Me and my husband were driving by and pulled into the lot. We were greeted by Christian as we were looking at the vehicles that they have to offer. He is very nice and professional young man. He let us know that this is a different type of car lot. You are approved not mainly on credit but the honesty that you have about your unique situation. As a small business owner I thought that was great. Things like this can get tricky. When we went through the application process Christian made it easy. Gave them everything they needed. Imagine my surprise when we were denied. Not because we were dishonest about anything. They never even called ANY of the references that was provided but because our business is in two states. We are Texas residents and have been for years. That has to be one of worst excuses I have ever heard. They pride themselves on honesty but yet where was it at that time. Do you think that anyone was available for clarification? No. I do not have a problem with being denied for anything as long as it is honest. To me that seemed off and I would question how much the good customer service would change after you got the keys. Two stars for the great customer service. But I feel that are not completely living up to what they are selling.

I can honestly say that I enjoyed my experience. Junior “Josue” was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. We show up and they started crawfishing saying they wanted more money down and couldn’t sell us the vehicle we wanted even though they already said she was approved. It was a complete waste of time dealing with this car lot so don’t bother

I am beyond impressed with my experience today! Chris greeted me as if he’s known me a lifetime. He made me feel like I was in the right place from the very minute I was on the lot to the very end of the deal. He is so kind and intuitive- one of the best customer experiences ever. Between him and his sales manager Mike I felt like I was amongst people just like me. They went ABOVE & BEYOND what they had to so that I got in the vehicle I wanted. They worked diligently to take care of me-all day then on top of it all in the end I received a lower rate and payment than initially discussed...seriously who does that?!? Chris and Mike both stayed an hour after to close so that we could get things finalized and get me driving tonight- all in great spirits too! Barrett Motors also offers a one year 12k mile warranty, nearly a year of FREE oil changes, FREE tire rotation as well as an in house repair team should anything unforeseen that isn’t covered under the warranty happen! Poor customer service been having issue with the car that were supposed to be covered and had to pay out of pocketThe people that sold me the car lied about certain aspects of the car and when confronted they denied and didn’t help with the situation, The manager at the financial office kept going in circles about what could be done and transferred me over to a representative that had no clue what was going on. Over all I’m still having issues with them and it’s been a year now
