We were on Vacation in Ruidoso and our Suburban started having transmission issues. We took it by here bc he was on the way to our cabin. Billy was willing to check it out and was honest about the time to fix it and the cost. We ended up trailering it home but if I had the time to leave it and let him repair it, I wouldn’t have questioned anything about what he did. He let me keep it there until my trailer arrived. When I asked how much I owed him he said “Owe? For helping you out? I had my Honda Civic towed here after the towing company suggested them due to quality and fair pricing. They had it only 2 hours and diagnosed it ordered the part over night and had it running great by ur next afternoon. No extra diagnostic fees or BS that you get at most shops. I had the same car taken to Mountain tech the year before and it cost me $1300 to replace a pulley and they had it for four days. I trust these guys they dont try to make extra money off of you they fix whats broke and send you on your way.

Took my truck in because my transmission was making a loud noise and shifting weird they kept it the whole day then told me the transmission was out on it and will cost me 3500 to repair I took it home as I dont have that type of money just sitting around paid 15 dollars for a new transmission filter popped it in myself solved all my problems. Think this shop is money hungry and give people false info to make a quick buck...

Very honest shop. We are here in Ruidoso from Georgetown TX and the owner could have gouged us, but he didnt. They diagnosed the problem, showed us the issue and then fixed it. He is a very honest guy with honest prices. Wish we had a shop like this in Georgetown.

Very honest and friendly . Highly recommend after going to another mechanic in town who told me the problem was my timing belt and that i needed to spend over 700 to pay for the work n a timing kit . I decided look elsewhere for a more reasonable price n i came across this place i took my car in told him what the other mechanic told me he then called me in the morning told me it was my alternater that was giving me problems n that he already had all the parts n it was a very reasonable price now car running great am very happy.
