Publix always has good products. In the produce department its very sad they cut the tops off the pineapples. People are not going to take them to grow a field of pineapple andcompete with publix. Growing pineapple is a novelty and when planted takes 2 years to produce.. so please rethink this practice. compete with puplix. Growing

I called and Keisha at the deli gave me great customer service. She went above and beyond. That’s true customer service.

Cashier acted as if my transactions were a bother to her. She was not overtly rude but her posture and demeanor was anything but welcoming. When I asked her if she had better things to do...she actually showed kindness for the first time. Shame on you Gabriella for.making a customer feel unwanted. 😕

Was in again just now. Employees standing around up front, cracking jokes... no one bagging. Cashiers all doing double duty. This store keeps going downhill. Only reason I come here is because of prescriptions and its not as busy as other stores. This is one reason why I guess.

I went to the deli today for 2 subs and I was blessed to have Keisha make them for me. She was SO pleasant, listened carefully as to how I wanted them made and even made a suggestion to put the condiments in a separate container after i explained 1 wouldnt be eating1 of the subs until the next day....and did it all with a smile! My visit at the deli, register, bag person, cleanliness & neatness of the store made this a VERY pleasant experience!

Employees not as nice as others. They dont know how to provide good customer service. Management are nice. But the worst people work at customer service there! They dont say have a good day, no how are you.

Prices are beyond being a reasonable increase. Qt 1/2n1/2 over $2. Half gallon 2% milk over $3. Thank you biden.

Older store, but well stocked, better than the one I usually go to. Cashier was pleasant as well. Busy when I went, lots of carts in parking lot, short in baggers. I take their busyness as a good sign.

Its a great location the store is a bit dated but its doesnt matter that much because it is very convenient for those who reside in royal palm.

Always in this location is the same problem they never have the bread ready early always I have to wait until 10am that’s not professional at the bakery .

The deli ticket process is quite the mess. I took a number and had 25. I saw they were on number 13, so I went to shop some more. As I walked by, I kept checking If they were getting close to my number 25. When I saw they were at 23, I came back and waited. After about 5 minutes, they jumped the number on n their board from 23 to 29. When I told them I had 25, one lady kind of brushed me away and continued to wait on people with numbers in the 30s! So, I left and will probably never go back to this store. Especially not for this stores chaotic Deli.

The pharmacy workers are SO WONDERFUL between the one signing you in to the one administering the vaccine. I was there today 4/29.Very attentive, friendly and efficient.They have made the vaccine process less dreadful. Thank you for all you do!!!!

Publix is a great place to go grocery shopping. The store is always clean. They are sanitizing their shopping carts as soon as they are brought back into the store. The employees are nice and respectful and always eager to help you find what youre looking for. All in all I give them a top rating of 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.

This has got to be the worst publix in Palm Beach County. The deli is soo slow, never have enough cashiers at check out. The online order is a complete disaster. This has been my neighborhood supermarket for the last 10 years, never going back again.

Quiet when early. Nice clean friendly. Love 💞 it.If later into day, way to crowded in the dairy! People get within one ft. or closer! NG. Imagine with or with out Covid 19. Some wear mask under nose! How bad is that?!

Im always going to publix and use their pharmacy. Lately they dont have the medicine that the dr prescribed. They dont call you to tell you why.. they have a new male associated that no matter what you ask him he never really knows the answer and is rude. Realy disappointed

He brings delight, professionalism to every customer he interacts with. He also makes the best Subs! This Publix has gone down hill in last 9 months. Nasty dirty employees just getto. Everyone use to come here because clean store and clean polite employees wow now smells like Walmart. I had a pick up order at deli the lady says that be at 12 it ain’t 12 Never go back there

Overall, we love this store. It’s always clean and stocked pretty well. What I don’t like is the deli dept. there are some grumpy people back there that don’t like to work. Certain things I liked sliced a certain way. If you are going to complain about it and make faces, then don’t work there!!! It’s very disappointing when you get home and find out that your lunch meat is not sliced properly. It just ruins the whole sandwich. It’s not very difficult to slice meat.

They Have Some Good Mac n Cheese

I love Wednesday $5.00 sushi day! However yesterday was Sunday & I just had to have a Summer Roll for lunch! For all Vegetarians, Vegans & eating conscious consumers, this summer roll is THE BEST. My only issue is that if my husband comes along with me, he wants to share. Really?? Sweetie I dont want to share with you. My way of asking you to please get your own from now on. Publix Summer Roll, yummy any time you need to eat FAST & guiltless.

The deli department has the worst customer service. It should not take 30-45 minutes in line to get a sub. They were extremely counter productive. There’s 4 employees and only one person making the subs. Specifically Jessica seemed like she could care less about her job and wanted to close to go home. Rather than help make subs for the other customers, she was packing and cleaning one of the sub stations. While Sparkel who was making my sub kept complaining how she wanted to go home. I’ve had previous bad experiences with the deli before but nothing like this. Everyone seems to hate their job and it looked like none of them got along.

The cashier Pauline started to clean the place where we put our grocery while I was standing there with my three items.She then proceeded to tell me to go to the other end of the store to the other express lane.She then took her sweet time because I said that I will wait.Horrible customer service. Bad timing can you wait until you have no customers to clean and turn the light off so we will know that you are not servicing customers at this time.

A Publix in need of a renovation, severely lacking in efficiency most expressed in the deli. Some establishments can make up for deficiencies through customer service. This Publix has not figured that out. It’s the deli, deli, deli. Beside the cashier it requires the most interaction with customers. My experience is simply not based upon 1, 2 or 3 interactions.

I am new to the area and this is a very old and small store, but the staff are helpful except the deli people. I have gone in to get deli meat and every time I get home it seems the sliced meat is not what I asked for in thinnest and med cut. I got an argument with a young man who was so hyper I walked out and went to Andros no problems now.

We purchased a ironed beef roast and didn’t see the seasoning pkg. inside so asked the young man at the seafood counter where I might find something that would replace it and he said it was in there for sure under the meat.I am now ready to cook and NO seasoning packet inside😫 not up to regular attention from Publix employees.
