I never had any issues or complaints. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful in getting me started and closing out my unit. I would definitely recommend.

Hi, I recenly lost my job at the end of October, I was behind a month + fees the new month had started and new fees were applied for the next month. I encountered Stephanie at the front office explained where I was as far as my bill. I asked if there was any way I could pay both months rent without the fees, see if I can get a fee waiver, but also I wanted to get into my unit, I had to sell my minivan & I had the middle row seats in my unit, so Stephanie made a call to a supervisor & they allowed me to pay the rent with fees pending waiver approval. I was allowed access to retreive the seats. & found out later my fees were waived I just want to say that Stephanie was such a great help I am so glad my 2 bedroom apartment is stored at public storage, I am also glad that PS has employees like Stephanie working for them. Thanks Stephanie youre the best.

To Everyone,I can write a long essay if I wanted to which will make you laugh. But, I am here to tell you what I can without outing out any tenants and have certain people continue with their hustling.This place is not secured with security.People wait until you enter your pin to get in and follow after you to get in at the entrance gate.If you have a unit inside, best believe your unit will be a target. Pay attention to your unit neighbors and don’t have your unit door opened wide enough for anyone to see what you have inside. James the counter worker, is creepy and will sneak up on you if you are changing your clothes in your unit. Facts!If you are on the second floor or third floor and someone comes directly to your unit from 7PM-830PM asking where is the restroom, use your gut feeling that they are there to scope out who’s there at that time and see what you / they have. That is a sign to remove all your valuables.They refuse to unlock their restroom located on the first floor by the elevator.The second floor and third floor exit doors are sometimes broken leaving thieves to come in that way.The second floor and third floor smells of human feces and urine.I had a neighbor who screamed when opening her unit to find one month of feces rolled up in her unit. The person must have thrown the feces over the top into her or anyone’s unit.Your neighbor unit is a reflection of your unit. Vice-Versa. Meaning, don’t keep food or be dirty as insects and rodents will take over your unit. Once a month, bomb your unit with Raid Fogger.There are people who live on the site because they are homeless. Always pay attention to your unit before you leave. Did you lock up? Take a picture because some people are in a rush to get out before the 9PM closing, they forget to put the lock on. Worrying about this from 9PM to 6AM is nerve wrecking.I have been a tenant for two years and seen everything that I have mentioned.And more. Outside units do get burglarized often. Yes, front office do not care. The rate does go up two times a year after your first year.Use the unit as a short term place to store your items until you get back on your feet.Hope this helps.

If I can rate a ZERO I would. This place is careless. I had my storage broken into and when calling the sheriffs department, they mentioned a high volume of calls at this location. Seems to be an inside job. Their cameras do not work both inside and out.The 5 star ratings... employees are rating themselves by using new customers Information when you sign up. Be careful not to trust them with what you keep inside. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

I came to help my mom out with her unit and noticed that our door was spotless and so were the other doors by us. I also went to grab a cart and James is really nice and helpful. Right when I came in he was ready to assist me. He always seems like someone who takes their job seriously and is very clean.

Was racing here last minute to get a storage unit and called and spoke with Stephanie to hopefully not close because of the traffic. She ended up waiting an extra 5min past closing for me and showing me around to a couple different units as I made my quick decision. She was so helpful and nice even though it was past closing time for her to go home. She was very nice and attentive to answering all my questions. The units and location was very clean.

I went to rent a space at this location the other day and Vicki helped me, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Property seems to be in good condition. Overall, my experience with this property and James have been pleasant. Hes understanding and always knows what hes talking about. This property is one I would recommend.

I had storage there for about one and half months. The young girl is very nice so I give her two stars.I have been there three times, in two months. One time the carts were not available because the office was under remodeling. So I had to move my boxes using my small cart multiple times. This time, the elevator was out of service. Stephanie, a senior staff working at the office made a statement that their obligation is to provide the access to the unit through the staircase. Service of an elevator is not the obligation. They do not know when the elevator was going to be repaired. Since my unit is located on the 3rd floor I asked if it is possible that someone else remove my boxes at a later day. She said that they have to go through the unit with myself present first then they can end the contract.I finally managed to ask someone to move my boxes down from third floor through staircases. Then I went to the office. Stephanie told me that she can e-mail me the notice without checking the unit first since the other staff is in the field and she can not leave the office since a vendor was there. Just one hour ago she insisted that they have to check the unit with myself present. She didn’t ask me my name or unit number at all!I found that she is not trustworthy so I told her that I declined her service and I would like the young staff signs me off. But she kept saying that she wants to go with me to check the unit. I did not know what game she wants to play after all these things. So I have to shout out “ Can you leave me alone?” to stop her from interrupting my talk with the young staff.In short this storage facility has money to remodel the office but can not have the elevator repaired quickly. The senior staff Stephanie not only made the sign-off difficult but tried to trap me to pay continually after I have removed my boxes.

Came in with my mother recently to rent and James was great. He answered all our questions as this was the first time renting a space. Great customer service!

I needed to store some household goods of mine. So I look for the nearest public storage. The closest one to me is the Rowland Heights location. The manager on duty John was just a delight. He helped me out by finding the best storage unit that fit my needs. Quick and easy I may say.

Alexis moved us into a unit in a climate control building that was best suited for our stuff and made the process so delightful and thorough. She explained everything and answered all of our questions, all with a smile on her face. Couldnt have asked for better help! I feel very comfortable and at ease storing my belongings here at a clean facility and knowing there will be awesome managers on site.

When I walked in I was welcomed by Matthew and Krystle both were very friendly. After going over items I wanted to store. I was brought to a storage that was perfect in size. The building seemed very cleaned. Great access hours. Great service!! I also like that you have carts available for my use.

Place is great. James helped me out and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Wanted to update my review after being at the property for about 4 months now and everything is still great. I came in today was greeted by James and Lynne. They were both friendly and made me feel like this is the right place to store my belongings.

Location was okay environment was okay however the worker name Lynne is very nice women. She’s funny, kind and very thoughtful person. I personally don’t know her but i trust her opinions to decide the spaces.!Once again thank you Lynne.

Great customer service especially by these two ladies Lynne and Stephanie. There were really friendly and informative. These kind of services are hard to find nowadays. Came here and got a drive up storage space for a reasonable price. No hidden fees at all. I will defiently recommend my friends and families here.

Rented a smaller unit but place seems nice. Sometimes the stored vehicles make it a little tough to drive to unit. But no major complaints and staff seems nice. Worked with Denise to sign up and she got me signed up quickly.
