Alyssa was amazing and did a fabulous job!! She was friendly and extremely thorough. I was scheduled for a Brazilian but she was able to fit me in for my eyebrows too!! She even filled them in with your amazing makeup line! I loved how they came out SO much I bought the products! There was a problem with my gift card but your outstanding receptionist fixed the issue right away going above and beyond. The best salon experience I’ve had in years. There was absolutely nothing that could have been done to please me more!! I will definitely be back to see Alyssa and for sure will send everyone I talk to!! Thank you SO much again!

I cant add a picture of what I got waxed, so Ill just say that Im always happy. They have great deals on waxing too, if you plan to go often. I prefer to come back with 2-3 weeks, vs 4. It honestly hurts less when you get it while the hair is shorter. See you in 3 weeks.

It was so good to be back!! Brittany was awesome with me and my anxiety about being back after almost two years!! Process went smoothly and I’m overly excited about my results!! I just went into the Wellington/royal palm location for my first time today in person and they told me to come back at 2pm saying to bring my id to fill out paperwork because it was my first time I return about 7 mins before 2pm and the don’t have me down for 2pm of course there is a new front desk receptionist who doesn’t know who I am... she said she just got there tries to schedule me 2 1/2hrs later..I said no thank you and walked out to the next wax center to give them my business... won’t be going back or recommend to anyone... poor business horrible first experience.

At first I thought everything was great they are quick and easy. I went home to check my underarms and Brazilian and they missed several sections. They didn’t even get most of the hair. Simone wasn’t even trying to make sure she got the hair. She was almost afraid to touch me. She said she had been waxing at European wax center for 5yrs and yet you’re missing all these sections.

Teresa is the one to see! She is punctual and Professional.

I had my eyebrows done and had a great experience with the wax specialist, Juliana. She was so sweet and personable, she made me feel very comfortable. Definitely coming back!

Not RecommendedAt All...Ive been with european wax since 2013, Ive tried miami, delray, west palm beach, but this branch had the Worest Service Ever! The one did the service was clearly in rush and just want to get done...and ah with even frowny face!

Bad service.My wife went to this place for a wax service, and the person assigned to the job didnt have any experience, so it took a very long time to have the service done, and the result was not as expected.They charge a very high price for services, which would be OK if they had trained professionals that can do a high quality job. But no, they want to have unqualified new people, so they can pay the lowest salary possible, and still charge high prices.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The girls that work there are always polite and friendly. Never had a bad experience at that location. Would highly recommend this place for waxing.

Ive been coming for years and this last visit wasnt so great. The girl, Nisha I believe, called my name. Didnt say hi or anything. We get to the room and she double checks that Im getting my nose and eyebrows waxed. I say yes, lay down and wait. She doesnt ask me if I want it a certain way just dives right in. Shes very quick about it. Half way through I hear her unlock her phone to look at it Im guessing. Then while she lets the wax harden on my nose hairs she sounds like she is cleaning spraying her stuff and making lots of noise. She surprises me by not really caring about much detail. Usually everyone touches up by plucking hair theyve missed. She didnt. There are still hairs in the center she missed. Asides from this she was very rough. Usually they are very gentle I never bleed but my nose and eyebrows were bleeding. She didnt apply the lotion they usually apply to reduce redness and irritation. Didnt speak to me once about anything I wanted. Not very happy with this service and will never use her again. Unfortunately I love their wax so I will come back but only for that.

For the price of an eyebrow service I expected grooming, shaping and wax. I received a quick and uneven wax. Probably the worse experience Ive had the EWC.

I regularly visit to keep my nose and ear hair in check.

They burnt my daughter so bad. Then they said it wasnt their fault she was so sensitive. My daughter had told her she was very sensitive to be careful but she still burnt her really bad and charged me for it. They didnt seem to care especially the front desk girl who charged me and kept telling me it wasnt their fault. She was even smiling sarcastically about by daughters terrible burn.
