My husband bought me a 2011 MB SUV with low mileage as a birthday present. We live in another state so we couldnt inspect the car ourselves and we relied on the misleading good reviews this dealer had. The car had minor cosmetic defects which we expected. Few months later (about 4500 miles later), the suspension failed completely and we had to take it to the shop. It turned out that the whole suspension system was faulty. Some components had ruptured, others had melted, and the rest had cracks in it. Replacing the whole system would cost >$4000 (about 25% of the sale price). We paid the necessary minimum to restore the car to basic running condition. Our mechanic ran a VIN check and there was an open safety recall issued 1 year before the sale. When we contacted the seller, their reply was rude and non-apologetic, to say the least. I give this seller a one star because: they should have properly and thoroughly inspected the car before the sale; should have found out about the safety recall and either fixed it or disclosed it; and should have been much more polite and humble in addressing our bad experience with them. This is the first ever review I write on Google and I feel obliged to share my bad experience publicly. I dont recommend them. They falsely advertise that customer satisfaction is guaranteed?!!! Im not satisfied; what a scam.

Great place to buy a car! Andy went the extra mile to help us get a great deal and into a truck. We came in on a Saturday and tried to finalize a deal but we were a little off but Andy didnt stop there. He continued to work for us on Monday and then finally got us the deal we wanted. I saw the last review (from Tiff Stockton) and wanted to share my experiences with Accelerate Auto Group. I have completed multiple deals over the last 4 years with the team there. I purchased my wife’s SUV as well as my daughter’s college car. Both cars have had zero issues and my wife and daughter are extremely pleased to this day with their vehicles. I also had them repair my car, when I backed into a pole and turned part of my white car green. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and under the quoted cost. I have had 2 cars for my sons being restored over a several year period and the quality of the work is better than when the cars came of the factory lines. I have always received great service and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a great experience at this dealership. My wife and I purchased a Toyota Camry from them. Beto was very helpful and was a great salesperson to work with. He wasnt overbearing and we never felt pressured to buy the car. He also took us on a fun tour of their shop. Lots of beautiful classics and extremely rare vehicles in there. I am a mechanic. I look at and diagnose issues with cars every single day. Beto not only took us for the usual test drive but he also allowed me to see the car in the air on a lift. This is a personal requirement of mine before any vehicle purchase. They were nothing but accommodating and a great group of guys to work with and talk cars with on both the sales side and the shop side. The finance manager was fantastic as well and gave us all the numbers straight without trying to push any ad ons or warranties on us. All in all a great experience which is almost never something I would say about a car dealership.

I was a little skeptical purchasing a vehicle I’ve never seen or drove before, but I received it a few days after purchasing and could not be happier!

I am only giving one star because I had to. I drove from Arkansas at the beginning of August to purchase a vehicle, that has been in the shop 6x and actually broke down an hour ago AGAIN. I read the great reviews after looking for a specific vehicle for a couple months, and decided to make the drive. I am currently 1700$ in repairs and had to get it towed today when it completely locked up, couldn’t even get it in neutral with the proper tool BECAUSE ITS NOT IN THE VEHICLE. As if this isn’t enough to deal with, they didn’t pay my trade off or send the paperwork until I called multiple times, was over 40 days. I have never dealt with a vehicle that has caused so much of a financial burden, I would seriously be aware of anything from this company.

I had a 1936 Packard in for a paint job and repair of electrical fire. ~$180,000 and two years later they delivered the car which looked good but smoked within 5 miles of driving. They picked up the car and proceeded to blow out the engine while “test” driving. The car wasn’t worth the $180k and the blown out engine was the icing on the cake. They should have been much more consultative on cost vs. value and avoided huge mistakes along the way. I would never do business with Accelerate Auto again!

Extremely bad experience, rating 1/100. I don’t recommend this seller. Beware those misleading “five” star reviews which can be faked by incentivized buyers, friends and family. They sold me a Merc GL450 with impending total failure of the airmatic suspension system and an open recall of the passenger airbag (issued about 1 year before sale). Nothing was disclosed at time of sale and car was supposed to be problem-free (recall wasn’t mentioned). Four months after purchase, suspension started to fail until it failed completely last month. Seller didn’t respond to my emails. Total cost of repairs is around $4500 (26% of purchase price) and I paid $3147 so far. This is my 5th car and worst experience.

I just purchased a 2018 Ram ProMaster City Wagon SLT from this company. Even though the vehicle had the lowest miles Ive ever seen on a two year old car that looked perfect inside and out, after I test drove it, I asked for a third-party pre-purchase inspection. My request for this service was not only encouraged but THEY took the vehicle to the third-party inspector of my choice and they also retrieved it. After I got an A+++ inspection report, I asked for a bottom line quote including trade in, tax, title, license, etc. -- all via telephone and text messaging. I had crunched my own numbers and the quote I received was within a hundred dollars of my figure. I was so impressed with EVERY step of this transaction and, because the original asking price was spot on, I agreed to their quote with no questions. Then, the coolest thing happened: the manager brought the car to my doorstep! We signed papers in my living room. Can I put five more stars on this comment? 10-Star experience! AAG installed a custom sound system in my vintage Landcruiser and its perfect. Every wire has been carefully and neatly hidden and secured into the corners and side panels. They also customized my middle console to hold an iPad and JL Audio display screen. Other than being able to physically kick the tires, I think the process was less stressful than dealing with most in-person sales at a regular car lot/dealership. Adam was a saint. Id located my car online and called to ask if it was available still, thankfully it was. Adam simplified each step and shared the finance companies name with me prior to running my credit which meant I didnt have an abundance of folks running my credit. He told me what I needed and replied to every email. He even called to let me know the car was being washed and made sure the pick up time worked for me. i can say from start to finish once I decided I wanted the car was no more than 2 hours in his office, and most of that chit chatting and me asking questions. He was charming and made my experience Great! No games like large lots play, pretending to try and offer the best deal and disappearing and keeping you there all day. 10 STARS!!!
