A big thank you to Shawn! She made my first experience one to remember. Ive never taken out internet in my name or on my own, therefore I was unfamiliar with the process. Upon inquiring she was patient, assisted me over the phone, considering I was unable to come in. She was knowledgeable about the services, as well as the offers available, listened and gave her honest recommendations on the service, she was kind and patient with all my concerns, by the end of the call I had loosen up and agreed to set up. Im really appreciative of Shawns time and patience and I would certainly recommend to everyone out there!

Do not go to this store. You will regret it. They are incompetent to put it nicely. Will not get your order correctly you will have problems. Drive a few more miles to get to any other store.

Horrible store the supposed manager had no clue of anything and had someone who I didn’t even think worked there basically babysitting them maybe his girlfriend because it took them forever to come help me and the store was so dirty never going back

No A/C.... That makes it very hard to wear a mask when its that stuffy in a store. But fine, cant help accidents, but then the 2 employees were no help. They were sitting there sharing a joke laughing while I stood there waiting for help. Then one of the two decided to help and she had an awful attitude, almost as if I had interrupted her good time by making her do her job. I ended up walking out. Thank God for the Jamba Juice next door so I didnt completely feel like a wasted trip.

I had a very good experience there. The staff was very warm and made me feel welcomed. Great friendly atmosphere. All in all, simply the best, yeah! (K.W.).

I walked in at the last hour of their business schedule, both associates were busy w/ 4 customers & Ymani (AT&T associate) greeted me right away & asked for my needs,she helped me in short period of time, every time i go there & she is present, i’m taken care of w/ ease. also the other young lady that works w/ her is great too, i don’t know her name...it won’t be the same when Ymani leaves that place.....😩

Overall, horrible experience with these people. They forgot to give me my sim card and proceeded to make my life miserable for 24 hours tryin to get them to correct their mistake. Tiffany managed to finally do what several incredibly rude and unhelpful managers (Emini and Claudia I’m talking about you) couldn’t, which was get a fee waived so I could pick it up at another store.So thank you Tiffany.If I could go back to Verizon I would, but the phone I bought isn’t compatible unfortunately.

Worst service ever. How do you expect to run a business with sales people who pay more attention to their phones than they do customers. Wanted to buy a 10xr and they only had yellow and red.... really?
