There was a little mix up with my box spring order when it came to delivery day. I was not very happy, but these folks ended up making it right.Delivery was quick and painless. If you don’t buy your mattress from Robin and her family you are doing yourself a huge disservice. They KNOW mattresses and truly want you to find the perfect fit. They are customer service superstars, and they sincerely research and stand behind the brands that they carry.I stumbled upon Mattresses and Beyond after a nightmare experience with a former corporate store, located across the street. After months of delays and frustration with our order, I canceled it and went to Mattresses and Beyond. Robin spent a few hours with me and my husband as we plopped from mattress to mattress trying to decide. She was so patient, honest and knowledgeable. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.Thank you Robin, we love our mattress and so do our dogs 😩

Good people fair and honest. They were so patient as we were trying mattress for the best sleep fit. She was so helpful because she was keeping track which ones we really liked, it can get very confusing sometimes and we appreciated this help. They definitely did not direct us to the most expensive mattress! Our comfort was most important. They wore masks and cleaned everything we touched.

Had a great experience, Robin was more than thorough and let me take my time and literally lay around for a couple hours. She knew quite a bit about materials of the mattresses, if you sleep hot, if you are cold at night, etc... I narrowed it down to a couple choices, and finally picked one. Love that they have organic and natural fiber choices as well as the regular Sealy type, commercial brands as well. Price was great and delivery was on time. What more can you ask for ????? Girl power ! Mother and daughter own this local business, so it is nice to support the community. I have recommended this store to others as well.

Purchased a bed here a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience. Looking for a bed can easily be overwhelming once you discover how many options there are, but the sales person spent a good amount of time asking us questions about our sleeping habits and preferences, and had us try a over a dozen different beds. Added bonus is this is an independent locally owned store.

Very accommodating came in with my elderly 96 year old parent they removed old mattress and helped her make the bed because she has difficulty .They gave her a loaner matress even while waiting on one she ordered .And even gave a set of sheets to her.Id buy from here again.

My friend called up and the lady was so polite over the phone, we decided to drive 30 min to the store. My friend was able to find a nice futon he was looking for and I ended up buying a mattress as well. She let us take are time over choosing and thinking. So was really busy and we could see she was but she nvr stopped helping us, I nvr been in such a friendly environment. Also the daughter is a very beautiful woman.
