I needed to get my battery changed, and it probably the hardest battery change to ever exist….they both came out and made sure the battery was properly installed and i was good to go. I went into AutoZone and Daniel was so kind to help me install my break lights that I brought in for no cost at all! He informed me that the break lights that I brought in were the wrong ones for my car and he got me the right ones that I needed for AGAIN no cost at all! It was the nicest gesture I’ve ever received from an employee. Denis was very helpful and had great customer service. I went there with my two toddlers who are under four years old he tested my battery for me and when we found out I need a new one he literally rolled his sleeves up and help me replace it while I chase my toddlers around. This place put you on hold when you call on the phone and they never come back to answered. I was on hold for 11 minutes before I hang up. I guess theres only one person working the store. Really poor managment.There is many auto parts stores in the area . I guess this one doesnt need my business. Thank you Advance Auto parts for a good service

Well i recently got a battery from this store and thought i was all good but it wasnt installed right and left me on the side of the road. None answers the phone even calling many times. Finally went in and can’t find the warranty for week old battery. I will never be coming back to autozone. Everyone working has an attitude. Very let down by Daniel who jut seemed agitated to fix the problem. Don’t waste your time coming to this location .

After having the worst day and ripping the whole terminal out of my old battery trying to get the clippy thing off so I could put my new battery in, Daniel saved the day!
