Shout out to Duline. I think she is pretty awesome. Cool, calm and collective for dealing with patrons who arent otherwise very polite. She help me out awhile back with faxing a lot of documents. Ive been in since then and the others working there were just as nice. Everyone has good days and bad days. Thats the way the world works. But again, I thought Ms. Duline was great! :)

Duline is an amazing and kind worker! She was so great at helping us find the type of paper we were looking for and she went above and beyond to show us our stationary options. I appreciated her diligence, patience, and sweetness; with Duline as an employee, I could not recommend a better location!

Always been treated with better service than almost any place Ive ever shopped at. I work at a amazon delivery center and I just got off a 12 hour shift since 3am and I have to say....I am IMPRESSED. Not only is the tiny store overloaded with boxes and drivers and its really hard to social distance. These employees, drivers and the manager Jake are hustling, busting, and sweating their butts off multitasking and bringing out amazing customer service. I was there for about 45 minutes printing out paper work and they had what seemed as a never ending line but they took less than 5 minutes with every customer and almost every customer left laughing and smiling. I HOPE THESE WORKERS GET A HOLIDAY BONUS AND VACATION TIME!!!

Excellent service by Travis and his coworkers. I had six dining chairs to ship and they went above and beyond to assist me. They packed the chairs cost efficiently and to protect them from damage. They were courteous, professional and helpful in every way.

I didn’t realize people still put “gone fishin” signs on their business fronts? kidding aside, i just pulled up to the store and there was a sign that said “sorry we’ll be back between 4 and 4:30” i wouldn’t be annoyed if my 3 previous experiences with this location weren’t bad. customer service was not good. hire better people.

I have used this facility many times for work. The staff have never been less than helpful in expediting my visit. I have nothing negative to say about this locations staff. I just wish it were 24 hr.

Terrible customer service from GLENDA. My simple print job had been printed so poorly the color was barely there and she tried to say it was because the ink in the machine was new. Then she said every printer in the place would print it that way because the file had the wrong color. Nonsense! She just did not care, very rude. Im never going back and neither should anyone else.

I drop off packages that are prepaid all the time. I get the best service from Tyler. He is very professional and knows the business very well. He should be the CEO! I appreciate going in there and having his helpful attitude greet and offer assistance! Thank you Tyler for making my Fed Ex experience great!

Geo is awful He refused to give me a package that he knew was mine, due to Company Policy Didnt have to be so downright insensitive to reality. Hes seen me there many times before, and knew who I was.I Never got word from Fedex that my package was there, but I saw on my vendors website that it was ready to pick up I Didnt bother to print out the tracking number and bring that with me, so he withheld the package because he could. Shame on him, and shame on FedEx for keeping such rude people working there. Geo doesnt care that he inconvenienced me, or let FedEx down by degrading their customer service rep. So a short round trip back to my office to print my tracking info and only inconvenienced 25 minutes from my life.and that could have been worse, if I wasnt so close. Geo could care less.

Have used many times and staff were always courteous and super nice but last couple of times had the misfortune of dealing with someone I hadnt dealt with before. Stunningly rude and down right nasty. Cant believe people like this work in the service industry. Even more shocking is that this establishment would continue to employ someone like this. Will be taking my business elsewhere from here on in.

I cannot say enough good about this location and Cody especially. The company I work for has had nightmarish printing experiences with any and all Office Depir, and this Fedex Office location has made the BIGGEST difference for us. Everyone is timely, kind and detail-oriented. We are saving money as a company now, the turnaround time is stellar, and our product is always on point again. Just left location trying to ship back a product that was shipped from a manufacturer who required package to be shipped back in original package. The package arrived last we in a box tgth looked like it has been through hell and back but we accepted it anyway from FedEx. But doing as I was told sending it back in original package due to wrong product. The man there took one look at the box and was determined to either sell me a box or try to get me to leave with the package because he didnt want to be bothered with it. So now I must had to FedEx main hub in Lake Worth to drop off this package because one of their franchisees didnt want to deal with a package that was destroyed that was originally delivered by them. Need to call corporate office about this location. Service sucked!

Very bad treatment and customer service. the lady called Shona or Joana. She does not want to help people. she want them to help themselves. Very rude and having bad attitude. i do not recommend going to this office. she is ruining Fedex reputation. she needs to be fired.

Service was quick and they informed me of several options for shipping to help me find the best and lowest price. They have a small packing station to get your package ready for shipping including complementary tape! The location is in the strip of small shops off of State Road 7, right next to the Jimmy Johns.

I think I got the same girl as well! Its was a Saturday and they close at 6pm. I pulled up at 2:50 in front the store and she put up the out to lunch be back in 45 min sign. She had no one in the store and I was literally in front of the door and she locked it and shook her head! The owner needs to be aware of this, you are losing business. There also was another woman who pulled up behind me and saw sign and drove away! Everyone is entitled to Lunch but when u have a customer at the door, is not good for business. YOU NEED TO RE-TRAIN HER ON BUSNIESS PRACTICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Always have a problem with deliveries. They are quick to deny and point fingers other way when they mess up. Never own up to it. If I had a choice would never pick fed ex as my delivery choice. I dread when a package says will be delivered by them because never know if you will get your package on time! My package was found in middle of a road ran over and they could careless

I was disappionted of the treatment l got at this office. I wanted to send a small package but the lady over there did not want to help me at all instead she asked me to do everything on the computer by myself and I kept asking for help but she didnt want to answer and started talking to other people. I ended up going out of the office without sending anything. She was very rude and I wont be going to this office again. Very bad customer service. I dont recommend going there.

Every time we go to this location we get the same girl, who obviously thinks she is doing Fed Ex a favor working there. With so many people out of work you would think this location could hire someone that actually appreciates having customers. I ended up walking out today without shipping anything and will never go back. Do yourself a favor go to another location, this one acts like they don’t need the business.

I was there today with 2 males working. They were both completely professional and helpful to me. They handled a long line of shippers as well as answering my questions about printing and faxing at the workstations. And one guy was having to do a lot of help with a lady who knew nothing about copying and retrieving files from USB sticks... Thats a huge service ..people go to college to learn about USB standards. Great experience imoedit: I returned later the same day with 3 females working. they all seem busy with their own tasks and pretty much ignored me. I needed to fax something and she just said the fax is over here explained how to use it without even smiling or anything and didnt say a word to me till she knew I had to pay up. they acted like I was just taking up space is the store...the two males are much better
