Wow, blown away by the service.We live in Jacksonville north Fl, I won a auction close to this location. These folks picked up the item packed and shipped it the same day and received it less than 24hrs later.Truly amazing service.I wish other companies had theProfessionalism and service as thisLocation.We would highly recommend this store.Dont mess with the rest, ship with the best. I had to get something notarized and the staff at this location helped me out. The staff at this location Incredibly nice and helpful. They even had me double check to make sure I grabbed my ID before walking out. A very pleasant experience.
*My Reply to the response to my review below. *I have had my mailbox with this location for over a year and generally the customer service has been good. For the first time recently had to overnight a package and was told it would be there by noon (which was imperative). I of course paid a hefty fee for that. When the package arrived 2 hours later, I was told that no refund would be given for the portion that I paid to make sure that it got there by noon. The corporate office would also not give a partial refund. This is poor customer service and I basically paid extra money for something I never received. Very disappointing.REPLY: The stores representative made it sound like there was no use in getting the manager and that is why I called corporate. ALL of this could have been avoided if we were told UPFRONT that there was no Guarantee and that we would absolutely not be refunded if it didnt get there in time ***I hope you will start doing this now as a result of my review****. Then I could have decided to send or not send. In my case I would have actually driven the package or mailed it with some one else - it was that important.I no not have the ability to tarnish your store reputation - your store is responsible for that. If I have misrepresented what happened, please let me know and I am happy to fix my review. It is not my responsibility to know your store policies - those would need to be conveyed by store employees. An employee should have related them, gotten a manger etc etc. I am a customer not an employee or a do-gooder. I pay money for services. I am further disappointed by your response as the Owner. Unless rectified with good customer service, I will likely move my mail box when the contract is up. Very disappointing.
Do not do business here.It’s worth the drive to find another location.I paid over $700 to have two packages overnight and two return labels generated and shipped with said packages.The packages never arrived the following day as scheduled, so I called UPS Corporate and was told they were never picked up from the location in Royal Palm Beach. I lost business because of this (the return labels were intended to have items shipped back which were not, due to their mishap) and the store has accepted no responsibility.I received a call from a woman at the store who was very rude and condescending while trying to clear her name, and the name of their store.I’m more inclined to believe their corporate office in telling me the package was never picked up in time, as all packages are scanned upon pickup and this one was not.Do not do not do not give this location your business. If you have an issue, they are totally unwilling to accept responsibility.
This UPS store is truly the best. I’ve been to a few different locations and this one is my favorite. The manger and the staff are always so friendly and ready to help. Thank you for being so bright and uplifting in such a dark time.

The Royal Palm Beach UPS Store always has Great and Super service. I have been there several times and have always gotten quick and valuable service.Go there not just for their Shipping services but also their Notary Services, Copying and Mailboxes too.
I was renting a mailbox from here for over a year. Then the Covid-19 came through in March and I wasnt able to make it to the store to pay or return the keys. I received an email after the 1st month stating to come pickup mail. I was under the impression since I have not paid, my box was closed. Then early morning Tuesday i received a call from the store asking me if I was going to pay (Diana); I explained why I have not paid. They explained I could use their mail forwarding option. I went to the store to renew my 3 month box and after I paid. I realized I was being billed for back payment. I explained to Diana that I didnt realize I was being billed for the past three months. I was thinking I was renewing a new 3 months. So, I asked can we work something out? Diana offered no solution, so I asked for a refund. She expressed I couldnt get a refund, then she spoke to someone else and got the approval. Then after closing the box, I received an email stating if I wanted to renew the box, contact the store. I contacted the store Diana saidafter that you cannot renew the box. She seems bother about the lack of communication and understanding. Considering the Covid-19 its a Shame how rude and unhelpful she is. Just saying at this time, whats the big deal? It was a misunderstanding. I was not informed... I was being billed for the back three months. I was caught off guard... Why not just renew my box for the three months, as I was making the effort to move forward after I got the call. Since Ive had the box, I rarely get mail there anyway... it was an extra address, why make it such a big deal.. The paperwork says after 60 days your contract is terminated. I was shocked they were billing me for the past three months. What type of game is this? This store offers no forgiveness and surely not interested in helping certain people. As I read the reviews they help some very well. My experience was fantastic going there often, until I met The Diana... if Im wrong, maybe I misunderstood. But she wasnt willing to work anything out as most places like this work with each person on a case by case basis... Whats your problem? God bless you

I have always received great service from this location, even on the few occasions I arrived really close to closing time. I never felt as though I was being rushed out so everyone could go home. My packages arrived when I was told they would, with the exception of a few EARLY arrivals. I appreciate the great service!

Great Staff! This UPS Store far exceeds the Wellington stores in their fee structure and customer service. Ive been a customer for over 7 years and have never had a negative experience. No matter how busy the store is the wait time is nominal.

Lost a $250 item also shipped another item that was damaged in transit and they didnt cover it through insurance. They like to blame the sender for packaging when I paid them an extra $50 to wrap the item. Horrible company.
