Well stocked, friendly staff. So many delicious cheese options in the deli

Ive been coming to this Publix for over 20 years. The staff are so kind and helpful and the store is always clean.

Wonderful place has everything you need halal and kosher. Lost of fresh food and fish for take out. Friendly people and also caring

Largest variety of foods in all departments which is reflected in their prices being a bit higher than Walmart. Not a problem if you are looking for quality in foods and staffing.

I have a dog and I went at 9:52am whennI was in the middle of my shopping experience this lady starts yelling at me across the meat section and she kick me out of the store.. I love publix, everyone is so nice and its a pleasure shopping here but the deli is just awful. They need more people in this department because the wait is so long. The employees are very nice and work very hard but management needs to hire more people.

I love this Publix. Even when they have few issues to fix on some deli orders or instacart they are willing to correct it. During the pandemic they handled social distancing well and might I say its so pleasant I go damn near everyday to shop and some familiar faces.

The Publix Supermarket in Jupiter Florida. All who work there are very Posfessional, you ask anyone for help in finding products they know were it is. Its a very clean and well run supermarket.

The employees here are trained to give coupon shoppers a hard time. I was told by Brittany at the cash regerister that I can only use 1 coupon. I told her I will go to customer service because that is not Publix coupon policy. After my purchase at customer service with Flor she hand me the items and my reciept and said this is yours without even bagging them. Unbelievable. Worse customer service.

Wow! I walked into the Publix and I asked the guy in the bakery to pinch me to make sure I wasnt dreaming. After the fist fight that ensued, I picked up some much needed food. Oh, and yes, the fist fight was only in my dream. The man pinched me, I woke up, and realized it was just Publix and that I hadnt been in a fight. Out was weird to say the least.

I had a very good experience. My first time there. Its clean, they take precautions towards Covid by wiping everything down before you touch it. The floor staff was willingly kind & helpful. The drawback is that if not for the sale prices, their prices are too high.

Always great service.. I have a Publix less than a mile from me and I go out of my way to go to this one.. Horrible service at the Wellington one.. Will never go back there..

Went to this location specifically for the flu shot. I walked in, filled out form and a short time later, I received my shot and a $10 gift card.Well worth the short period of time committed. Pharmacy staff was pleasant and friendly. The pharmacist was excellent at administering the injection. NO PAIN...

Nice store to shop.I think in general employees are nice but aCurious thing that happened to me today is that I was not sure about an item on my check so,I decided to return and ask someone...On my way in I heard two men talking in fluent Spanish, so I approched and sked one of them for some help but his answer was I am busy...Second guy, I ask him also in Spanish, which he helped me but never used a single word in Spanish.I sad that sometimes between our Spanish speaking community we dont help or support each others... lucky me that I speak not only Spanish but just imagine if this is were someone that cant ask for help in English...Will those bilingual employees help?

This is a great little store ran by an excellent human being. The only place that was open during the so called hurricane.

This store is not for families, Publix is not for families not for anybodys family they overcharge in order to build more stores to overcharge you more this is by far the worst grocery store Ive ever visited in my life, sure its clean sure everything is really nice but you know the nice comes with a very high price and for normal people its just too much money very disappointed, greedy company

Publix has always been known to be a little more expensive than other grocery stores; however, the staff and customer service has made it worth it. Unfortunately this store now has a self service line. The cashier I spoke to told me they have already cut her hours significantly since the new machines have been put it. I will not shop at stores that dont put employees as a priority. Hopefully this is not a trend at other Publix stores.Not to mention I saw the biggest roach on earth cross the pasta isle like he was heading to work.

Easy in easy out not crowded

I dint know if this store had a managment change or what but they have been steadily been going down hill. After failing to find more than 5 items on my list I left. I drove 3 miles down southern and to another Publix they had everything on my list. And no matter how hard I try they can’t comprehend that I don’t want my sub folded in half, squashed and rolled up like a cigar..one piece of bread on the bottom meat laid flat and one piece of bread on top. They can’t do it. It’s very sad.

Usually find what i need. Could supply more good vegan food. Fruits and veggies are fresh. Well displayed and of good quality. Do most of my shopping there. A little higher priced than the others but i like the store.

I feel relatively confident in this environment. I have always seen someone disinfecting the carts and baskets. Store is not crowded and its clean.

I was very upset when I got out of my car and saw three men walking out of Publix not wearing a mask.Theres still many seniors like myself who have not been able to get the vaccine yet and this really upsets me to see these people walking around without a mask. 😡😡

Even during the worst of the pandemic, where there were shortages of TP and paper towels, never went more than a day without anything! Very energetic and cohesive staff works like a team!

My chicken and bacon club sandwich I grabbed off the rack today.....I mean did you even try, how lazy can you be to put together a sandwich like this and actually put it on the rack to sell. Come on Publix do better.

Ask Colleen why your location is receiving a 1-star rating. As a long-time customer of Publix, I have to say that shes the rudest I have ever encountered.In short, she was the manager called to approve my return. I had some salads that went bad a week before they expired, and what was left of some pepperoni we used for a party but did not taste right. I brought back what was left. She gave me the third degree about the salads. She said it looks like they were bought three weeks ago Well actually Publix sold them to me three days ago and they look like this, HENCE THE RETURN!Then she had the nerve to say I mean these are half eaten we cant take these back and I said they didnt taste right. I then asked about the Publix guarantee and she continued to push back on me like I was a criminal. She then started guilt tripping me about the fact that Publix will have to eat these costs because they cant put this stuff back on the shelves. Which, just begs the nasty question, are you even supposed to put the stuff people take away and bring back to return. How unsanitary is that?!Ill put the Publix guarantee below. This is the best grocery store in the area because its so big and carries many brands that the other Publix dont. The produce is really fresh and everyone that works there is very friendly! Its open until 11 p.m. which is really helpful if you need to do your grocery shopping late. bathrooms are clean what else can you ask for?

This Publix is very well managed. Customer service is constant from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave. My autistic son has made many friends in the Deli Department and they go the extra mile to ensure he gets all items he needs. Top notch staff. Only downfall is that they dont carry speciality items like Whole Foods.

Let me start off by letting you know that I have been going to this Publix (Crestwood Square) since the day they opened. For years there were great people who seemed to genuinely care and always went above and beyond. Over the past 5 years this has not been the case. Overall the service has been lacking at best but by far the worst part of the store is the deli. And every week it seems to get worse! It always seems like nobody is working there. When they do show up, they will show you a slice of something and then change it to a thicker slice (I guess so they dont have to make as many cuts) even though you just told them it was how you wanted it a minute ago. Today, one of the ladies took close to 15 minutes to cut less than a pound of cheese for a customer in front of me, then asked me what I wanted. The very first thing I told her, she said she needed to get it from the back. No problem, I understand they cant store everything in the counter. After almost another 8 minutes, another lady took over and completed my order. Almost 30 minutes just at the deli... There are still a few good people here but the majority just dont care anymore. On a brighter note, there is a newer guy in the meat department (name tag said Eric. He said he has only been at this store for 4 days) that went above and beyond today. He was courteous and stopped what he was doing to take care of us. I hope his attitude rubs off on some of his coworkers and not the other way around. We have been considering going to another store. Looks like next week we will.

This is my go to Publix
