Pros: Clean store, convenient location, friendly staff, extensive assortment of haircare products to choose from.Cons: Some of the Camille Rose and Mielle products which I like to purchase at this particular location seem to be out of stock more often than not.

This is the place to go for all your grooming needs. They have a large selection of products for personal or for business use. The employees are always nice and respectful although they often seem to be short staffed. Ive been sporting a BEAUTIFUL shade of Silvery Blue hair color that I purchased there and I LOVE IT. I get do many complaints on it too. Who would have thought, ME with Blueish hair, all thanks to SALLYS.

In January 2020 I had a thyroidectomy where a microdisection of the vocal cord nerve was performed. Due to the failure of the surgery I now have vocal cord paralysis which in short means half of my throat is closed. Upon complaining to my doctor I could not breathe in a mask it was found that my lips were blue and my oxygen levels were dangerously low. They placed me on disability until such time I am able to be immunized against covid 19 and can forgo a mask. At the moment I do not fit the criteria. I called Sallys and asked for curbside pickup and was refused although a few short months earlier that was the only way to purchase from Sallys. Way to honor the American Disability Act guys. Im sure there is a lawsuit in there for someone.... heads up management. Dear reviewer Linda, when you get your medical license you are welcome to play Doctor House. Until then continue bagging groceries

The sale lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

It it deceiving that the cashier charged me for bag for the items that I purchased. They should put a sign a the door to inform the customers to bring their own bags.

There was an employee working in the store who refused to acknowledge and honor the Palm Beach County Mask Ordinance Exemption List. She refused to serve me because I was not wearing a mask as she stated, Sallys has a must wear mask policy that voids the exemptions instituted by Palm Beach County.

Worst customer service ever, went in to go get an eyebrow wax warmer and an employee told me to “wait” just to peal off something and after that my cousin wanted to go to pay for something and an employee told her that the other cashier will take her while the other cashier walked away.

The lady working there was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I usually go here but Im reading that some people think they have a medical exemption are allowed in the store with no mask. Those medical exemptions are fake and if someone is allowd in the store without a mask I am not going to shop here anymore.

Very bad service since they have a schedule here that they close at 7:00 pm and when I went to the store at 6:30 pm there were 3 employees and they did not let me in because they had already closed as possible. It is not pleasant that they do not want to attend you, arrange the schedules and agree .....
